(And two more chapters for this one! I am so relieved that I was able to finish this. I was worried that I would lose this story again. I've treated it so carefully. Regardless, here we go! Time for everyone to gain their powers! Enjoy!) 

        "So, are you sure about this?" Hunk asked nervously as they were boarding a boat to venture out into the sea.

Katie, Matt, and Shiro were working on the coordinates and charting a safe path for them to find the area of where the lost continent would be. Going by the information that Allura and her father gave, the trio were able to figure something out.

"Relax!" Lance said as he patted Hunk's left shoulder with a grin, "We're going to be fine! We've got the smartest people with us! There's no way we are going to be in trouble! I mean, we will find it, but we will face it together!"

Hunk felt both relieved and panicked by his friend's statement, but he decided to let out a nervous laugh. A stomach growled loudly as Katie jumped with Pollen sighing at her. Katie lout a laugh as Hunk nodded his head.

"I guess that is my cue! Ziggy! Let's make some snacks for everyone!" Hunk shouted as he and the Goat Kwamii departed to the lower levels of the ship to make some snacks for everyone.

Lance sighed in relief as Duusu flew to his shoulder and giggled while dreaming of great food to enjoy with the others.

"Wow, you've sure come a long way" Keith commented as he was leaning against a wall in the ship with Longg resting on his shoulder.

"Well, I made friends! Did you?" Lance teased back with his arms crossed and holding a confident expression.

"Of course, I did. I even made the best and powerful ones as well" Keith said with pride before they were glaring at each other.

Acxa stood between them before shaking her head at them with Roarr sticking his tongue out at them.

"Must you fight when I'm the link between you two" she asked with a shake of her head before smiling.

Both sighed before sparing the other a glance and then smiled at her. Keith went to hold his hand out to her as she took it. Lance turned to Allura who was speaking with the trio and Coran with their Kwamiis floating around them.

"Aw, don't worry" Romelle commented as she leaned her head against Lance to make him jump, "She talks about you a lot. You don't have to worry!"

Lance let out an embarrassed and nervous laugh as he rubbed the back of his neck and turned away from her to glance at Allura who was surprised before grinning at him. He sighed in relief at her. Romelle only laughed as she hugged her stomach with Matt laughing in agreement.

"Do you guys have to embarrass me?" he asked with a defeated and fun expression at them.

Allura stepped away from the map to give him a side hug with a smile.

"We mean well" she reassured him, "We love to tease as well, but we are friends and mean well"

Lance sighed in relief as he leaned into her hold to relax. Coran was slightly fuming in place while Shiro shook his head at them before grinning.

"They're being cute, so you don't have to worry for them" Shiro said with a grin, "Nothing will happen to them, I am sure of it"

Coran turned his head away from them and pouted a little. It is true that Allura is growing up and will have a partner. For now, he would be a little protective until the end. Matt and Katie finished charting the course and let out a happy yell before sharing a high five.

"Everyone, we are ready to depart!" Katie shouted excitedly, "So, are we ready kids?!"

They agreed as Hunk and Ziggy arrived with a bowl of fresh cookies.

"Ok, now we are!" Katie declared before running towards Hunk to grab a cookie for herself.

Matt typed in the coordinates to then press the go button for them to sink the ship deeper into the water. They were setting sail in the ship and looked out the windows to see the sea around them! Some of them approached the windows and saw the sea along with the creatures and plant life around them.

"This is beautiful" Allura commented as she and Lance gazed at it with Duusu and Mullo flew off to get some snacks from Hunk.

Lance stared at her with a warm expression as he whispered, "Yeah, it is beautiful"

Keith rolled his eyes as he sat on the couch with Acxa resting her head against his shoulder. She hummed in relief as he shared a grin with her. Keith glanced to her before grinning in relief as Shiro decided to take command and observe the map as well as the direction of it.

"How long do you think it will take us to arrive?" Coran asked curiously.

