Ok, so I went through the entire next day after telling Pansy about my truce with Harry.

She was right. She is perfectly ok with it.

Harry and I plan on meeting tonight. I'm shocked we haven't been caught by Filch yet or his stupid cat, or any other teacher for that matter.

I am currently waiting for the right time. Once I'm sure everyone is asleep, I get up and start to slowly make my way out of the door.

I quickly bring out my wand.
" Lomus! " I say.

The tip of my wand lights up and I start making my way to the Astronomy Tower.

I make my way up to see Harry isn't there. I stand there confused. Normally he's the first one here.

I wait for a few minutes. After about ten minutes I hear the door open.

Seconds later Harry runs up. " The wand. Stop the spell. Now!!" Says Harry.

I quickly turn the light from my wand off. Harry grabs my arm and we both go into a crouch.

" Filch nearly caught me. I don't know if he followed me here. " says Harry in a whisper.

My eyes widen a little. That would explain why he wasn't here when I showed up.

" So you nearly led him here?" I say.

" He checks every room every night. I have no idea when he gets any sleep, but he normally doesn't check this side till early morning. " says Harry.

" Then we need to figure out two other places to meet and switch things up now and then so he won't start suspecting anything." I say.

" I agree and I already know one area. " he says.

" Where would that..." However he clamps his hand over my mouth.

" Shh. Listen. " he whispers.

I do and a slow panic fills me. We hear the door creep open.

Then the slow footsteps of Filch followed.

" Where are you? I know your here?" His voice ran through the darkness.

I look at Harry. He starts leading me down the other side of steps quietly once we were sure Filch was climbing the others steps.

We slowly and quietly make it down and sneak out through the open door before taking off running.

I follow him a long time till we finally make it to an out of order bathroom.

" Isn't this Moaning Myrtles bathroom?" I say.

He nods. " Yes. This was the other place I could think off. Myrtles here a lot and makes a lot of noise, so Filch doesn't even bother to check in here." Says Harry.

" Clever thinking Potter. " I say.

I look around till I spot an old potions cauldron. " What's that doing here?" I say.

" I knew I forgot something. In second year. Hermione, Ron and I made a Polyjuice Potion. I must have forgotten about the cauldron. " says Harry.

" Why would you make that potion?" I ask.

" I'll have to have Hermione and Ron help me explain. It's a very long story. " says Harry.

" Very well." I say.

" So, how did Pansy react when you told her about our truce?" He asked.

Crap, I had nearly forgotten about that. " She was ok with it. " I said back. " She was happy about is figuring something out about the first task so we wouldn't be walking in blind, not knowing what we're up against."

He nodded. " What about the mug- Hermione? How did she react?" I ask.

" Well for one, she was happy we made a truce and haven't been fighting. She heard about what happened with the fake fight and Moody. She wanted me to ask if you were ok. As for the stuff about the first task. She's real worried about is going us against dragons. " says Harry.

I smile. " Just tell her, you are the boy who lived. I'm pretty sure you will ace this first task." I say.

" Hey let's not forget about you. You're a Malfoy. You can pass it too." Says Harry.

I smirk. " Soon lets just come up with ours plans and hope for the best. " I say.

He nods. " I think we need to have Hermione and Pansy come with us the next time we meet up. " says Harry.

" That's fine with me." I say. He nods.

" Is there any spells that's you know about, but can't actually cast them?" Asks Harry.

I look at him confused. Where the heck did that come from?

" What? I'm curious. " says Harry.

" The Patronus Charm. I know about it, but haven't been able to cast it yet." I say.

He smiles. " How about instead of just talking the entire time we come here to talk this year, we also help each other with stuff we need to know. " says Harry.

" You know how to cast a Patronus?!" I say. I'm shocked. I had no idea he could cast that spell.

" Yeah, last year was crazy. I ended up fighting off about twenty to thirty Dementors at once and that's when I did the Patronus Charm correctly for the for time. It's easy. I can teach you if you want." Says Harry.

My eyes were wide. " Uh sure. Yeah, that'd be great. Do you need help with anything?" I say.

" Potions. I suck at potions and you seems like your the master at it. So if I help you with that spell, I'd help you even if you said no. Would you help me get a bit better at potions?" Says Harry.

I smirk and nod. " Sure. I'll help you with potions. We will start spell and potions training after the first task. It's getting closer and we don't need any distractions just yet." I say.

" Very well then. It's a deal." Says Harry holding out his hand.

I shake his hand. " It's a deal." I say.

We talked for a bit more before we had to cut this meeting short because of Filch roaming the halls.

We both go back to our Houses. I make it to my room when the clock hits 1:45.

We were talking for a hour and forty five minutes.

I quickly get ready for bed before setting my wand on the desk by my bed.

I then quickly get into bed and after a few minutes I drift into a deep sleep.
