{Jess's POV} (A/N swearing ahead you have been warned)
When I finished getting dressed I walked downstairs to see Jason sitting on the couch he looks tense. "You ok Jason you seem tense?" I ask sitting down next to him. "What exactly happened at the party last night?" He asks with a tint of anger in his voice which confuses me. "I honestly don't remember." He scoffs at my answer. "Jay I really don't know-" "JESSICA STOP LYING YOU LTTLE BITCH!!!!" He yells clearly enraged by something. "What has gotten into you Jason!!" "Why don't you go ask your little friend Max." He says calming down. I walk into the kitchen and text Max.
Text Starts J-Jess M-Max
J-Hey Max?
M-Yeah Jess?
J-I just realized that you never said the reason you were apologizing to me. Did something happen last night?
M-.......
J-Max is there something you're not telling me?
M-I wish I could tell you but I can't I'm so so sorry Jess but I just can't tell you what happened.
J-Ok I understand I hope you will be able to tell me soon.

As I turn my phone off I start to think to myself. Why is everything going so wrong today? Everything has been falling to pieces since last night. I NEED to know what happened last night. But for right now I need some rest. I walk upstairs climb into bed and fall into a deep sleep. Little did I know that Jason packed up his stuff and left.

{Max's POV}
I just laid in bed after me and Jess's little conversation feeling many different emotions. Happiness, guilt, anger, and sadness. Anger cause I couldn't control my feelings and I got the person I love the most hurt. Guilt cause I drunkenly kissed Jess and made the person she loved with all of her heart leave her heartbroken and alone. Happiness cause Jess will soon be mine. Sadness cause once she finds out that Jason left, she will then ask me what happened at the party, and then she'll hate me and will never love me. Those thoughts kept swirling around my head as I cried silently into my pillow. I have a flashback to when I first met and fell in love with Jess.
Flashback 4 years ago
I was sitting at my desk editing, nothing out of the ordinary..... until she walked in. She was gorgeous, she had dark long flowing hair, she pushed one side behind her ear. It seemed like she was lost, she looked around and fixed her glasses. I was about to get up and ask her but Adam came around the corner. "Jessica!" He called, she turned our direction "Hey!" She said running over our way and hugging Adam. "Ready for lunch?" She asked smiling. Her smile was beautiful, she was beautiful. "Yeah I am and Ross is coming to if you don't mind that is." He replied and she laughed a little as Ross came around the corner and spooked her. "Dammit Ross don't scare me like that." She said a bit mad as he laughed and hugged her. "Hey Max, why don't you join us?"Adam asked me and I just turned around in my chair to look at him. "I don't think I should." I said, Jess turned to me with a smile. "I'm Jessica or Jess and you sir are coming with us." She said  a bit sternly putting her hands on her hips. "Well then.." Ross said as Jess turned on her heel and called back, "Follow me." We all turned to each other. "How do you guys know her?" I ask curious on how these two guys know such a beautiful girl. Adam chuckles as we follow after Jess. "I meet her in kindergarten and Ross met the both of us in high school and we've all been friends since." Adam answers as we walk to Jess's car. She was hilarious, cracking jokes and puns all through lunch. It was amazing how clever she was on the spot. 
Flashback ends
I just fall asleep thinking, WHAT HAVE I DONE?

{Jess's POV in the morning}
I woke up alone I wondered where Jason was and rolled over to see a note on my nightstand.
Dear Jessica,
I know what you did at the party you lying ass bitch. I still don't know if you were drunk or not but i don't know if I can trust a backstabbing whore like you. So I packed up and left. I hope you enjoy your new boyfriend Max.
Jason
I was so confused by the note the only thing I knew was that Jason the man I loved with all my heart for so long was gone. I decided to text Max and make him tell me the truth.
Text starts J-Jess M-Max (A/N this conversation is going to stop and start a lot you have been warned)
J-Max you awake?
M-Yeah what's up?
J-MAX TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED AT THE PARTY AND DON'T LIE!!!!

I texted him tearing up a bit from realizing that Jason was never coming back.

M-We may have made out while we were drunk and Adam and Tim who were also drunk took our phones and took pictures of us kissing. If you don't believe me check your photo album.

I do as I was told and went to my photo gallery and there they were the pics of us kissing just like Max said they were.

J-SO YOU ARE THE REASON JASON LEFT AND CALLED YOU MY BOYFRIEND IN HIS GOODBYE NOTE!!!

I sent with tears streaming down my face. Realizing that he was the cause of why Jason left.

M-I'm really sorry Jess I truly am I never meant to hurt you I really didn't.

I turn my phone off and cry little did I know that Max was also crying because he just severely hurt the one person in the world he cared about and loved. I was filled to the brim with sadness and anger so I decided to call Ross and tell him to come over to comfort me.
Phone call J-Jess R-Ross
R-Hello?
J-Hey Ross *sniffles*
R-Jessie what's wrong? Why are you crying?
J-Jason just left me, Adam took the pictures which drove Jason away, and Max lied to me about the party and the pictures. *sniffles* Can you come over I really need a friend right now. *sniffles* Cause I don't really want to see Adam or Max right now considering what they've done. *sniffles*
R-Why me?
J-Because *sniffles* your my friend and you did nothing wrong.
R-Ok I'll be there around lunch time. Want me to bring you some mint chocolate chip ice cream?
J-*sniffles* Yes please.
R-Byes Jessie see you soon.
J-Bye sloth
Phone call ends
I hang up before Ross could argue about him being a squirrel now instead of a narwhal. I loved how he always called me Jessie. It's a nickname he started calling me in sophomore year of high school since me and Adam met him freshman year. It turned out we were all in the same grade.
