Hikaru's spirit became a young blue haired boy with a white, silver armoured shirt with armoured pants, holding a double bladed spear with a red torn ribbon tied near the top blade and the other arm incased in a silver gauntlet with a red scarf rewrapped around the hand.

"I draw, then ride Lancer Dragon of the Chase (7000), Gorlin moves back (5000)" Izo announced

The young red dragon moved back then it was replaced by a silver dragon with a lance made of light metal, red dragon scale armour and a scared right eye.

"With his skill I soul charge 1 (Wise Lancer Dragon, Zeo) and discard 1 card to draw 1 card" Izo stated

The blue haired boy moved back then it was replaced by a grey haired man wearing a silver armour with blue lining holding a crossbow to match its armour with a dark blue cape and a helmet to match the armour.

"I call Flail Seeker, Isbuzzard (7000)" Hikaru stated

A brown man in blue heavy full-body armour with the chest going to the back in a V shape holding a mysterious weapon looking like a stick with a energy disc at the top appeared.

"Isbuzzard attacks your vanguard (7000)" Hikaru declared

"I don't guard" Izo decided

The brown haired man ran towards the dragon and slashed it with the energy disk on his weapon.

"Damage check (Glory Lancer Dragon, Mirea - No Trigger)" Izo revealed

"With a boost from Lucius, Cynric attacks (12000)" Hikaru declared

"I don't guard" Izo decided

"Drive check (Seeker, Light Blaze Dragon - No Trigger)" Hikaru revealed

The grey haired man raised his crossbow in front of him then fired a yellow arrow made of energy damaging the dragon on impact.

A grey dragon wearing black dragon scale armour, a scarf covering its mouth and holding a lance in one hand and a dagger in the other and a green teen sized dragon wearing titanium arm and leg guards armed with two green lances one in each hand appeared.

"With Gorlin's boost, Stern Plos attacks your vanguard (15000)" Izo declared

"I don't guard" Hikaru decided

"Drive check (Sparking Lancer Dragon, Miles - Critical Trigger) power to Blair, critical to my vanguard" Izo revealed

The red dragon readied his lance and then charged towards the grey haired man and slashed him causing him to get on 1 knee.

"Damage check first (Defending Seeker, Shiron - No Trigger) second check (Seeker, Purgation Breath Dragon - No Trigger)" Hikaru revealed

"With a boost from Klaus, Blair attacks your vanguard (20000)" Izo declared

The grey dragon disappears then reappears behind the grey hair man then slashes him with his lance and dagger.

"I move Isbuzzard back, then call Seeker, Light Blaze Dragon (9000) and Full Bloom Seeker, Cerdic (9000)" Hikaru stated

The brown boy in armour moved back and a white and blue armoured dragon with orange wings standing on all fours each with extra armour with blue blades at the bottom of its armour on the top of its front legs and a hazel haired man wearing heavy knights armour with a giant red shield on his left arm and holding an energy fencing sword.

'Interesting, he filled his front row at a time like this, he seems to want Lucius skill' Izo thought

"With a boost from Isbuzzard, Light Blaze attacks your vanguard (16000)" Hikaru declared

"I guard with Sparking Lancer Dragon, Miles (total defence 20000)" Izo countered

"Not letting you get his skill off that easily" Izo exclaimed with a grin

"Heh, you saw right through my strategy" Hikaru said with a grin

"What's he talking about" Kiniro asked confused

"With Light Blaze Dragon, if his attack hits the vanguard, Hikaru could've chosen one of his units and give it 5000 power" Hedeyoshi explained

"Wow, thats a good ability" Kiniro replied

"Izo saw through it so he decided to prevent the power up effect" Yudai exclaimed

"That's Izo for ya" Kiniro said sweat dropping

'Interesting' Hedeyoshi thought

"With a boost from Lucius, Gildas attacks your vanguard, with Lucius skill since I have 3 Seekers in the front row the boosted unit gets 3000 power (17000)" Hikaru declared

The blond haired boy took an arrow and loaded it in his bow then fired it at the silver dragon causing him pain.

The hazel haired man jumped towards the dragon and slashed it with his energy fencing sword.

"Now spread your wings, glorious dragon of pure rage! Crush through and destroy the enemy, I ride Glory Lancer Dragon, Mirea (11000)" Izo announced

A tower of fire surrounded the silver dragon and as the flames disappeared it revealed a giant grey dragon with heavy armour matching it scales and holding two black double bladed lances.

