3.Love
Hey guys first of all I wanna wish all of you a Happy Independence day.
So as it is Independence Day and because you have seen my not so short article which I wrote last time which is based on feminism. So you guys must be expecting a serious article today but today I would like to talk about a simple topic which even though looks really simple but is really complicated-Love. So what is Love-Bollywood says if a girl and boy meet’s each other, they generate feelings for each other and then they suddenly starts thinking with their hearts and not their brains that is love. Some people says that it is a hormonal thing if you have seen the film Yaariyan there is an amazing term used ‘hormonal locha’ I love the term actually. There was also an amazing explanation for love in the FB recently ‘Love is the sixth sense that destroys all the five senses and make a person non-sense’ And I agree with that too up to a certain extent. William Shakespeare had written a lot of amazing and beautiful things about love and surprisingly I believe in all that too. OK I don’t know whether love is a good thing or a bad thing but I can say one thing for sure everyone needs love from someone or the other maybe the love of their family, friends or from their girlfriends, boyfriends husbands and wife’s. I am a person who has spent whole life searching for love. It took me 17 long years to find the person who loved me the most in this world who has been with me every time when I am sad, a person who has always wiped my tears when I am sad a person who has always wiped my tears who has always motivated me when I had lost all hopes. A person who has never left my side. A person who I had always end up hurting and now finally after 17 long years of hurting I had decided to love that person more than anyone in this world and after that decision the same world which looked like hell to me before had turned into heaven. Now I see that person every single day when I look into the mirror. Yes, guys I am talking about myself. You must be thinking I am mad. But it’s true I love myself more than anyone else in this world. It’s not selfishness because if you guys agree or not only you know yourself better than anyone else. Everyone in this world must have encouraged yourself, everyone must have at least once told yourself ‘it’s OK’ when no one else did. No matter how many people you have around you no matter how many people love you in the end you will be left alone no one is going to stay with you forever. You will only have yourself till the end of your life. We human beings behave so stupidly sometimes we let others decide for us others dream for us others make decisions for us but if they dream for us who will we dream for?- others. No, guys let others dreams for themselves and you can dream for you live your life your way not the way others show’s you. Only if you live your life your way you can make your own different mark. We humans have this stupid habit of sacrificing our dreams for others, but have you ever thought how is it gonna effect your future generations- just imagine you will sacrifice your dreams because of your parents your children will sacrifice their dreams for you and the circle goes on and on and the world will become a place where no one have the guts to dream and trust me slowly our world is turning to the same thing- a world where everyone is scared to dream. But just imagine if you break the circle and starts dreaming big and your children will follow you and the circle will go on and on and what will the world be then- a world full of dreams. Now that looks more beautiful right? I am a person who never loved me I always shouts at myself and thinks negative about myself, if you guys have read Chethan Bhagat’s novel one Indian girl you can relate me to Radika whose inner self who she calls ‘mini me’ keeps on scolding her all the time. Let me quote the lines from the film ‘English Vinglish’ ‘If we don’t love ourselves our life looks boring new things starts attracting us but if we love ourselves our old life looks beautiful’ these are some lines which are really true and I am talking from my personal experience. Girls, especially Indian girls have this habit of hating themselves thinking that they are less from the men or other girls around them on the basis of looks the rights lifestyle ECT, ECT. That’s the main reason why most of the fairness cream companies are making so much of profit. If you listen to the TV ads you can see that how this fairness cream advertisements are made in such a way that it can hurt the feelings of the girls by hurting their feelings and making them feel bad about their skin colour or looks. Girls have this really bad habit of comparing themselves with other women which initially end them up hating themselves they think ‘if I had her looks everyone will love me more or I will get more attention’. Indian girls are thought from childhood that they are less than men through words or actions of restricting their rights. Which makes them say that: ‘if I was a guy life would have been easier’. Girls never understand or they try to avoid that being pretty externally is not important our attitude decides our life so girls stop blabbering so much about your looks and if no one talks about looks who knows maybe it won’t be an important factor anymore. Fit one thing into your mind being a guy is also no too easy they have their own set of problems and it’s not always about gender girls are facing inequality because they believe that they are not equal and if a guy treats a girl not equal to him then it’s because his mom never considered herself equal to guys. So don’t hate yourself because of your looks or gender. Guys remember one thing you are the most adorable person in this whole world so just love yourself and remember a person who don’t love themselves can never love anyone else truly. Guys and I live in kerala and it is raining heavyly plus most of the places are flooding please pray for the people.
