The boy with silver hair moved back and in its place a lilac haired girl wearing a purple suit with a long black tail, black devil wings, two horns on her head, pointy ears and red cards covered in a pink flame.

The orange haired boy appeared at the back of the boy in the mechanical suit and as the boy hovered his hand over his laser knife and in an instant his body was surrounded in an aura which disappeared shortly after.

"I call Rogue Gunner, Ordinance Chief (7000)" Hedeyoshi stated

A humanoid robot man with a bulky wrist communicator on his left arm, a rocket cannon on his left arm and a brown visor connected to his metal captains hat appeared behind the boy in the mechanical suit.

"Boosted by Ordinance Chief, Rookie Pilot will attack the vanguard (14000)" Hedeyoshi declared

"I won't defend" Nagito stated with a calm expression

"Drive check (Rogue Gunner, Longshot V2 - No Trigger)" Hedeyoshi revealed

The boy in the mechanical suit ran towards the girl with lilac hair and as she tried to fling her flaming cards at him he jumped over them and slashed her with his laser knife.

Nagito turned his gaze to Hedeyoshi and sighed as he looked to his opponent straight in the eye.

"I assume you had help figuring it out?" Nagito commented

Hedeyoshi simply nodded as he then looked to his arm thinking of Abyss.

"Abyss returning would bring devastation. Even so choosing to exclude Kin and the rest of us from stopping his revival-"

Before Hedeyoshi could finish what he said Nagito had ridden Amon's Follower, Ron Geenlin, the lilac haired girl wearing a purple suit with a long black tail being replaced by a man with grey hair, wearing a black latex suit with a red chest plate, a red mask on his face covering his eyes, clawed hands and a blue aura surrounding one of his arms forming a dragon head.

"We had done what was best for the planet. Abyss and the Void cannot be allowed to roam the earth again." Nagito stated

"I call Doreen the Thruster (6000) and Amon's Follower, Hell's Draw (9000)" Nagito continued

Two dark pillars of light formed on the field beside the man, as the light in on the left disappeared to show a female elf with long black hair, black shirt, pants and skirt and collar. As the light on the right disappeared it revealed a women with long lilac hair, with big pointy ears, a black swimsuit like outfit, a long black tail, two large black horns and large black wings appeared beside the man with grey hair.

"Using Draw's skill, since my vanguard is an Amon unit she allows me to soul charge 2 cards (Amon's Follower, Vlad Specula, Hysteric Shirley). Followed by Doreen's ability giving her a 6000 power boost since I soul charged 2 cards this turn (12000)" Nagito stated

'Guess he had a plan to fight my deck after all' Hedeyoshi thought seeing through the meaning of having both units called to the front row rearguard

"I'll have Hell's Draw attack Rookie Pilot (9000)" Nagito declared

"Rogue Gunner, Recon Drone defends (12000)" Hedeyoshi countered

"Boosted by Greedy Hand, Ron Geenlin attacks the vanguard (14000)" Nagito declared

The man with grey hair charged towards the young boy in a mechanical suit as he grinned menacingly as he used the blue aura dragon head to slash the boy causing his suit to spark at the area with a claw mark.

"Finally I'll have Doreen attack the vanguard" Nagito declared

The female elf giggled as she began to charge at the mechanical suited boy and then slashed him with her nails enforced by the spirits around them as the boy fell to his knees.

'Not the same..' Hedeyoshi thought

"I'll get answers out of you soon enough. I ride Longshot V2 (9000)" Hedeyoshi announced

The boy in the mechanical suit had gotten back to his feet and punched the ground causing an explosion and the boy was replaced by a jet black teen humanoid robot appeared with a blue visor, a silver V2 logo on its left shoulder and holding a Cheytac .408 cal American sniper rifle as the smoke cleared.