"Impressive unit" Hikaru stated

"You haven't seen anything yet, I call Lancer Dragon, Dark Edge (9000) and Lancer Dragon of the Chase (7000)" Izo stated

A black dragon with heavy armour matching his scales and holding a black double bladed lance and another silver dragon with a lance made of light metal, red dragon scale armour and a scared eye appeared.

"With Lancer Dragon of the Chase's skill I discard 1 and soul charge 1 (Revolt Lancer Dragon, Curio) to draw 1" Izo stated

'I get a feeling there's something special about that card that was placed into the soul' Hikaru thought getting a strange feeling

"With a boost from Lancer Dragon of the Chase, Dark Edge attacks your Light Blaze Dragon (16000)" Izo declared

"I don't guard" Hikaru decided

The black dragon flew towards the blue and white armoured dragon and stabbed it with his double bladed lance making it turn to light particles.

"With a boost from Gorlin, Mirea will attack your vanguard (16000)" Izo declared

The giant grey dragon flew into the sky and prepared his lances shaping an X then as he flew towards the blond boy slashed him twice causing him great deals of pain.

A blue blinding light surrounded the dragon and as the light disappeared it revealed a green haired man wearing knight armour with a red shield on right arm, holding a energy longsword in his left with a blue cape and armour shaped like small wings.

'Looks like Hikaru is about to give it his all' Hedeyoshi thought

"When in need of a friend he calls upon a fellow knight who shares his honour, Seek Mate!" Hikaru announced

4 cards flew out of Hikaru's drop zone and returned to the deck then a light surrounded his deck and scanned through it, then a card flew out from the deck.

"With the combined strength of these two knights, justice will prevail, Full Bloom Seeker, Cerdic, Legion!" Hikaru announced

A light appeared near the green haired man then another hazel haired man wearing heavy knights armour with a giant red shield on his left arm and holding an energy fencing sword appeared beside him.

"This should get interesting" Izo exclaimed

"I call Brave Stride Seeker, Cherin (9000)" Hikaru stated

A dark blue haired man wearing a silver, gold lined knight armour with a blue scarf that splits in two as a cape holding a longsword appeared.

"With his skill, I counter blast 1 and give Cerdic 4000 power (13000)" Hikaru stated

"Then with Egberts Legion skill, I counter blast 2 Seeker cards, since I have 4 other units with Seeker in their name, I add 5000 power and plus 1 critical (25000)" Hikaru stated

"Woah, with that skill Izo will be at 5 damage if he takes that attack 6 if Hikaru gets a critical trigger" Kiniro exclaimed

"Correct, although the cost is heavy it can be a powerful skill" Hedeyoshi stated

"With a boost from Isbuzzard, Cherin attacks your vanguard (16000)" Hikaru declared

"I guard with Flash Lancer Dragon, Vion (total defence 21000)" Izo countered

"With a boost from Lucius and his skill, Forthright Seeker, Egbert, Full Bloom Seeker, Cerdic, Legion attack with his skill he gets 2000 power (35000)" Hikaru declared

"I nullify that with Broadshield Lancer Dragon (perfect defence)" Izo countered

"Twin drive first (Seeker, Platina Rider - Draw Trigger) power to Cerdic, then I draw, second check (Seeker, Hallowed Breath Dragon - Critical Trigger) all effects to Cerdic" Hikaru revealed

The green and hazel haired knights raised their swords then charged at the grey dragon ready to slash it then a brown dragon wearing stone heavily armoured armour, holding a lance in one hand being covered with metal and in the other a large oval shaped shield then raised his shield which expanded and protected the dragon from the two knights.

"Cerdic attacks your vanguard with his skill he gets 3000 power (21000)" Hikaru declared

"I don't guard" Izo decided

The other hazel haired knight raised his sword and dashed to the grey dragon and slashed him and broke off a piece of the dragons armour causing him damage.

4 cards flew out of Izo's drop zone and returned to the deck then a light surrounded his deck and scanned through it, then a card flew out from the deck.

"Descend, dark dragon, Lancer Dragon, Dark Edge, Legion!" Izo announced

Another black dragon with heavy armour matching his scales and holding a black double bladed lance appeared next to the giant grey dragon.

"So this is the Legion Izo has for this battle" Kiniro exclaimed

"Yep, his skill will surprise you too Kin" Yudai stated

"Cool, go for it Izo" Kiniro said excited

"Thats harsh Kin" Hikaru yelled

"Oops sorry Hikaru I didn't mean it like that" Kiniro said kinda worried

"Its cool" Hikaru said quickly recovering

'Wow, he recovered that quickly' Kiniro thought sweat dropping

"Back to the match. With Mirea's skill I counter blast 3 and discard 2 cards from my hand, with that he gets 3000 power and a new skill" Izo stated with a small grin

'Wonder what the skill does' Hikaru thought

'Hmm, I wanna get a better look at this skill' Hedeyoshi thought as his eyes started to glow

After a few seconds Hedeyoshi's eyes stopped glowing.

