*Lestrade's POV*

"Umm, I, umm..." I said.

I started to panic. Yes, I did like her, but i didn't want to tell her that. Why does this always happen to me? And why am I always involved in awkward situations. I was just about to make things more awkward by telling her that I did, when my phone started ringing. I excused myself from the conversation and looked at my phone. A blocked number? I don't think i've ever blocked someone before. I answered it.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hi, it's Jim, can you come back up? Sherlock's on the phone to John who's found Sarah."

"Sure, I'm on my way."

I walked over to Molly.

"I'm going back up, John know's where she is, you coming?" I said.

"Yeah" she said.

We walked back to the flat. That was close, saved by the call!
