Luka's POV

After the day of the incident, Ark and I were in the bedroom. I was sitting by my study table while doing my homework while Ark was playing. It was six in the morning but Ark was just a bundle of energy.

My phone rang and I grumbled under my breath as I let Ark jump up and down on the bed. "Goodbye," I greeted it.

"Mister Perv, mister Perv!" Ark chanted. I placed a finger in front of my lips and Ark sucked his lips in and giggled.

"Son, you forgot to report what happened," dad said. Do I have to?

"Nicki Minaj appeared along with Michael Jackson. Bruno Mars was announced to be their lost son," I drawled.

"Luka, I'm serious," he scolded.

"I almost died, that's what happened," I deadpanned.

"Okay, let's meet up in school in my personal office," he ordered, making me groan.

"Do I have to? Can't I just report to you through a call?"

"This is a report son, not a scheduling for a tea party. Meet me in school, this is an order," he calmly said but he meant business. He always had. Dad ended the call. I massaged my temple and halted Ark.

"Come on, we will go somewhere," I said to him.

"Where?" he asked.

"School," I replied. Ark pouted.

"Naw..."he whined, making me chuckle.

"We have no choice, love, my dad wants to meet us," I said to him.

"Okaaaay," he sighed and threw himself at me, wrapping his arms and legs around my torso and waist. "I want a bath, can we take a bath together?" he asked me.

"What the? Who's this?!" Kade panicked. "And why are you as cold as ice?!" Kade tried to take off Ark but my mate was attached to him like a leech. Jealousy started to bubble inside of me and I could hear Cerberus' low growling.

"I'm Ark!"

"No Ark is a puppy! You are getting me wet man!" Kade protested. His uniform was indeed getting soaked.

Kade stopped his struggling and found me looking at him. "Alpha! Who is this?"

"That's Ark. Kade if you so much get to see even his nipple, I will immediately take your vision," I threatened. Kade quickly shut his eyes and stood straight.

"Shit! Sorry!"

"Ark, let go of Kade," I scolded. Ark whimpered.

"But-"

"Now."

Ark got down from Kade with his head down. I was not feeling any guilt for scolding him. I was a possessive person and he should know who he belonged to.

I left Kade standing like a fool and assisted Ark with his clothes. I made him wear a blue hoodie and some skin tight pants that fitted his waist well. Thank god for his big hips. I wore my uniform and tapped Ark's shoulder to follow. Ark looked like a sad, guilty puppy but I was still mad at him. I raised his hoodie over his head; people might recognize him so the hoodie was needed. If werewolves saw him, that would be a huge mess. I need dad's help with this. I just realized it now.

"Kade, let's go," I said. Kade opened his eyes and his eyes made a quick drop to Ark's lowered head before smiling and going out.

I made Kade drive; I was also in front while Ark was at the back, sulking.

We arrived at school and I quickly placed a protective arm around Ark's shoulders. Kade handed me the keys to the car and gave me the wiggle of the eyebrows.

"What's going on chief?"

"Nothing."

"From what I recall, your mate was a cute husky puppy and you're telling me it's nothing?"

"It's complicated."

Kade scoffed. "Your status on Facebook is always complicated."

I gave him a glare. "I don't have Facebook."

"Twitter?"

"None."

"Instagram?"

"None."

"Pinterest?"

I sighed in exasperation. "None."

"Jesus, Alpha! We are in the 21st century! Stop living under a rock and socialize," he laughed. I ignored him and focused my attention on my mate who was quiet.

I'm kinda feeling bad for Ark now and so was my wolf who was now whimpering.

We directly went to the special office made for my father. We still had an hour before classes started so there were only a few students who were at the hallways.

When we entered, dad was already seated on his smooth black office chair behind his black mahogany desk. Even if you were his own flesh and blood you will still get intimidated at the superior aura in the room emitted by him.

Kade locked the door and dad pointed at the black sofa in the middle of the room which was opposite to another black sofa. There was a white rectangular coffee table between them.

The three of us sat on one sofa with me in the middle and dad sat opposite of us.

"And who might this be?" dad asked. He was referring to Ark.

"Dad, this is Ark," I said to him.

"But Ark is a dog right?"

"It's complicated," Kade butt in.

"I'm willing to hear it," that replied with a smirk.

"Long story," I said. I need to tell dad about Ark.

"I have time," he pushed on and crossed his legs. Damn, my dad really looked badass in a suit.

I slowly took off the hoodie and ordered Ark to raise his head. Dad's eyes widened and Kade gasped. The moron was quick on his feet and kneeled in front of Ark. Dad jumped over the table and did the same. My baby was in panic as he saw them submit. He looked at me for help and I couldn't help but chuckle.

"Your highness, what a pleasant surprise!" Dad said, his one knee was on the floor while the other one was supporting his arm; Kade on the other hand looked close to crying.

"He doesn't remember anything so it's no use on kneeling."

Dad looked up at me. "What do you mean?"

"Firstly, sit down and let me explain."

Kade sat on the floor like I was going to tell a story and dad sat on the table and looked at me with extreme focus.

I gave them information about the red wolves which I knew that they already had but I included the fact that the wolves and the witches were after Ark. I also explained to them the penguin, what Icius told me, and that there was an impostor prince which they must have already realized.

"I didn't get any information on that fake Jude since she exploded from being exposed to sunlight too much," dad explained. "These events are rather...eventful. Having an impostor prince will certainly create havoc."

"Then let's just bring them the real one!" Kade suggested.

"Too risky, once we bring Ark back there, he will be in danger and he might even be accused of being the fake one," I explained. Ark pulled my sleeve.

"Where will I go? Will you come, Luka?" he asked. He looked utterly confused. I placed Ark on my lap and stroked his hair.

"Nowhere Ark, you'll stay with me." Ark smiled and hugged me.

"Let's wait for any movement in the castle. Keep your eyes peeled for any news. For now, let's keep Ark in a low profile," dad said. "I'll also fix the papers of Ark for enrollment."

"Why?" I asked. I thought he wanted to keep Ark's identity a secret?

"Who'll guard him if you're at school?" He pointed out.

"But wolves will recognize him,"Kade retorted.

"Then we will design a uniform made especially for him with a high neckline and a hoodie, how does that sound?"

"Stupid."

"We have no other choice Luka, unless you want to chain Ark in the basement then be my guest."

Kade stood up and quickly shook hands with my mate. "Oh boy, it is such an honor to meet you. Don't worry prince, you are safe with me!"

I slapped Kade's hand. "Keep your distance!" I growled.

"By the way, where's Ark's wolf?" dad asked.

"Icius is working to bring back Ark's memories."

"Then we will wait for that before we plan our move . It is better to have the prince plan with us," dad said to himself. Ark got himself off of me and wandered around the room, he looked clearly bored as if he wasn't interested in the topic that clearly was concerned about him. Kade approached him and I glared at my beta. He raised his hands up to say he meant no harm before calling Ark like a fangirl.

Kade was one of the Alaster's fan clubs. I just hope he doesn't get too close to my mate.

Ark looked at Kade and bent down. He poked Kade's crotch making my eyes wide.

"Kade, does your lollipop get hard too?" The room fell silent except for dad's soft chuckle. I could see Kade's frozen body.

He knew I would slaughter him any minute now.

"Kade!" I growled.

"What?! The prince made a move not me!" he defended. He screamed like a girl as he ran for his life.

"Mister Luka's dad, how about your popsicle?" Ark asked. Dad dashed out of the room in an instant.

Even though he was my dad, I won't hesitate to throw burning knives at him.
