Mal POV

"Okay everyone, into the limo!" Fairy Godmother said, trying to usher us into the limo.

"Can we at least say goodbye to our families first?" Evie asked.

Fairy Godmother sighed. "Okay. Fine. Here they come now anyway."

"Oh Evie!" Evil Queen said, running up to us. "I'm so sorry you have to go. A pretty girl like you shouldn't have to go."

"Mommy, I'll be fine." Evie assured her mother.

"Jay! Why are you leaving?" Jafar asked.

"Because my name got called on in the reaping." Jay said as Jafar sighed.

"Steal some things from Auradon for me, okay?"

"Okay Dad." Jay said as Cruella de Vil walked over.

"Carlos! Why didn't you wash my baby!?" Cruella shrieked.

"I'm sorry Mom." Carlos said. "I'll take care of it after I come back."

"Where are you going?"

"I have to compete in the Auradon Games."

"When you get back, you have to clean my true loves."

"Okay Mom. I'll clean the fur coats as soon as I get back."

"Fairy Godmother, may I speak to the children for a second? Alone?" Mom asked, walking up with Jez behind her.

Fairy Godmother sighed. "I'll be in the car."

"Now children, listen closely. After the Auradon Games, you will be attending the coronation of Prince Ben. You will go and steal Fairy Godmother's wand. Do you all understand?"

The four of us slowly nodded.

"Good. Jezebel, come on." Mom said as Jez hung behind.

"Mal, please come back." Jez said. "I don't know how I'll survive if you aren't there to protect me."

"Hold on just a second." I ran up to Evil Queen. "Hey, EQ, I have a small favor to ask."

"What is it?"

"Do you mind if Jezebel stays at your house during the day? Mom tries to abuse her, and I'm usually the one to stop Mom, though I wind up getting hurt. She's scared, and I thought you might be okay with that."

Evil Queen sighed. "Okay. I'll let Jezebel stay with me."

"I owe you big time. I'll try to keep Evie alive for as long as possible."

"Thank you."

I walked back over to Jezebel. "EQ said she would let you stay with her."

"Really?"

"Really. Now, be on your worst behavior and do whatever she asks, okay?"

"Okay."

"I'm gonna miss you Petunia."

"I'm gonna miss you to. May the odds be in your favor, and good luck. Don't die."

"I won't try to."

"Mal, we have to go." Evie said, poking her head out.

"Good luck Mal." Jez said, walking away.

I sat in the car, next to Evie and Jay as Carlos started rummaging through the candy.

"Oh my goblins." Jay said, looking out the window.

"What?" Evie asked.

"There's no bridge."

"It's a trap!" Carlos yelled as everyone huddled together, screaming. After a minute, Carlos looked around. "How are we still alive?"

"It must be magic!" Evie said as I looked out the window.

"Amazing." I muttered. "Auradon, here we come!"

Ben POV

"When are they gonna be here!?" Audrey complained.

"Be patient." I said, sitting on the ground.

"Eek! Ben! Don't do that! You're gonna ruin your suit!" Audrey shrieked, trying to pull me up.

"Audrey, calm down."

"No, I am not gonna calm down! I heard Maleficent's daughter is coming! What if she wants to kill me?"

"Audrey, Maleficent's daughter isn't gonna kill you." I rolled my eyes as the limo pulled up. I quickly stood up as two people fell out of the limo.

"Jay! Give me this!" One yelled.

"No! Give it to me!"

"Why do you even want this?"

"Because you want it."

"Will the both of you shut up?" Asked one of the girls. "Just hand it over."

The one on the ground slowly handed it over as the girl threw it in the limo and closed the door.

"What the heck Mal!?" Asked the one standing.

"I'm not going to have you two argue on live TV. Now stand up before I come down there."

Both boys quickly stood up as Audrey tried to hide behind me, probably because the girl was Maleficent's daughter.

"Welcome to Auradon." I greeted, pulling Audrey out from behind me. "I'm Ben, and this is Audrey."

"Hi." Greeted the other girl, twirling her hair.

"Let me guess, you two are in the Games?" Asked the first girl.

"Yeah." I said as Audrey perked up.

"Which is stupid because princes and princesses shouldn't be in survival competitions."

"Maybe they're trying to teach you guys life skills?"

"But we don't need to do this stuff."

The girl smirked. "Well, it's not to late to learn." She stuck out her hand. "I'm Mal. Daughter of Maleficent."

"And I'm Evie." Greeted the other girl as I shook Mal's hand. "Evil Queen's daughter."

"Jay, son of Jafar, don't expect me to like it here."

"Ahhhhhh!" Yelled the other boy, jumping up into Jay's arms as Dude, the castle dog, came by.

"What's wrong with him?" I asked.

Evie sighed. "It's just Carlos being Carlos."

"Carlos has a fear of dogs." Mal explained, shooing Dude along. "Go on puppy! Okay C, he's gone! You can come down."

Carlos jumped off of Jay. "He he. Sorry Jay... You know how I get around dogs."

Jay rolled his eyes. "Sure buddy."

Carlos nervously laughed. "Anyway, as I was saying before that killing machine came by, I'm Carlos, Cruella de Vil's son."

"Well, I'm happy to welcome you to Auradon!" I greeted as Mal started chewing on a piece of gum.

"Not so sure it's a 'happy' welcome. So far, I hate all the smiles."
