"Andi honey" my mom said from the kitchen as I was sat in the living room on the couch watching YouTube.

"Yes ma'am" I called back to her.

"I think you should go to prom!" She stated.

"Mother I'm telling you like I told Victor I'm not going to prom!" I called out.

"What did Vic have to say about that?" She asked curiously.

"Mom it doesn't matter what Vic said he lives over 1000 miles away" I sighed as I took out my phone.

Vic: yo Ands working with dad some today sorry if I don't respond.

Andi: it's fine. My mother is trying to force me to go to prom please make her stop!!! 😩

Vic: I will call her and make her stop.

Andi: how??? She listens to no one.

Vic: trust me! I'm calling her.

I heard my moms phone ring from the kitchen then quit when she answered it.

"Hello Vic" she said cheerfully and walked out into the back yard.

My mom soon came back inside and I received a text from Vic saying the my mother shouldn't be bothering me about prom anytime soon.

Andi: THANK YOU!!!!! You are the best love ya. 🙌🏼

Vic: you're welcome. Lol. Any ways gotta get back to work. Talk later.
