Virgil is a vampire who didn't want to hurt humans so he would drink animal blood. When he was 18 year old in vampire years (190 in human years) he decided he didn't want to live with his family for a while because of the pressure in his life at the moment, so he found an apartment that he could afford. He soon arrives to the apartment and started to carry his stuff to the place while texting his mother (cut to texting scene)
Mom: you sure you want to leave us? You know you can just turn around and come back
Virgil: I'm sure mom. I need to get away before I take the throne.
Mom: okay sweetie. Talk to you later
Virgil: bye mom
(Out of text scene)
He bumped into Janus and almost dropped his phone. He looks up at Janus. 
"Oh sorry… I didn't see you there." He says softly 
Janus was also holding his stuff. He was as lucky and dropped a box. Janus looks back at Virgil "it's not a problem." He says softly 
Virgil nods then notices the box "oh here let me help you." He says then sets his stuff down then picks up Janus's box 
"Oh uh… thank you." Janus says softly 
 
Virgil softly sets the box onto Janus's stuff "no problem. It's the least I could do since I bumped into you." 
Janus nods then sighs "well I better be going. He says then walks to the apartment. 
Virgil waves bye then picks up his stuff and walks another way to the apartment. He didn't knows that Janus and him were going to be roommates and also with a human named Roman. Roman was already there when Janus and Virgil got there. Roman had gotten there earlier that morning and got settled. When Janus walks into the room Roman was watching tv. 
"Uh who are you?" Janus asks
Roman looks over "oh I'm your roommate. The landlord told my there was going to be two others. I guess you're one of them." 
Janus looks at Roman confused "wait there is going to be three of us living here?" He ask and Virgil walks into the room as he finishes. Janus looks at him "you?"
Virgil looks at Janus "what are you doing here?"
Roman looks between the two confused "you two know each other?" 
Virgil looks at Roman "we bumped into each other. Now who are you?"
"I'm your-" Roman starts saying then Janus interrupts him
"He is our roommate." Janus says softly
Virgil gulps nervously "r-roommate? I wasn't told that I was going to have roommates."
"Neither was I." Janus says 
"It's okay." Roman says
Virgil and Janus: *thinks* no it's not 
 
They all talk for a while and discuss the rooms. Plus getting to know each other a little bit, mainly each other's names. Virgil got a room alone. Janus and Roman shared a room. They all got situated and Roman ordered some food for everyone. Virgil avoids eating the food which confused Roman and Janus. 
"Virge, why aren't you eating?" Roman asks
"Uh… I can't." Virgil says
"Why not?" Janus ask
Virgil tries to think of an excuse.