"Hopefully in a couple of hours or so" Shiro answered calmly, "We are in uncharted territory, so this will take us a while to find it"

He turned to everyone and found them doing their own thing. Keith and Acxa were talking with Longg and Roarr about their fighting styles and how to best use it.

Katie managed to set up a gaming system and boot up a game for them to enjoy. Lance and Matt jumped at the chance to play against her. Each took a controller and prepared for a fun fight. Pollen, Duusu, and Barkk each encouraged their partners to do their best and have fun.

Hunk and Romelle decided to bake some more sweets and treats for everyone and returned to the kitchen. Daizzi and Ziggy eagerly followed their partners into the kitchen to be taste testers as well as helping with the preparation as best as they can.

Allura and Coran finally had a moment to go over past documents about Altea and what their lost homeland could be. Mullo tried her best to explain what Altea was like before it sank to the bottom of the ocean.

Shiro held a satisfied expression to turning to Kaalki who was sitting on his shoulder with a prideful expression.

"Why don't we get in some training as well?" Shiro offered as Kaalki nodded his head in agreement.

The two of them decided to jog around the ship. For a while, everything was peaceful and relaxing for the team. It was a well deserve break since their world adventures. They were happy to be together and enjoy their time together.

Shiro and Allura checked in on the status of their travels and took shifts to check on the others. Soon enough, most of them took breaks and naps, even walked around the ship during their voyage.

"Do you think we are getting closer?" Lance asked with a stretch as he put the controller down when he noticed Katie was sleeping.

"I am not sure" Allura yawned in agreement as she went to check on the map.

As Lance stood up, he glanced to the bracelet when he thought he saw it glow. He thought it was drowsiness too, but he jumped when his bracelet was glowing! He looked around and found everyone's bracelets starting to glow!

"Uh, guys, I think we are getting closer!" Lance said in a stunned tone.

"What makes you say that?" Matt asked as he rubbed his eyes and looked at Katie's bracelet to see it glowing, "Oh, ok. Yeah, I think so too'

Keith groaned as he looked at his wrist with Hunk screaming as he looked at his. Shiro ran in with his bracelet glowing as well.

"So, are we ready?" he asked them as Katie sat up and looked at hers to ask, "But how do we use this to find it?"

Coran was the one who excitedly marched in with a joyful expression at the sight of the bracelets reacting.

"We are close!" he said as he rushed to make everyone stand up and gather around the map, "I believe we need to raise the bracelets and have it led us to Altea! Are you ready? I am!"

Keith shrugged as he raised his to have a stronger red light glowing. Shiro followed with a white light as Hunk had a yellow. Lance's bracelet gave off a blue light, and Katie's was a green one. All five bracelets shined brighter and brighter as Coran took to the controls and guided the ship cautiously through the ocean. The bracelets grew dimmer or brighter depending on where the ship was heading.

"Can you handle it, everyone?" Allura asked as she stood with Coran as they were observing their friends.

"I think so" Hunk said nervously as Lance examined the bracelet, "Yeah, it isn't hurting us, so we should be fine. I can't believe we are close to it"

They carefully maneuvered through the ocean and found themselves facing a distance, old continent. Everyone gasped in awe at the sight of it and stared. The buildings were old and worn down, but still standing tall.

"It is real" Allura commented in disbelief as she put her hands to her mouth.

"I can't believe it either" Romelle added as she stared at the lost continent.

Coran snapped out of his daze and guided the ship to dock somewhere nearby and made sure the ship was secure. The bracelets were still glowing as they turned to Allura and Coran.

"So, what do we do from here?" Keith asked as he realized something, "We can't hold our breath for that long"

Katie rushed to the control panel and typed away to nod to herself as Shiro, Matt, and Pollen looked over her shoulder and saw her pulling up a small craft along with scuba gear.

"We thought we might encounter a situation like this" Katie explained with Allura chiming in, "So I ask father if it was alright to rent us some extra gear to explore the bottom of the ocean!"

