"Anirudh...my brother, how are you?" Nil asked before hugging Ani as he entered the haveli

"I am all good dada, what about you and everyone?" He said before looking around

Nil understood that he was searching for bondita.

"I must say anirudh in this 12 years you have changed a lot haan" nil said while Ani smiled

"Dada where is sumati ma, choto kaka kakima, thakuma, tapur, tupur and...and bondita" he asked getting impatient to meet her

"No one is here anirudh except for me and bondita" nil replied

"But why? Where is everyone?" He asked confusingly

"Come with me" nil said before taking them to a place while anirudh and suarabh followed him

Soon they reached to a place where a big photo frame was hanged with garland around it.

As soon as anirudh saw the photo he was shocked till core.

"This...why buddy and sumati maa's photo are kept like this. I mean only buddy's photo should be here right" he asked fearfully

"Maa is no more in this world" nil said before taking a deep breath while anirudh again got a shock

"How?" He asked with teary eyes

For him sumati was as equal as his own mother, she always took care of him, loved him so much that after knowing the truth that she died, he wasn't able to digest it.

"It's a long story anirudh, someone killed her when bondita was 15 years old" nil replied

"Who?" Anirudh asked clutching his fist

He was getting angry at the person who killed her unknown about the fact that that person died the day sumati's dead body was burned.

"He already died anirudh...after maa's death everyone left from here and got settled outside bangal. After that we never had connection with them" he said

"Sumati maa died and I didn't even knew about it. Nil dada why didn't you informed about this to us? Am I really an outsider to you?" anirudh asked with teary eyes

"No anirudh, you are the most closet person to us after maa. Actually at that time we weren't in a state to inform anyone and bondita was devastated after the incident" nil replied

"I am feeling guilty that all this year's bondita was undergoing so much pain and I wasn't even here to console her" anirudh said being sad and guilty

While nil looked at him with teary eyes

"Just by knowing the half truth you are feeling so much bad and guilty, what will you do when you will get to know about the whole truth anirudh?" Nil thought

That's when a servant came towards them

"Malik, bondita Malkin had some important work so she left and told me to inform you" he informed before leaving

"Important work? What important work does she have that she didn't even come to meet anirudh?" Suarabh asked confusingly

"She is a doctor maybe she have some important surgery" he lied

"Oh it's ok" anirudh said while nil forced a smile which didn't went unnoticed by suarabh

Nil ordered some servants to show them their room and they left.

"I know you don't have any work bondita, you are trying to run away from Anirudh because you too are afraid to hurt his feelings. I can say by looking at him that he already fell in love with you.

I don't know how strong his love is but he fell in love without knowing you all this year, will his love stay the same after knowing about her?"

Nil said tensly
