Sycamore Cove Peace Treaty

The Terms:

Both parties agree as of today, February 12, 2009, to end any, and all, of the following activities:

   - Pranks, big or small, expensive or cheap

   - Tricks, see the 1st point

   - Boasting of pranks* (past, present or future pranks) Including, but not limited to:

       - - incidents with spiders, real or fake

       - - reminiscing about Cooper's tighty-whities

    - Posting or exhibiting photographic evidence of pranks

The conditions:

Both parties agree to respect each other's private property, including but not limited to:

    - cars, vehicles

    - homes

    - clothes

    - toiletries

    - school or office supplies

    - anything else imaginable

This peace treaty stands for the duration of both parties' lives.

Any action that breaks the cease-fire will be grounds for swift retribution in the form of posting pictures, being pranked in return or forced to listen to jokes of dubious humor.

Territory includes but is not limited to—all land, water, and air surrounding or affixed to planet earth, undiscovered worlds in all known and unknown universes, whether parallel, inverse, or two-dimensional.

We, the undersigned, agree to generally act like the adults we are now and not like the teenagers we used to be, upon pain of extreme embarrassment, of our fears and phobias being exploited, or our personal property decorated in ways that are difficult to clean up.