'Well, well, that certainly is interesting' Hedeyoshi thought

"With a boost from Lancer Dragon of the Chase, Dark Edge attacks (16000)" Izo declared

"I guard with Seeker, Hallowed Breath Dragon (total defence 21000)" Hikaru countered

"With a boost from Gorlin, Glory Lancer Dragon, Mirea, Lancer Dragon, Dark Edge, Legion attack (28000)" Izo declared

"I don't guard" Hikaru decided

'I'll be fine if he doesn't get a critical' Hikaru thought

"Twin drive, first check (Revolution Lancer Dragon, Ozen - No Trigger) second check (Medical Lancer Dragon, Valeria - Heal Trigger) power to Blair, and I recover one" Izo revealed

The two dragons flew high into the skys and as they dived down from the heavens readied their lances and struck both the knights with their lances.

"Damage check (Seeker, Plume Wall Angel - No Trigger)" Hikaru revealed

'Its fine even with Klaus boost I can block Blairs attack' Hikaru thought

"Activating my vanguards skill" Izo stated

"I retire Gorlin, Dark Edge and Lancer Dragon of the Chase" Izo stated

"You're retiring your own units" Hikaru said in shock

The two dragons turned to their allies and using their spears they destroyed the young red dragon, silver dragon and black dragon.

"With that I choose 2 Lancer Dragon units that are grade 2 or less from my soul and superior call them to the field, I call Wise Lancer Dragon, Zeo (7000) and my avatar, Revolt Lancer Dragon, Curio (9000)" Izo announced

'So that was the feeling I got from that card, it was his ace' Hikaru thought looking at Curio's card

A white bearded dragon wearing a brown robe and holding a gold coloured lance appeared, then a tornado of fire rises up from the other circle and what emerges from it is a yellow dragon with black armour covering its body, a scar blow both eyes and holding a two lances that match it armour with a V shaped handle.

"Not only that I retire Full Bloom Seeker, Cerdic and Brave Stride Seeker, Cherin" Izo added

'Great' Hikaru thought

"Next I activate Gorlin's skill I counter blast 2 when he is retired by an effect since I have a Lancer Dragon vanguard I give Curio 5000 power and a new skill" Izo stated

'His units keep getting powered up' Kiniro thought

"Then with Klaus skill he gets 2000 power and I soul charge 2 (Flash Lancer Dragon, Vion) (Lancer Dragon, Stern Plos)" Izo added

"Now with a boost from Klaus, Blair attacks (22000)" Izo declared

"I guard with Seeker, Platina Rider and Seeker, Loving Healer (total defence 26000)" Hikaru countered

"With a boost from Zeo, my avatar attacks your vanguard (21000)" Izo declared

'I don't have enough to stop this one' Hikaru thought

"I don't guard" Hikaru decided

The yellow dragon with black armour raised its lances and charged towards the two knights then slashed them both causing them to fall to their knees.

"Damage check (Seeker, Light Blaze Dragon - No Trigger)" Hikaru revealed

"Wow, great game Izo, you're amazing" Hikaru said excited

"Thanks, you did a great job as well using the Seekers to their full potential" Izo complemented

"Thanks, by the way during that turn it showed your clans speciality am I right to say you build up the soul with different units and using skills call units to your field by retiring units on your field, correct" Hikaru asked in a questioning tone

"You got it right, its impressive that you understood that from just that turn" Izo stated

"Hikaru catches onto things very quickly, give him a day and he'll have a complete understanding of any clan or deck" Hedeyoshi stated

"That explains why he was so good with his Seeker deck even though he got it yesterday" Yudai exclaimed

"Alright, with the matches done I'd say Yudai and Izo have shown that they can help us and can be trusted right" Kiniro said looking at Hedeyoshi

"Yeah, they can be trusted" Hedeyoshi said with a grin

"Great, glad to have you guys on board" Kiniro said holding his hand out towards the two

"Happy to help" Yudai said shaking Kiniro's hand

"Yeah" Izo said shaking Kiniro's hand

With that Yudai and Izo became a part of the group on their quest to search for Kurai and they decided to return to their homes, after asking his parents, Kiniro was able to have Yudai and Izo stay with him for the time they help in the quest to find Kurai.
