I was there. I tried to hide behind the door when Howl and Rosh were talking. I knew that Rosh could sense my presence but he chose to ignore me. Kaya nang sandaling patuluhin na siya ni Howl ay saka ako tinawag ng salamangkero. 

"You can come in, Princess Marah."

Mabagal akong naglakad. Nagulat na lang ako nang yumuko si Howl at hinawakan ang kamay ko. He kissed the back of my hand just like how royals greeted me. I don't know if this was customary in Fevia Attero pero pinabayaan ko na lang. 

"It will be quick, right?"

"Yes. All I have to do is touch his forehead."

Pinagmasdan ko si Rosh. He's even handsome while sleeping. It's hard to admit that if there's really a perfection, it was my brother. 

"Does Fevia Attero have someone like Rosh?"

"What do you mean? Crazy? Marami."

Nanliit ang mga mata ko. "My brother is not crazy."

"That's not what I hear when you're talking to him."

Nanghaba ang nguso ko. Hinawakan ko ang kamay ni Rosh. "Do it. I'll stay here."

Howl chuckled. "I have this feeling that you don't trust me."

"Yes."

"And with question... yes, there is more handsome than him in Fevia Attero."

"Really?"

"You're interested? You have a mate, right?"

"I am just curious."

Howl tilted his head. "Me."

"You what?"

"I am more handsome than your brother."

I laughed. "Maybe you're delusional just like him."

"Oh come on, don't laugh. The dog outside might have mistaken us for flirting."

I blinked. "He's still here?"

"Ilang araw na siyang paikot-ikot sa palasyo, to be more specific I could sense him by my window. Is he perhaps into magician? You know... I am aware that I am beautiful but I am still into women."

Alam kong alam niya ang totoong rason pero kung sumagot siya ay parang si Rosh. Napailing na lang ako. Lucas would definitely give me a lot of mark and I'd love it.

Because after all, I am doing this on purpose.
