After I was done packing my luggage along with Divya's, I sat down near the matchbox almira and thought of a plan to talk to Natasha. As for Vicky, he only made weird and annoying faces at me, otherwise he wasn't a bad person to interact with.

"You can do this Drishti, remember, for Rakshit!" Inhaling a good round amount of air, I left the room in search of Vicky firstly, hoping that he would be alone otherwise it would've been awkward talking to him in front of every other person who was busy making fun of me.

My eyes went around the hall but found absolutely no one there, so I started moving towards their room for my purpose. When I reached their room, I knocked at the door, hoping to find Vicky inside the room. The door was answered shortly revealing Romi's face peeping out of the door. "Your husband is in the washroom, only Vicky and I are here. Thank you" saying this, he tried shutting the door but I inserted my hand in between to avoid him from doing so.

"Ah, I'm not here for Rakshit"

"So? Who are you here for? Let me tell you, Donald Duck doesn't live here"

"Do you think it's funny?" After he nodded his head in a bright yes and opened the door for me, I passed him a tight lipped smile before proceeding "I'm here to invite you and Divya for a stay over at our house this weekend. Let me talk to Vicky too so that all the explanation is done at once. Where is he?"

"Let me check. Maybe he is hiding somewhere in my pockets" Said Romi and started checking his pockets after which he forced himself to sigh when he couldn't find Vicky. Thank You so much. It really helped.

"Romi!"

"Ok fine. Come in" I went inside the room and found Vicky lying on the bed, scrolling through his phone. "Hey Vicky, look who is here"

"The president" he murmured annoyingly before looking at me and realizing it was me "oh it's you. Wassup?"

"I'm good. What about you?" I have seriously never done this in my entire life with anyone except dad.

"I'm also good" awkward silence consumes the place and we keep looking at each other's faces before Romi coughs to bring the situation back to normal.

"Oh yeah. Actually Rakshit and I are leaving" You think he would let me complete my sentence?

"What!!!" Screamed Vicky and dropped his phone on the bed "why? When? How?"

"The answers- why- because we wanted some time alone, when- in an hour, how- we're taking a 'bus'"

"So he is going? Today. And he didn't tell us? Moreover he is leaving when we all were finally spending some time with him. He would either be at work or with you when you didn't care, spending just some time with us. He always said 'You two have each other but she is all alone at home' Why did you break up with Neil and went alone? At least we would've spent more time together"

"Vicky listen to me-"

"What? And tell me who did he ask? How can he leave us here? It's you right? You are trying to take him away from us"

"It's not the case Vicky, just listen to me" I tried explaining him but he wasn't willing to listen to me.

"No! Firstly you don't even care about him, leave him all alone when he was always there for you and then suddenly you come out of nowhere, tell him you like him and now you are taking him away from his friends? How cheap of you Drishti, why are you coming in between us? Stop fourth wheeling our friendship! Can't you simply leave us? So that we can have a peaceful life? I think everyone was right, he's so pathetic that he got someone like you. You don't deserve him, at all! You just came to wretch our lives. You don't even know a thing about Rakshit"

"Vicky listen to her!" Romi yelled from behind me and grabbed Vicky's attention. "She was here to say something but you didn't let her complete"

"Leave it Romi" when Romi stopped listening to me I turned my face towards Vicky and spoke straightforward what I had to speak "I was just here to invite you two to our house. Rakshit and I wanted to spend the time with all of you. We would love it if you leave today with us and stayed at ours. Thank You" completing my sentence, I left the room silently, shutting the door behind me, ignoring the look on their faces.

Now how was Natasha going to react? She was get angry and her anger would be far worse than Vicky.

I entered our room and looked for Natasha but couldn't find her anywhere, so I took the opportunity to sit down near the window and think of all the words Vicky told me. I wouldn't have listened to all his talks silently, but I did it anyways because I thought they wouldn't bother me in the end, but I was wrong when it came to the his last sentences.

I did not deserve him.

Did I?

Would the conditions ever get any better than they are now? Can I ever change? What if I never want to change, what if I told him I wanted to stay like this and push everyone out of my life, will his belief break? That I would change myself.

Will I actually start changing on my own because of him.

While my mind was busy juggling between all these thoughts, the door to the room opened and Natasha stepped inside, passing me a faint smile. "Hi"

"Um, hi" I stood from the bed and looked around the room, quiet not knowing how to take the conversation to the next level. Natasha breathed in tiredness as she didn't take proper rest after we came back from the forest and moved towards her bed when she noticed my packed bags.

"What's this? Are you guys leaving?" she asked politely and looked at me when I could my confidence starting to laugh at me and I was like 'she is polite? Wow'

"Um, yeah. We are leaving in an hour"I stopped to get her reaction but all she did was stand there and signal me to continue the statement after she mouthed a 'why' "we wanted to spend some time away from everyone. But not you all. I mean, we want you all to stay at ours so that we all can spend some time together" I looked at her smile as she said

"That's a great idea, whose idea was it by the way?"

"Um, mine to be honest" Ok, what was that role reversal? "So, will you be coming?"

"I would love to!" She smiled and we stood at our places for a good four minutes and a half. As my feelings kept piling up inside me, I couldn't stop myself from walking towards her and hugging her with all my might. "Um, that's weird. But okay" she patted my back and her left arm moved around my shoulder to hold it. "You know I don't like you much" she stammered as she pet me slowly.

"Trust me the feelings are mutual" It was so weird that the person whom I expected to treat me the way actually treated me better. Expectations never stand true. We never know what kies ahead, or how a person behaves to a situation.

And to be honest, I was overwhelmed by her smile and her reply. "I just did What I wanted to"

"Well okay" she chuckled and as we were about to separated, an over hormonal Divya entered and screamed.

"Oh My God!!"