"Using Longshot's effect, when placed on the field I soul blast 1 to force you to place Hysteric Shirley from the soul into the drop zone" Hedeyoshi stated

The humanoid robot had aimed his rifle at the grey haired man as his visor calculated the shot and although the man jumped out of the way grinning it didn't stop the robotic sniper as he quickly readjusted its aim firing it just as fast hitting the grey haired man with the bullet which although didn't hurt him had caused a spirit form of a women with long grey hair to disappear.

"As expected from your Rogue Gunners, always focusing on breaking down their options" Nagito said

"Although I didn't end things before like I planned but this time I will prevail. Using Ordinance Chief's effect, since I sent a card to your drop zone I counter blast and soul blast 1, with that I force your Doreen off the field" Hedeyoshi stated

The humanoid robot man had armed its rocket cannon arm as the visor locked on to the female elf and he fired as the rocket followed the female as she tried to flee jumping into the skies and it made contact exploding turning her into dust and the force of the explosion above caused Nagito to cover his face.

"Next I call Rogue Gunner, Rookie Pilot (7000)" Hedeyoshi continued

A flash of light appeared in front of the orange haired boy as another boy wearing a mechanical suit had appeared and readied his dagger in hand.

"With his effect once he enters the field I soul charge (Rogue Gunner, Driving Strike). Boosted by Ordinance Chief, Longshot V2 attacks (16000)" Hedeyoshi declared

"I won't guard the attack" Nagito decided

"Drive check (Rogue Gunner, Recon Drone - Draw Trigger) a draw trigger, the power goes to Rookie Pilot and I draw" Hedeyoshi revealed

The humanoid robot had aimed its rifle once again as it targeted the grey haired man locking on with his visor and fired as it grazed the man as he tried to dodge harming the man.

"Damage check (Amon's Follower, Cruel Hand - Critical Trigger) I'll give the effects to my vanguard" Nagito revealed

"With a boost from Arsenal Kid, Rookie Pilot attacks (17000)" Hedeyoshi declared

The boy had charactered at the grey haired man slashing him with the dagger causing the grey haired man pain as he went onto one knee looking to the boy as he went back to his original positioning.

"I do understand. That we cannot just back down knowing everything is at risk" Hedeyoshi countered clenching his mechanical hand into a fist

Nagito didn't respond to what Hedeyoshi said as he raised a card to the sky.

"Leader of the house, with mastery of the soul, he destroys all that is darkness, I ride my avatar Amon's Leader, Astaroth (11000)" Nagito announced

The grey haired man was encased in a purple light as he disappeared and in its place a giant demonic creature with 4 large white wings and 2 large red demonic wings on its back, red chains covering both its arms, a demonic eyes in the chest and wearing a head like helmet with white fur and red horns rises up and stares down at the humanoid robot.

"So you bring out your ace this time" Hedeyoshi stated thinking back to their previous match

"I won't let you pass me and for that I will show you my decks true power, I call Dimension Creeper (7000)" Nagito stated

Behind the women with lilac hair a creature with a pink glow in its eyes and mouth and covered in a mysterious green goo appeared.

"I attack your vanguard with Hell's Draw boosted by Dimension Creeper (16000)" Nagito declared

"I don't guard" Hedeyoshi decided

The lilac haired women flew into the air and did a nose dive towards the humanoid robot and slashed it with her claw as the robot took a step back from the force damaged.

"Damage check (Rogue Gunner, Longshot V1 - No Trigger)" Hedeyoshi revealed

"With a boost from Greedy Hand, Astaroth will attack your vanguard (16000)" Nagito declared

"I nullify the attack with Rogue Gunner, Renegade Leader (perfect defence)" Hedeyoshi countered

"Twin drive, first check (Psychic of Dust, Izaya - No Trigger) second check (Amon's Follower, Hell's Trick - Heal Trigger) a heal trigger, the power to Hell's Draw and I'll recover one" Nagito revealed

The demon had opened its demon eye as energy gathered in it using power around them and it fired a beam at the humanoid robot but then another humanoid robot wearing a captain uniform appeared before the robot sniper and formed a barrier around them protecting them from the blast and disappeared afterwards.

