"Thomas and the other sides don't need me, why should you?!" Patton yelled. 

           "...Patton, I care about you more than you know. I don't like seeing you hurt," Virgil stumbled quietly. 

        "Everyone hates me... I  don't know why, but I'm starting to hate me too..." Patton hugged himself and started crying. 

        Virgil hugged him tightly, the kind of hug that you give when you're saying goodbye... forever. 

        "I could never hate you..." Virgil admitted quietly, still in the embrace.

       "...Why?" Patton asked suddenly.

        Virgil  hesitantly kissed him and Patton kissed back with surprised eyes. 

      "Does that answer your question?" Virgil smirked.

       All Patton did was nod and kiss him again.

      Without so much as a knock, Logan burst in and stopped dead in his tracks.
