Once Safina and I safely made into the hideout, I asked Conan and Promise if I could talk to them privately.
"What's going on?" Veredie questioned me.
"Ill explain everything to you after I talk to them."
"You better." Veredie grumbled.
The three of us walked into an empty room and sat down.
"I think I know your secret." I stated. Conan and Promise looked at each other nervously.
"What do you mean?" Conan hesitantly asked.
"I was wondering why you two were the most wanted people on earth, then I found out it's because you may not be people. Is this true?" I asked, eyebrows raised.
"Unfortunately, yes. Well, not entirely at least." Conan said sadly.   I motioned for him to keep explaining.
"Our father is a human, but our mother is an alien. But a whole different kind of alien from an entirely different planet. She is the queen of another planet that the same aliens attacked and destroyed because we wouldn't give them what they wanted. Only about 50 of our people escaped, including our mother and us.
"What did they want?"
"They wanted Promise mostly, but they also wanted me." Because of our father and mothers unique marriage, we possess certain gifts. But Promises gifts are much stronger than mine.
"And what are these gifts?"
"We can both breathe in space, and on any planet without using any form of oxygen, and I can move small objects with my mind, but Promise can move both small and large objects. We can also both fly. But only Promise can create illusions to appear. She can make things appear that aren't really there but one can still touch.
"You can do all of this? I don't understand, why didn't you tell me? You're in my base after all, risking all of our lives."
"Our mother said not to tell anyone. If the aliens here on earth catch us, these aliens will only be stronger in the future. Promise explained sadly.
"Wait, are you the reason the aliens are here?" I questioned.
"I guess we are." Whispered Conan.
"Why do these aliens want you so badly?"
"They want to, um, reproduce with us. They want their future generations to be even stronger." Promise sighed.
"I think I know all I need to know. Thank you for telling me. Thing is though, you're the reason they came to earth, which is why I want you both to help me destroy them. These aliens have been here too long, and your powers will help us get rid of them forever." Conan, Promise, and I explained everything to the rest of the team. We had a lot of planning ahead.
