Everyone at Hogwarts knew who Sirius Black was. The ladies man, the womanizer, you name it. He was always the flirt, never one to back down or get flustered.

And yet here he was, a stuttering mess with red cheeks as he saw you.

It was finally summer, you had been waiting for it forever. School was finally over and you were happy to say you didn't fail any classes yet.

When James invited you and the girls to his house so you could go swimming, you said yes immediatly. You also knew Sirius would be there, considering the fact that he's been staying with James for a while.

You didn't know what Sirius' problem with you was. You were always nice with him yet he always seemed to avoid eye contact with you and stay as far away from you. You always shrugged his behavior off, but it secretly always bothered you.

You fell into his trap, as many girls already have. You had a crush on Sirius Black. You felt like drowning in his piercing gray eyes, you wanted to play with his hair and you wanted to hold him. You were screwed.

You looked in the mirror and smiled slightly to yourself. You always had a problem with your body. You were either complaining that your stomach wasn't flat, or that your legs were too big or that your side profile was ugly. And yes, maybe those things were true but you learned to love yourself.

And as you looked in the mirror, the red two piece swimsuit hugging your body perfectly you thought you looked pretty good. You smiled to yourself as you got some black shorts and a crop top over your swimsuit just as your mother yelled from downstairs.

"Y/N, Lily's here!"

Your smile grew as you quickly grabbed you bag and raced downstaris and caught sight of your best friend. You immediatly engulfed Lily in a hug. She staggered back a little before she laughed and hugged you back just as enthusiastic.

"I missed you, Lilypad." you teased as you smiled brightly when she rolled her eyes.

"Missed you too, sweetcheeks." she teased back, using the nickname Marlene always used for you.

You chuckled. "When are Marlene and Alice gonna be there?" you asked as you adjusted your bag and stepped closer to the fireplace, ready to floo at James' house.

"They're gonna be a little late but they'll be there." Lily answered as she held her elbow out. "Now, shall we?" she asked with a teasing grin.

"We shall." you grinned back and pretended to bow as you took her elbow and stepped into the fireplace. The two of you yelled 'The Potter Manor' at the same time and disappeared.

A crash was heard in the Manor, alerting the four boys that someone had arrived. And maybe the several yells and curse words helped them identify who arrived.

"Bloody hell Lily, get off of me!"

"Stop being a git and get your foot out of my face!"

"My foot isn't in your face, my flip-flops just flew into your face!"

"Merlin woman, get off! I don't like you like that!"

"Oh shut up!"

"Ow, stop hitting me!"

"You two good there?" James asked with a cheeky grin as he looked at the two of you. You and Lily might have tripped when you landed and well, you were tangled to say the least.

"Bloody perfect." Lily grumbled as she finally got off of you. You playfully glared at her as you got to your feet and helped her up as well.

"I really don't know what you see in her, James." you teased with a smirk as Lily shot you a small glare.

"The clumsiness and short temper made me like her." James snorted as Lily rolled her eyes at him.

"Bloody idiots, the both of you." she shook her head before looked at the rest of the boys. "Now, what are you three up too?"

"Well, I was just eating." Peter shrugged as he went to take a bite of the cupcake in his hand. Before he could, someone snatched it out if his hands.

"That's for stealing my pie yesterday." Remus retorted as he took a bite of the cupcake while Peter pouted.

"You're all gonna get fat." Sirius rolled his eyes, trying hard not to look at you.

Peter snorted. "You ate like ten cupcakes today."

Sirius blushed slightly when you shot him an amused smile. "Well, I don't get fat."

"Sure." Remus laughed."

"Can we go swimming now?" James whined like a five year old.

"What about Marlene and Alice?" you asked curiously.

"They said they'd be here in an hour." Remus shrugged as the six of you went outside.

You deemed the Potter's lucky, considering there was a huge lake behind their house. They could go swimming whenever they wanted.

The six of you quickly threw all your stuff on the ground as you started taking your clothes off, revealing your colorful swimsuits. You all stood at the edge of the dock that was there as you peered into the clear water.

"Well, who's gonna jump in first?" you asked as you looked towards the boys, more specifically Sirius who was as red as your swimsuit and wouldn't meet your eyes.

"I think you and Sirius should, eh?" James winked as Sirius shot him a piercing glare.

"Well come on then." you urged with a raised eyebrow.

"Take her hand." you could barely hear James whisper harshly in Sirius' ear.

James received another glare but moments later Sirius did take your hand, shooting you what was supposed to be a small smile while his cheeks grew hotter when he looked at what you were wearing - or rather at what you weren't wearing.

You rolled your eyes and squeezed his hand before jumping in the water, successfully dragging Sirius with you.

The water was freezing and you got the the surface almost immediately, gasping for air. Sirius was next to you seconds later, his hair sprawled all over his face.

"Well, how is it?" Peter asked amused as the remaining four looked at you.

"Perfect." you deadpanned as you shivered a little. You began swimming around just as Peter, Remus, James and Lily jumped in the water with you.

Peter screamed a little at the temperature of the water but the others took it well, getting used to the water almost immediately.

You turned to look at Sirius who was already looking at you. Despite his red cheeks and anxiety, he started swimming towards you until he was in front of you. Luckily, the two of you were pretty far away from the others so they wouldn't hear what you were saying.

"Do you hate me or something, Sirius?" you asked gently as you looked at him.

"What?" Sirius asked startled. "Why would you think that?"

You shrugged. "You never look at me, you always leave a room if I'm in it, you never talk to me."

Sirius' face fell as he cleared his throat. "I don't hate you, I never could."

"Why?" you asked quietly as you swam towards him more. He did the same until the two of you were chest to chest.

"I think you already know that." he whispered as he put his hands on your waist and pulled you as close as possible.

You held your breath.

"Oi, lovebirds! Marlene and Alice are here!" James yelled, startling the two of you.

"Good!" Sirius yelled back before grasping the back of your neck and bringing your lips to his. The kiss was perfect, not too soft yet not too rushed. Your hands went to his shoulders as you ignored the wolf whistles probably coming from James and Peter.

The two of you pulled away, both breathing heavily but big grins on your faces.

"Well fucking finally, you big idiots." Marlene yelled as she winked at the two of you before being slapped over the head by Alice.
