After comforting Rin and calming the male down, Haru and Rin reamined in the room with Rin on the bed and Haru sitting by his feet. Matsuoka's eyes were bright red and puffy because of his crying and trying to face the fact that his swimming career is now in jeopardy.

"Well... Im sorry" Haru said softly through the thick silence as Rin looked up to his friend with a baffled expression.

"Sorry? Why?" Rin asked as he sat up in the bed while cringing from the sharp pains throughout his body. Haruka rushed to him with a small tumble while pushing him down gently as possible, "I'm the reason you got hit by the bus. I had to stop in the middle of the road to tie my shoe and then you saved me. You pushed me out for safety , but injured yourself in the process..." Haruka felt asshamed, as if her couldnt even make eye contact to the male before him.

Rins eyes opened wide as he looked to him "Haru, I rather you stay alive and me not being able to swim then me swimming and you being deceased. As long as you're okay, I dont regret it so dont be sorry" Rin explained as he rubbed at his eyes one last time then gave a smile, showing his unique shark teeth.

Haru blushed madly as he cleared his throat and looked away. "But Rin, why did you help me? Like, I pretty much snatched you and your fathers dream right from your hands. And you dont regret it? Why? Just explain that i dont get it.." Haruka mumbled slightly as Rin laughed softly.

Nanase looked at Matsuoka and arched an eyebrow up. "Whats so funny?" He asked slightly embarrassed as Rin snickered "you dumbass. I dont regret saving you because I love you" Rin blushed lightly like the pink cherry blossoms in the school yard.

Haruka felt warm inside. Why was he felling like this? Was he sick? Did he hurt himself? No of course not. Its the new feeling he has received. Love.

The black haired males mouth dropped as Rin looked away from his expression and crossed his arms. "Yeah I know, you cant feel the same way, you dont have emotions" Rin laughed but coughed afterward from the pain of his ribs.

Haru shook his head rapidly as he cleared his throat, "No Rin... I love you too.." He said softly as he crouched down to the bed and kissed the pink haired male on his soft lips.

Rins eyes widened as Haru pulled himself away to release the kiss. Like always, Rin came to tears but this time it was tears of joy. He hugged Haruka tightly, not caring for the pain his body remained in as Haru blushed and hugged him back. "Thank you... I love you Rin Matsuoka" Haru said quickly into the hug as Rin wept tears of joy. "I love you too Haru!" Rin shouted while his voice cracked with happiness.

Matsuoka pulled away from the hug and grinned happily with tears running down his face. Haruka smiled softly as he reached his hand to cup Rins cheek while rubbing the tears from his face. "Calm down you idiot, this is supposed to be a happy moment" Haru laughed under his breath while Rin held his hand over Harukas hand. "I-i am happy!" He cheered while continuing to cry then leaned forward as he hugged onto Haru and gripped onto his shirt tightly.

Haru smiled and kissed his cheek. "That mean we're a couple?" Haru smirked through a tease while Rin nodded quickly. His face remained burried in Nanases chest. Haru rubbed Rins head gently, "great news" he said to himself as Rin nodded again continusly.

Seeing Rin this joyful made Haru smiled widely. Rin was always special to him and he was happy that he could finally call Rin his.

Haru looked down to Rin. "Rin?.." He said quietly as no respose came. Rin had fallen asleep on him. The black haired beauty blushed as he lied Rin down on the bed and pulled the covers onto him. He stood up to leave the room as he felt a small tug to his wrist.

The male glanced back and in surprise, he saw Rin holding his wrist with one eye peered open. "Lay with me please.." He mumbled in a tired state as Haru smiled and nodded. He flicked the lights off as he scooted into the covers right by Rins side. The male made sure Rin had space for his wounded leg and had support on his ribs before closing  his eyes.

They layed face to face on the bed as Rin was fast asleep. Haru smiled lightly and kissed his forehead gently, "Good night Rin, sweet dreams" Haru said softly while closing his eyes and drifting to sleep by Rins side. The two males sleeped silently through the whole night until it would soon enter the moring further on.
