“Jungkook, you better fucking explain to us what is going on or I won’t hesitate to smack you through the room!“, was actually the first thing Park Jimin seethed when he stormed into the room, his boyfriend Yoongi timidly following him and holding onto his hand.

Since Taehyung, well V in reality, has ‘broken’ their friendship, they have stayed away from Jungkook who himself ignored their friends but he now needed their help as well since he and Jeongguk couldn’t get V alone. V would never willingly get back to them, both of them were aware of it.

And if Jungkook wanted to save Taehyung and see him again, he had to come up with a plan and that included his friends. Who would hopefully listen to him.

“H-Hyung, please don’t be angry, I would love to explain everything to you if you let me”, Jungkook started anxiously. He has tried everything to hide the blossoming bruises on his skin, wearing makeup he found in Taehyung’s section of their bathroom and he hoped he has done a decent job.

“You better because Tae made Yoonie cry. What’s going on with you two and why did you ignored us? Namjoon Hyung and Jin Hyung are coming up in five as well because they are worried too. You better talk, Jeon”, Jimin huffed and pulled Yoongi close who has kept quiet but looked at Jungkook silently.

“Did you two fight?“, he asked his best friend quietly who flinched but then nodded slowly with a vulnerable expression on his face. “I thought so. Whenever you and Tae fight, you two are looking like you witnessed puppies being kicked”, Yoongi commented while Jimin was still straight up glaring at Jungkook.

“I will explain everything to you. You have to know the truth. The one who met up with you, the one who hurt you- that wasn’t Tae”, Jungkook started and he looked at his friends who both stared at him as if he had announced he loved killing kittens.

“Of course that wasn’t Tae, he was completely out of his mind and I want to know what happened between you two that he thought separating himself from his friends was a good idea! He’s my best friend Jungkook and I told you, you hurt him, I fuck you up”, Jimin growled, just when Namjoon and Jin barged through the door and immediately started bombarding Jungkook with questions.

“Okay! Enough!“, Jungkook shouted over the loud noises from which he got an headache and all of them immediately turned towards the brunet who wore a pissed expression on his face. “I know you have a lot of questions and you deserve them answered. I meant it when I said this wasn’t the real Tae. It was his mirror reflection who has now taken him away”, Jungkook swiftly said and silence fell over the room.

“Are you... on drugs?“, Jimin asked carefully while Namjoon looked bewildered at the youngest. “Kook, are you okay? We are worried for you”, Seokjin joined in and Jungkook released an annoyed sound, not really knowing how to tell his friends the truth.

So he decided to show them instead.

“Don’t freak out, okay?“, he said towards his confused friends and turned. “Jeongguk, get your ass here”, Jungkook said, the familiar yet unfamiliar name tasting weird on his tongue and he heard loud shocked gasps coming from behind when addressed man appeared, lazily strutting inside the room.

Throwing the confused and shocked looking males a smirk before standing right next to Jungkook and resting his arm over Jungkook’s shoulder. “What’s good, y’all. I’m the Bunny’s reflection”, he introduced himself playfully, not even bothered by the stares.

“And we need your help.”

“So how does this work? Our reflections... are individual persons?“, Namjoon asked warily, sitting on the kitchen counter while eyeing Jungkook and Jeongguk sitting next to each other and looking like twins. Well, they were, mirrored versions of each other.

Jungkook nodded slowly. “I don’t know much about it, but I found out when Tae started to behave... strangely. He would act complete opposite to how he usually behaves and he then broke up with me”, Jungkook started, his heart aching in his chest but he forced himself to continue.

“He left and I thought it was all over. Then he came back, insulted me and I just knew it wasn’t my Tae. Tae would never spit harsh words, he’s such a sweetheart and you all know it. So I confronted him and he attacked me right when I saw this message from Tae on the mirror. Only with the difference, that the message is not on this side of the mirror”, Jungkook said, gesturing to the mirror in the bedroom visible from the kitchen.

Jimin was standing in front of the mirror, in an attempt to touch the glass but he backed away. “He’s right. There’s nothing on the glass... this is so creepy. But where was Tae all the time? And where is he right now?“, Jimin asked and this time, Jeongguk spoke up.

“He was with me, in the mirrorworld. The original, which are all of you by the way, has to touch the glass during heavy emotions and the reflection gets freed if they touch the glass too. That’s how V freed himself and locked your Tae into my world”, Jeongguk explained in his naturally rougher voice.

Namjoon stared at him. “So we also have evil versions sitting behind the mirrors?“, he asked while Jin to his side shivered. “Creepy. So I was never looking at myself? How can I know I’m worldwide handsome?“, he whispered and Jeongguk chuckled lowly. “We are you, in a way. We’re reflections which means we are the other side of the coin. Where you’re good, we’re evil. Jungkook hates microwaves, I love ’em”, the reflection explained, a bit annoyed.

“I would love to continue this question answer shit but we don’t have much time. Your Tae and my little tiger are in danger”, Jeongguk said while Yoongi glanced from Jeongguk to Jungkook, all silent. “V is Taehyung’s reflection? So he was the one insulting us? It was never Tae?”

“Correct, it was all V’s doing, that sneaky little thing. His true name is Taehyeong but he calls himself V for victory. Heh, quite ironic considering he’s currently losing himself”, upon seeing five confused faces, Jeongguk rolled his eyes.

“Are all originals this stupid? Geez”, he grumbled before flicking his wrist to reveal the milky white skin. He lifted his hand. There were small tiny cracks on his hand, the one Jungkook has injured.

“We cannot stay in the real world. It isn’t ours and V should know it”, Jeongguk explained swiftly, not cutting around the case which was so extremely unlike Jungkook. His eyes were cold and he looked completely unbothered while the other five visibly paled upon this information, all somehow avoiding looking at any mirrored surface.

“We reflections cannot survive in this world or we will crack. And then we burst into pieces of glass once they reach the face. I know for a fact that V ignores it and for the safety of your friend, we need to take V back into the mirrorworld. Because you don’t want to encounter a person who loses his reflection. And this is exactly what is going to happen to your precious blondie if we don’t find them", Jeongguk said and Jungkook nearly jumped to his feet but was stopped by Namjoon's question.

"What happens when to Tae when V bursts?"

"In that case, all hope is lost for your friend. The cute kitten will die", Jeongguk revealed and Jungkook released a pained noise while his friends also jumped to their feet, immediately alarmed and protective of their cute friend.

"Then what can we do to prevent this?"

"We have to bring V and Taehyung back here. And push V through the mirror from where he has entered. He's longer here than I am so time is running low. By the end of this day, the cracks will reach his face and then both of them are lost."

"What can we do?"

"We have to lure V here before it is too late."
