The letter Rosuon left states that he was summoned for business to a city nearly on the other side of the world.

Naomi: Knowing him he probably could have passed it up but he'll forever put these things before his own family

Martha: Naomi don't start to draw your own conclusions I'm sure he had his reasons

Naomi: And mom don't start making up your stupid excuses like you know what dad was thinking

Martha: You don't know what he's thinking either, you're doing nothing but assuming

Naomi: I'm basing my judgement off of experience, he's done these kinds of things countless times in the past and there's no stopping him from doing again. When will you ever realize that he only cares about himself! You'll never be his priority even if you are his wife! Open up your eyes like I did a long time ago!

Martha walks away with a sad look on her face.

Nasse: Don't you think you were a little hard on mom?

Naomi: As they say the truth will set you free even if it may hurt

Later that night everyone is asleep except Misuki. He lays awake on his bed reading the letter Rosuon left behind over and over again.

Misuki: Dad...why?

The next morning Nasse wakes up and walks through the house and notices his mother is missing. Nasse then walks into the kitchen and sees Naomi making breakfast.

Nasse: Naomi, you cooking? I thought you hated that

Naomi: I did in till I learned how to do it

Nasse: Where's mom?

Naomi: I don't know

Nasse: Do you know where she went?

Naomi: I know when she left

Nasse: And you weren't bothered or concerned at all?

Naomi: It's none of my business where she decides to wonder off to

Nasse: So both of our parents are missing?!

Naomi: They're not missing they're just putting their own wellbeing before others

About 30 minutes later Martha walks through the door.

Martha: Naomi, you and I have a place to be

Naomi: A place to be? What makes you think I'll go anywhere with you?

Martha: Just come on

Martha grabs Naomi by the wrist and they leave the house.

Naomi: Where are we even going?! I have a right to know!

Martha: A place we should have went to a long time ago