They changed into the scuba gear and boarded the smaller craft. Everyone stuck together and made sure the Kwamiis could be safe inside the helmet of the suit. Coran once again took control of the smaller ship and drove it throughout the city.

"This is incredible" Hunk said in awe with Acxa pointing out, "Is this really Altea?"

"Yep!" Roarr said with a grin, "This is the lost continent of Altea! Though, it is run down and empty, but this is it!"

Everyone was stunned as they noticed a large building in the distance that appeared to be a castle.

"I believe we should head there" Shiro said as he held his hand out to see the bracelet glowing stronger towards it, "I wonder what the castle is holding. Regardless, everyone be ready for anything"

They agreed as Coran took them to the castle. The insides of the castle was empty and old, but the water didn't completely flood all the floors. Coran guided the ship to the fourth floor and docked it. They were able to open the hatch and step out of it. They stood in the castle as they observed their surroundings.

"This is unbelievable" Hunk commented in awe.

"Fascinating too" Katie added as she took in everything she saw.

"Yes, but we should still be cautious. We don't know what is ahead" Shiro said seriously while Keith sighed and took off his helmet!

Most of them screamed while others just stared at him. He didn't care as Longg shook his head when he popped out of the helmet.

"We are in a place above water" Longg pointed out, "So, it should be fine for us to breathe in"

The rest of the group took off their helmets and did find it easy to breathe in as well.

Shiro took his off as he said, "I wouldn't have done that without consulting the others first, Keith"

Keith didn't say anything as he walked ahead with Acxa following with the Kwamiis floating at their sides. Everyone followed them as they tried to find their way through the castle. Soon enough, their bracelets glowed again as they marched forward.

"Do you think we are going to find something?" Lance asked hesitantly as he stood by Allura with their Kwamiis flying behind them.

"I am unsure" she admitted, "I wanted to find the continent, but I didn't expect to find anything else. Coran is there anything else here we would need to find?"

"I recall stories of ancient treasures and hidden items, but even I am unsure" Coran confessed, "But if there is something here, we should find it and make sure there isn't anything else in here that others could use"

Everyone agreed and continued forward until they found a throne room of sorts with a single throne still there. They stared at it and wondered what they should do from here. Katie examined it curiously as Allura approached it.

"So, who wants to sit on it?" Acxa asked as she gazed it until Roaar flew in front of her to examine it.

"Wasn't there a royal family? Only a descendant of the royal family could sit in it and control the castle" Roaar said as she turned to the other Kwamiis.

"Do we even have someone who could be a descendant?" Xuppu asked with a shake of his head.

The Kwamiis began to discuss the descendant as Lance tapped his cheek and wondered something about this. He slowly turned to his girlfriend and stared at her with wide eyes. Allura noticed his staring and blushed.

"Is there something on my face?" she asked nervously.

"No, you're beautiful all the time, but I think it is you" Lance encouraged with a grin, "I was talking to the person who gave me his powers. He said he used to help your dad and wanted to protect his daughter who must be you!"

She was surprised by this as Coran's jaw dropped at this information. Everyone else glanced to each other as they nodded in agreement.

"You were the one who suggested for us to come here" Katie stated simply, "So it makes sense to me!"

"You're the last person I expected to hear this, my queen" Pollen whispered surprised as Katie shook her head.

"Sure I do want to evidence and facts, but from what I've learned throughout this adventure is that sometimes things do not make sense or have evidence to make sense" Katie confirmed with a nod of her head.

Matt and Shiro were impressed by this as Romelle grabbed Allura's shoulders and grinned warmly. Allura looked at her friends who shared their warm expressions to her and encouragements.

"Alright, thank you everyone" Allura said warmly as she walked forward to sit on the throne.

Everyone waited calmly and expected for something to happen. There was a moment of silence surrounding them as everyone was slightly disappointed by his and though it was anti-climactic. Allura sighed as she prepared to depart from the throne, but something began to shake violently!

"What's happening?!" Hunk shouted in a panic as he grabbed onto Shiro's arm.

