[Summer Sweetness] Melon & Crunchy Bran Pots by tarnya
Not just for breakfast, this healthy pot of yoghurt, fruit and seeds is a real mid-afternoon hunger booster and ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
• 1/2 of a 200g pack of melon medley.
• 150g pot of fat free yogurt.
• 2tbsp of fruit and fibre cereal.
• 1tbsp of mixed seed.
• 1tsp of clear honey.
Method
• Put the melon medley in a small dish or glass and cover with yoghurt.
• Mix the cereal and seeds together and sprinkle over the top.
• Drizzle over the honey and eat immediately.
