Hoseok tossed his phone into the bed, deciding that was the best course of action for the slander he was receiving. He decided to walk out to his balcony, smiling softly as he basked in the warm sunlight, the breeze brushing through his air.

It was a beautiful day in Gwangju. Even now, he didn't regret his choice one bit. He hadn't realized how much he'd missed this place, not until he'd panicked and left his old life. Today would mark the third anniversary of his return.

It was also the third anniversary of him abandoning Yoongi.

Well, he wouldn't necessarily call it abandoning. He'd prefer thinking about it as in, 're-evaluating his life decisions and panic stressing at the last moment so he took the fastest train out of Seoul and went back to his roots.'

Yeah, that sounds about right.

He ignored his phone's continuous pings. No doubt it was Seokjin nagging at him. That was all he had done for the past three years. In exchange, he helped hide Hoseok, away from the spotlight, away from his family in Gwangju, away from anyone in Seoul, and most importantly, away from Yoongi.

Hoseok didn't have the courage to face Yoongi after the stunt he pulled. He'd rather cower in fear and lay low. He'd been doing it successfully for the past three years now. He had abandoned his main account @/hopeseok after he disappeared. If he used his main, he could easily be found. Hoseok didn't want to be found. No, not after everything he had caused.

After a few minutes, he reluctantly picked up his phone, mostly to see if Yoongi had posted anything. Though it hurt, Hoseok knew that Yoongi was hurting a thousand times more with every second that passed. Since the date he disappeared, Yoongi would posting on the day Hoseok officially became Mister Runaway.

Just like he had suspected, Yoongi had been punctual. For some odd reason, Yoongi's tweets about him on their anniversary always came out at the same time each year and struck the most attention. It was an expectation for everyone at this point. Hoseok wouldn't be surprised if everyone was in fact waiting for Yoongi to post.

They did have a lot of fans after all.

And just like always, he pressed like on the tweet and retweeted. He even went as far as writing a supporting message, one that would be lost among all others in a matter of time— all while Jin spammed the shit out of him, trying to get him to respond.

"Hoseok!"

Hoseok's eyes snapped up, grinning at the bunny boy leaning against his doorframe. He shook his head slightly, before walking up to Jungkook. With wide arms, Jungkook embraced him fiercely, so much that Hoseok was left gasping for air.

"You seem excited," Hoseok noted.

Excited was an understatement. Jungkook was practically bouncing up and down the walls, unable to contain his excitement. His hands were clasped together, the radiant smile never disappearing from his face.

"Guess who'll be coming in a few days!" Jungkook nearly squealed. Hoseok raised an eyebrow. A visitor? He'd never heard that one before. Considering they lived in the same household, Hoseok had never seen any visitors come through the doors. It wasn't that Jungkook didn't have many friends— he had plenty, but he didn't like bringing them into their home. Their home was sacred, Jungkook would say. They couldn't have anyone over that they all didn't consider to be true friends.

It kept the clout chasers away.

(To be fair, so did Jungkook's endearing personality on Twitter and real life, but that's a story for another time.)

"Have you told him yet?"

Changed into more casual attire, Namjoon walked in, running his fingers through his platinum hair. Hoseok's eyebrow raised higher, and he turned to look at them curiously.

"I'm surprised he hadn't asked already." Jungkook mused. "Namjoon tagged you a couple of minutes ago. You were so engrossed in your phone, I thought you had already seen it."

"Seen what?"

Namjoon rolled his eyes, before pulling out his cellphone.

"What the hell is this?" Hoseok asked, slightly suspicious. "Does this have to do with whoever's coming over?"

"Also surprised he hasn't told you yet either." Jungkook almost laughed. "Honestly, you're so clueless and I'm living for it."

"Okay, are you just going to leave me in suspense?" Hoseok clicked his tongue annoyedly. Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"Boy's coming to visit me." Jungkook's eyes sparkled as he said it. "He bringing one of his friends too."

"Boy?"

"He means Jin, Hoseok," Namjoon answered, earning a slap on the head from Jungkook.

"Bitch, I was supposed to be the one to tell him!" Jungkook hissed."But yes, Seokjin's coming over and I'm living for it. Suddenly, the skies are bluer, the sun is shinier, and it feels like I am invincible."