"Everything gather around and stay together" Shiro ordered as the Kwamiis hid near their shoulders and necks as the people slowly gathered and noticed something opening before the throne.

They were surprised as they slowly backed towards the throne and gasped at the entrance and saw it descending and no water present. They were quiet and hesitant about this while Matt held his device and scanned it.

"Well, there is nothing harmful there" he confessed with a shrug, "So, are we ready to go?"

He was nervous as he gestured to it. Before anyone could interject or counter this, the bracelets reacted again and shined towards the descending entrance. They quietly and apprehensively walked down the rocky steps and found themselves in a giant, silver vault of sorts.

"What is in here?" Shiro asked as Romelle complained, "It is so dark. How can anyone see anything in here?"

Katie searched for anything on the wall with Keith's help and found some kind of switch. They flipped the switch to turn on the lights and found themselves staring in awe at the contents of the vault.

"What are those?!" Katie shouted in disbelief as they found five lions in the form of statues.

They were staring at them, and each had a pedestal holding something before them. No one was sure what these lions were doing here, but they knew there must be a reason for this.

Keith held his bracelet up and noticed the red light was glowing brighter as he said, "I think I know what they're here for"

Shiro, Lance, Hunk, and Katie each held their bracelets before the statue of the lions. The bracelets were glowing a bright light as the statues' eyes were glowing a powerful glare. They were stunned and stared at each other before the pedestals in front of each lion.

"Obvious situation is the obvious answer" Lance said as he took off the bracelet as he prepared to put it into the pedestal.

"Wait!" Katie exclaimed as Lance nearly tripped and fell, "Don't you think before you act? This could be a trap! We need to consider all our odds before doing that. What if you put that in and everything falls apart?!"

Lance held a nervous smile as Keith shook his head. Hunk nervously held his as he glanced at everyone.

"Do we need to put the bracelets in at the same time?" Hunk asked as Katie nodded her head at their situation.

"There are too many variables to consider" Katie pointed out, "We don't know which path to take without ensuring everything will be safe. We could also destroy this place, and I am sure Allura and her family doesn't want that"

Matt ran a hand through his hair while holding his phone to do some calculations. As for Allura, she had her eyes close as she pondered on this. Lance turned to her with a worried expression of his own. He didn't want Allura to be the one to make such an important decision without their help.

"I believe we need to unlock the lions and their powers" she stated firmly as she gazed at them.

"Are you sure?" Lance asked as he gazed at her with worry.

"There must've been a reason why you were given these powers and found these lions. I believe they will have a purpose to be here" Allura stated, "So if I lose this place, I will be fine with that"

Everyone was surprised by her resolve as Matt turned off his phone and nodded his head in agreement.

"I have to agree with her as well" he spoke calmly, "Also, there are too many variables to consider. I don't think it really matters, but if you want, yeah, put the bracelets in at the same time"

Everyone nodded their heads as they held the bracelets.

"On three everyone" Shiro said as they raised the bracelets, "1....2....3!"

They slammed the bracelets into the pedestals and took a step back. However, nothing happened. Everything was quiet and nothing was working. Everyone was silent as they looked around and didn't see anything happen.

"Uh, did we mess up?" Lance asked nervously.

"I don't think so" Hunk replied nervously.

Allura closed her eyes as she tried to make sense of this herself. She wondered if this place lost its magical properties and abilities since it was years since it was with the other continents and the end of Fairy Tales.

"So, what do we do?" Keith asked as Acxa elbowed him, "Hey, I am asking at least. Nothing is working, so what should we do next? We can't just sit here and do nothing...."

He fell to his knees before laying on the ground! Acxa was surprised herself before she felt a wave of weakness and fell herself.

"What is happening?" she asked in a hurt tone.

Before they knew it, everyone fell to the ground, exhausted and drained. They couldn't understand this wave of their energy being drained. They wondered what they could do to save themselves and get out of this continent before being completely exhausted. Katie reached for her phone and tapped Nya's icon to reach out to her friend to ask for help.