The humanoid robot saluted as it then faded into a light as the ground cracked apart behind Hedeyoshi as a tall, black metal clad man with long blond hair similar to Zero from Megaman X, wielding a large sword, blood red eyes and a black scarf covering his mouth rises up from the ground as it closed back up and got ready for battle.

"I'm not gonna hold back in this game so I can support Kin and everyone else who fought to get Shade to come back. The greatest leader deserves the greatest companion, Seek Mate!" Hedeyoshi announced

4 cards flew out of Hedeyoshi's drop zone and returned to the deck then a light surrounded his deck and scanned through it, then a card flew out from the deck.

"Ultimate Rogue Gunner Duo, Alpha Rogue Gunner, Dragonic Lord of Metal, Legion!" Hedeyoshi announced

The man raised his sword and lightning strikes it covering the area in a flash and as it disappeared it revealed a dragon the size of a small skyscraper with wings to match his size coated in metal, the wings are the same as Gust Blaster Dragon with missile launchers on embedded in them, 4 arms with claws as sharp as a katana each claw holding a weapon in the bottom left claw is a Sub-Machine Gun, the bottom right has a grenade launcher attached to the wrist, the top right claw has a sword made of energy, the top left claw has a mini gun, a head the shape of a Blue Eyes White Dragon and has a pattern similar to Gust Blaster Dragon covering its body as it roared and looked to Hedeyoshi nodding getting a response from him doing the same looking back to Nagito.

"So you've called upon your avatar now" Nagito stated looking up to the dragon

"Of course I have, he's raring to get back at you for defeating us" Hedeyoshi stated

"I use Lord of Metal's ability, I counter blast 1 and make you discard a card from your hand" Hedeyoshi continued

"As you wish" Nagito stated as he discarded the card Hedeyoshi picked at random, Amon's Follower, Psycho Grave

"Next I retire Hell's Draw since her grade is the same as the one you discarded" Hedeyoshi finished

The large dragon fired its mini gun at the girl with lilac hair as she screamed in pain and turned into dust.

"Next I use Arsenal Kid's effect, I counter blast and place him into the soul, with that since a card was placed in your drop zone and I'm in Legion I force a card from your soul into the drop zone" Hedeyoshi added

The small orange haired boy fired a bullet at the demon as he turned into energy surrounding the bullet and as it hit the demon a spirit version of Ron Geenlin appeared and then disappeared from the demon.

"Since three cards were placed in your drop zone this turn my vanguard gets 9000 power for the turn (31000), I move back Rookie Pilot and then call Rogue Gunner, Blasting Fury (9000)" Hedeyoshi stated

The mechanical suited boy moved back as in his place a man armed with two pistols, wearing a mechanical suit appeared with a grin.

"All that power and it still won't help you" Nagito stated

"We'll see. Boosted by Ordinance Chief, Dragonic Lord of Metal, Kaiser Steel, Legion attack! (38000)" Hedeyoshi declared

"I won't need to defend your attack" Nagito decided

"Twin drive (Rogue Gunner, Blitz Runner - Critical Trigger) a critical, I give the power to Blasting Fury and I give the critical to my vanguard, second check (Rogue Gunner, Cannon Driver - No Trigger)" Hedeyoshi revealed

The metal clad man had jumped onto the large dragon and man had slashed the air making an energy blast form travelling towards the man while the dragon fired its missile launchers, grander launchers and sub machine guns bombarding the demon with all the strikes damaging it greatly.

"Damage check the first check (Doreen the Thruster - No Trigger) the second (Amon's Follower, Meteor Cracker - Stand Trigger)" Nagito revealed

"With a boost from Rookie Pilot, Blasting Fury attacks getting 3000 power (24000)" Hedeyoshi declared

"I guard with Amon's Follower, Hell's Trick (total defence 26000)" Nagito countered

"United by their need for power, distort all the souls of my enemies, Demon World Marquis, Amon, Legion!" Nagito announced

Another pillar of dark light formed around the large demon as a large grey demonic creature with 4 red arms, two giant blood red wings, one eye, two red horns and a giant mouth in the chest with another eye appeared at it side as they looked to the dragon and metal clad man.

