Author's Note: Since a family member introduced me to Miraculous Ladybug  a while back, I started getting Ideas for a fanfiction between YUGIOH and Miraculous when I was rewatching YUGIOH 5ds.

Long ago when the pyramids of Egypt were young, a group of Shadow Gamers threatened the land ruled by The Pharoah who was able to seal of everything related to the shadows at the cost of the Miraculous: One ended up being split into two versions good and evil while both Moth and Peacock were contaminated by the shadows also The Egyptian Ladybug and Chat Noir chose to store their spirits inside the Miraculous. Another cost of the Miraculous was the Kwamis being sealed away by stone tablets only to be freed when the time came.

One day both Adrien and Marinette helped an old man in seperate occasions and were rewarded with a tuner monster each along with 1 Miraculous each. They first duel against a corrupted version of The Fox Miraculous forcing them to let the spirits of their Miraculous to take control and as a side effect, their arms glowed with the marks of the Miraculous and both Marinette and Adrien had to stop using their decks mainly Marinette because she thought she was seeing spirits and for Adrien he never dueled since his mom died due to a Shadow Game until he received the Cat Miraculous. During these two years, they became a couple first in the mask later outside as they got new allies in the fight against the Corrupted Miraculous Signers.
