Marco pov
I held on Star thinking about how this whole thing is going to go down, I don't want her to go or even leave me..she made me feel like my old self and no one has been there for me like that ever? She moved off me and looked at me and I smiled back "You okay?"

"Kinda, listen princess I'm feeling weird about this..I'm scared that this plan isn't going to work in our favor" she shakes her head "I know it's going to be hard but we have to..I promise you we'll stay together" she kissed me quick and I sigh a little uneasy

"Now, time to break up" I held her hands tight not wanting to but I had no choice I had to make it believable "Princess.." as I was going to say something Damian walked in "What's going on? I heard crying" star let go of my hand and I felt like a piece of me died "Me and Marco broke up, Damian"

I lowered my head and Damian was kinda sad "What? Why I thought you two were fine? What did he do?" I glared at him and scoff "I did nothing, princess has to go back home we have to end things..I can't be here anymore I'm sorry"

I pushed by Damian and walked into my room and closed the door and fell down, crying and running my hands through my messy hair "i know its fake but why does it hurt so bad?" As the sun went down I decided to go to bed as I changed I heard my door and I opened it to be embraced by Star and hear her soft cries

"This is hard.." I chuckled a bit and held her close "I know..but we have to make it believable okay" she nods "Can I sleep next to you..just for tonight?" I nodded "Of course princess"

The next day at school star had to say goodbye to everyone and have fun as her last day was soon to come "Hey Marco, why aren't you with princess?" Janna asked as she flicked my way "Cut it out, we broke up" she smirked and chuckled "Why? Couldn't take your butt anymore?" I rolled my eyes

"No, her mother made us break up shes going back to her home in Mewni" i tried to act cool but really i couldn't "What the heck? What happened to oh I don't care if I'm not Prince material I'll be her knight or whatever..your more annoying when you were trying to get with jackie"

I scoff and push janna away from me "Shut up! Just leave me alone!" As I said that I noticed Star look over but I just ran off somewhere to cool off..

It's not even her time to leave and I'm already breaking down, what's going to happen when she's really gone? "Hey..you seem upset" I look to my side and see Shelby, one of the girls Janna hangs with "Why do you care?"

"Whoa calm down..just trying to be nice" I shake my head "What do you think I'm upset about?" "A break up? Seems like it's bothering you? I tell you man, I've been there and done that..being upset and crying over it ain't gonna solve it" I chuckle a bit "Right on the dot." She laughs and sits by me "So..I'm assuming it's the new girl, Star? She's moving back home? Or something?"

"Right again, Shelby your on point today" she smirks and nods "Yeah, word gets out quickly" we sit there silently as she gets up "Well, want to go get pizza? I don't think you should be around this...whatever is happening" I nod and take her hand "I guess..your buying right?" She chuckles "Yeah dude, now come"

We walked off the school grounds and headed towards the pizza place, we ordered and just talked, it was nice and my mind just drifted away from the game break up "Shelby I never asked, but who's the guy that dumped you?" She smirks as she sips from her drink

"Not a guy...a girl, her name was Leah she's glad to another school, we broke up cause she said I would cheat because I spent so much time with Janna but nothing happened..I didn't want to be up in the crazy girlfriend biz so she had enough and we split, it hurt of course but I moved on..there's other girls out there for me, same goes for you Diaz"

I let out a sigh and checked my phone seeing me and Star on my phone "Ready?" I raised a brow at her "For what?" "Arcade? A little fun will cheer you up" she pulled my arm as we get there, as i looked around it smelled like pizza and sweat "It smells gross in here, why are we here?" "To play laser tag..come on dude losen up!"

After a couple hours she brought me home and gives me hug "Dude of you need to hang then you know where to find me, later" I nodded and watched her go as I entered the house I was embraced by Star

"I was worried about you.." I sigh and huh her "I'm fine, just needed to clear my mind" she smiles and held my face "Okay.." I held her face and kissed her head "I love you Star" she smiles "I love you too Marco"

A/n longer chapter this time and I hoped you liked it, also Shelby? Is she a threat or a friend? Anyways that's all I have next part will be the last maybe? I tend to change it afterwards lol