"I'll start by calling Psychic of Dust, Izaya (9000)" Nagito stated

A boy wearing black latex suit with yellow lining and spikes, lavender hair with crimson red at the top, a silver chain belt, blood red eyes and a green aura surrounding his whole body appeared beside the demon with a grin.

"Next with Greedy Hand's ability, I counter blast 1 and place him to the soul then I add Dimension Creeper from my hand into the soul" Nagito stated

'That's 4 cards in his soul' Hedeyoshi thought

"Izaya gets 3000 power (12000). Next I use Amon's skill I counter blast and move Dimension Creeper from the rearguard into my soul, with that I force you to retire one unit" Nagito declared

A demonic energy formed around the boy in the mechanical suit as he was crushed by it vanishing from the field.

"That makes 5 in soul and another 3000 to Izaya (15000), with Astaroth's skill when a rearguard on your field is retired I soul charge 3 (Demon World Marquis, Amon, Amon's Follower, Vlad Specula, Hysteric Shirley)" Nagito stated

"Just like that you have 8 cards in there" Hedeyoshi stated

"That's not all I've also given Izaya another 9000 power (21000). It doesn't stop, I use both Dimension Creepers to soul charge after placing them in drop zone (Amon's Follower, Cruel Hand, Amon's Follower, Hell's Trick, Amon's Follower, Vlad Specula, Amon's Follower, Hell's Draw). Which once again triggers Izaya (33000)" Nagito explained

'He's gotten his rearguard to that kind of power and gave himself 10 cards in soul this quickly' Hedeyoshi thought

"The pain only continues from here" Nagito said suddenly

Hedeyoshi wasn't quite sure what he mean't but he knew that whatever it was would make things challenging.

"Since I have 10 cards in my soul Astaroth's ability gives him 1 critical (21000, 2)" Nagito said

"That's some unit you have there" Hedeyoshi said with a grin

"I call Amon's Follower, Hell's Deal (7000) and soul charge (Amon's Follower, Psycho Grave, Psychic of Dust, Izaya) now Izaya gets stronger and with Amon the total power gain is 12000 (39000) (33000, 2)" Nagito explained

"Looks like I've got myself in a tough situation" Hedeyoshi said

"Now, Astaroth, Amon, Legion attack! (33000, 2)" Nagito declared

'With this attack a critical trigger will end the match here' Hedeyoshi thought

"I'll use Renegade Leader (perfect defence)" Hedeyoshi countered

"So you had a second one in hand. Twin drive (Amon's Leader, Astaroth - No Trigger) second check (Amon's Follower, Cruel Hand - Critical) a critical trigger, all the effects will go to Izaya (44000)" Nagito revealed

The two demons had surrounded a small space with both their arms forming energy between the both of them and their wings then forming a small arch creating a sphere of negative energy and firing each blast at the dragon and steel clad man but a humanoid robot with a captains uniform called out a squadron of drones protecting the two from harm disappearing after.

"Now with a boost from Hell's Deal, Izaya attacks (51000)" Nagito declared

"No guard" Hedeyoshi decided

The boy in the black latex suit grinned as he created electricity in his hands and fired the blast with maximum power at the two as they were damaged panting from injury.

"Damage check first (Rogue Gunner, Grenadier Assassin - No Trigger) second (Rogue Gunner, Gattling Storm - No Trigger)" Hedeyoshi revealed

"That will end my turn" Nagito stated

Hedeyoshi looked to the card he drew and grinned as he looked to Nagito as Nagito responded raising a brow.

