You start thinking too much. You've realized that because we know Emma came to Storybrooke in 2011, and it been two years, that they're a year behind us. So, for all we know, everyone could actually be dead by now and we just haven't gotten there yet.

What I mean by this is that right now, they're a year behind us. Emma came to Storybrooke in September or October of 2011 and it was probably December or January by the time the curse was broken.

When Emma and Snow got back from the Enchanted Forest, about a month or two had past, making it about February or March 2012. Then, When Emma, Henry and Rumple went to find Neal in New York, it was maybe mid-April? This is after Hook got hit by the car and Belle lost her memory and Cora started to brainwash Regina.

When they got back to Storybrooke and Rumple had been stabbed, they hadn't been gone more than a week. So it still April or May of 2012. When they finally got rid of Cora, it was probably early May. Then we had the whole Greg and Tamara problem and by the time they got to Meverland with Henry, it was most likely May or June.

Season 3 starts right where season 2 left off, so it's still May or June. Then they spent about another month or two in Neverland, making it July or August. Still, of 2012. When they got back, the Panry thing happened and about a week probably passed.

So, let's say it's September 2012 now. The curse hit and a year passed. It September 2013 now. It probably took a month tops to get rid of Zelena so now it's October of 2013. It's been about two years since Henry brought Emma to Storybrooke.

So basically, they're a little under a year behind us. The fact that the world hasn't blown up yet means that hopefully everyone's still alive. (Captain Swan could be engaged by now for all we know!!!!!)

I don't even know what this is. But I came up with this in 5 minutes so... Yeah. I need to get my mind off this show lol.