"Things won't go as you planned Nagito, I use Lord of Metal's effect I counter blast 1 to force you to discard (Amon's Leader, Astaroth) since you have no grade 3 rearguards you don't have to retire, but using Kaiser Steel's Legion skill" Hedeyoshi stated turning the card he drew to reveal another Alpha Rogue Gunner, Dragonic Lord of Metal

'So that's what he drew' Nagito thought as Hedeyoshi discarded the revealed card

"Now since a card was placed in your drop zone I retire your remaining rearguards" Hedeyoshi continued

The steel clad warrior readied his sword as he slashed the ground causing a fissure to form below the boy in the black latex suit and the lilac haired girl as they fell into it disappearing.

"This gives my vanguard a 9000 power boost due to Lord of Metal's effect (31000), then I call Rogue Gunner, Longshot V1 (7000)" Hedeyoshi added

A jet black boy humanoid robot appeared with a green visor, a bronze V1 logo on its left shoulder and holding a Barrett .50 Cal American sniper rifle.

"With his skill I soul blast 1 and remove a card in your soul (Demon World Marquis, Amon) which adds another 3000 to my vanguard (34000)" Hedeyoshi explained

'He's added a lot of power to his attacking units and destroyed my own' Nagito thought

"With a boost from Ordinance Chief, Kaiser Steel, Lord of Metal, Legion attack! (41000)" Hedeyoshi declared

'He'll need a critical to pull off a win here, we'll have to see' Nagito thought looking to his hand which had no Vlad Specula's

"I won't guard" Nagito decided

"The twin drive (Rogue Gunner, Cannon Driver - No Trigger) the second check (Rogue Gunner, Blitz Runner - Critical Trigger) a critical trigger. The power goes to Blasting Fury and my vanguard is going critical" Hedeyoshi revealed

Nagito seeing the results had a small smile on his face as the metal clad warrior and large dragon charged at the two demons for one final assault as both used their blades to pierce the demons.

"Damage check (Amon's Follower, Meteor Cracker - Stand Trigger) (Amon's Follower, Vlad Specula) Thats the end" Nagito mumbled in defeat

Hedeyoshi was silent for the moment as he pointed his fingers to Nagito and in a quiet tone as the cards from the damage zone formed a tower of black aura then evil spirits rained down on Nagito making him scream in pain and he fell to his knees as the field disappeared and Hedeyoshi went to Nagito extending a hand to help him up.

"Now lets talk" Hedeyoshi said

"...As promised" Nagito said as he then started to explain about what they were doing and Abyss' new power

~Meanwhile~

Kiniro and Izo were running through the halls like before but this time as they ran Izo looked to Kiniro.

"Kin when we reach the next area, go on ahead" Izo said knowing that things were gonna turn out like with Hikaru, Yudai and Hedeyoshi

Kiniro hearing this looked back to Izo then thought about how things were having an idea who would show up next.

"But Izo, Katashi-" Kiniro started

"I can handle it, you need to go see Shade" Izo said

Kiniro hearing that knew that Izo was right as he nodded and as they came to the large space with Katashi standing at its centre Kiniro rather than stopping immediately ran past Katashi glancing at him as he passed running through the next hall and Katashi looked to Izo.

"You told Kin to move on" Katashi stated getting a nod from Izo

"He needs to see Shade and I need to fight you" Izo said holding his deck up

Katashi understood what Izo was saying is true as he held up the Silver Cross.

"Heavenly beings that transcend the boundaries of space, vow to protect their leader from sins, Heavens Gate Prison" Katashi announced

Clouds appear and then lights shine through them, the fighters appear on a stone bridge one that connects to a gate with light shining through it and at the other end the Earth itself and two fight tables made of light appear in front of the fighters.

"This battle will decided what is the truth" Katashi said placing his deck on the table

"We'll see" Izo said as he did the same determined to win the battle

Hey guys sorry for the lon wait for the next chapter but I've managed to find time to write this new chapter for everyone and I plan on making more soon as Missing Mate is not too far off from being finished and I hope that you'll all like what's to come. Next time it will be Katashi vs Izo, look forward to what will be a great battle. With that lets all continue to live in this golden age together
