(Kai's POV)

               As Keith, Acxa, Longg, Jasmine, and Meddy left, Lloyd talked with President Ningguang about his family. It was nice to see him learn something about his dad. Luo and Ling were talking with grandfather using Lapis, so they went somewhere private in the Jade Palace to make the call.

"So, what brings you to my home?" the president asked curiously as she doused her pipe, "I can't imagine you came here to learn about family and cause quite the scene in my home"

Lloyd gasped as Nooroo and Trixx appeared before him.

"We came here to find the other Miraculous!" Trixx explained warmly.

"Cora cast a spell to cast the Miraculous out of the box and at different countries. Katie and Zane were able to create a tracker and find the Miraculous in different countries around the world. Now, we went after them and plan to bring them home" Nooroo answered as he grinned.

The co-president was surprised as he left for a moment. He quickly returned as he held his hand out to reveal golden circlet!

"XUPPU!" Nooroo and Trixx exclaimed in relief as Lloyd gasped and nearly fell over.

Luckily, I caught him before he hit the ground. He was embarrassed for a bit as the co-president gave the Miraculous to me. I took it and carefully placed it on my head as it transformed into a red bandana with Xuppu flying out of it.

"Oh, gods, why does that keep happening to us?!" he exclaimed before turning his attention to us and then his gaze fell on me, "Oh, great, an Elemental Master of Fire. Great. He's going to burn things down!"

I glared at him as he realized something and began to laugh, "Ha ha! You haven't unlocked your elemental power! However, the Elemental Master of Amber has!"

Skylor grinned as I glared away from him.

"Ah, Xuppu. It has been a while" the co-president said with a grin, "I hope you're not causing an uproar anywhere"

Xuppu gulped as he turned around to see the co-president.

"Ah, Zhongli.... It is nice to see you again... Please don't do anything to me again" the monkey Kwamii said nervously.

Huh. It is nice to see the Kwamiis interacting with the co-president like this. Then, Luo and Ling joined us as they were surprised to see Xuppu with us.

"It looks like your journey might over sooner than we think" Ling said with a laugh while holding the Prodigious in her hands, "It is nice to know there are more of us out there! Even if I have to keep mine in Choina"

We agreed until we heard the doors to the Jade Palace open loudly.

"Master!" an unknown voice shouted as the president and her husband looked panicked.

We turned to see someone I don't know along with Acxa, Keith, Longg, and an unconscious Jasmine. Ling and Luo rushed to help Jasmine as Lloyd gasped and pointed at a small, purple tiger Kwamii floating beside Acxa. The president and her husband rushed to the unknown person.

"Xiao, what is wrong?" the co-president asked worriedly as he gently placed a hand on his shoulder.

"It is Childe. He's the troublemaker who's trying to find our secrets in Liyue. He also knows the Miraculouses and is aware of the Dragon of Asiand has returned. I don't think he's aware of the elemental powers, but that can change quickly. I hate that man" Xiao spat in anger as the co-president was worried.

I glanced to Keith as Acxa and I helped him sit down. They quickly informed us of everything that happened to them. So, Childe is the one behind all of this.

"We shall call an audience with him" the president stated as she composed herself, "He can't refuse an audience with us. He has no choice but to meet with us and discuss anything. We can keep him here and make sure he doesn't do any harm"

"That might be for the best" the co-president agreed with his wife, "He and I have known each other longer. I am sure I can get him to talk about everything he's been up to in our homeland. He will not get away with this"

He feels very intimidating all of a sudden. I don't want to mess with him nor threaten his country.

"Then I shall order him to come to our palace. The rest of you need to be somewhere else and not near us when this meeting is to take place" the president said seriously.

Everyone agreed with the president's statement and followed Xiao to another place in the house. Xuppu rested in my hair as we went to the upstairs living room and waited up there.

"Are we really going to just wait here?" Keith asked as he struggled to stand up.

However, Acxa forced him to sit down on the leather couch and rest. Well, we are stuck in this room, but I still haven't unlocked my elemental power yet. That is frustrating me the most about this trip. I am supposed to unlock this power, but I can't! What am I missing?!

"Kai?" Skylor asked as I opened my eyes to see her looking at me with a concerned expression while Xuppu shook his head at me.

They must've noticed that my temper was kicking in. I've got to calm down. Before I think about doing anything reckless, I should at least something reasonable before reckless. Otherwise, Nya and our parents will not let me live it down.

"Hey, Sky? I'm ok. I do have a question. How did you unlock your power?" I asked her as I sat down.

She sat down and pondered on this.

"I just wanted to help those I care about and who cared about me in turn" Skylor confessed as she looked ahead, "I was so happy with my mother. She always cared and supported me. She got away me from my father. Then, when my father found us, he took me with him, and I never saw my mother again. Although I did make friends with all of you. I felt the same love and support my mother gave me through all of you. When Childe attacked you and my friends, I knew I didn't want to lose anyone I cared about like that again"

She unlocked her power to make sure that no one would hurt those she loves. Will my power unlock like that then? That does make some sense. I have been getting attacked and put out of the fights. It was my friends who came to my aid and protected me. Well, it is time for me to return the favor.

"Before we do anything reckless" Acxa cautioned, "We should wait for the president and the co-president to talk with him. We can't just rush into a fight like this"

She's right. Keith's hurt and Acxa's exhausted. Jasmine is also asleep. We can't fight and protect each other like this. I hate waiting, but this is the only option we have. There was a knock at the door to the living room. Xiao went to the door to answer it.

"Who is it?" he asked in a terse tone, but he then let out a scream!

"Xiao?" Luo asked worriedly as Lloyd, Skylor, Acxa, and I stood up.

What's going on? We rushed to find Xiao holding his lance and blocking a wave of dark creatures from entering the room!

"What are these things?" Acxa asked in a horrified tone as Roaar hovered at her side.

"Darklings?!" the Kwamiis exclaimed as they saw these creatures jump over Xiao!

Luo swiftly punched one as Ling, Lloyd, Skylor, and Acxa each held their Miraculouses before transforming. They charged at the Darklings entering the living room and fighting them. Luo retreated further back into the living room where Keith, Jasmine, and Longg were resting. I can't just do nothing! I have to help them!

"Hey!" Xuppu exclaimed as he gained my attention, "I know you want to unlock your power, but we really don't have time for that. Instead, let's work together. Allo you have to say is "Showtime" and "Uproar"! Now, let's do this!"

I looked at the red headband and nodded at the Kwamii as I shouted, "Xuppu, Showtime!"

The tips of my hair were red as I waved a hand over my face to make a brown mask appear. Then, I gained golden shoulder, knee, elbow pads. I wore a brown chest armor with a brown shirt. I have brown gloves and boots on as a red rope was tied around my waist. I extended my hand as a brown staff appeared.

"I'm coming!" I shouted as I went to help my friends.

I think we can say, without any doubt, that Child is someone dangerous and behind this!

(Zhongli's POV)

I had Keqing and Ganyu with us as well. I didn't want my wife and I to be caught off guard if my former friend is up to something nefarious.

"Are you alright, my dear?" Ningguang asked in a worried tone as I shook my head.

"I am not worried. I am furious" I confessed to her, "He's hurting our country, hurting those children, and could possibly hurt you and the others I care for in my long life. I do not wish for any more harm to befall anyone"

She held my hand and gave me a kiss on the cheek before resting her head against my chest.

"Please, my husband. We have faced trials before. We are facing another one now. Do not burden yourself with this alone when you have a wonderful, smart wife with you who can help" she reassured me.

Ah, there is a reason I fell in love with you, my wife. You always know what to do and how to do it. I pressed my lips on her head as we both smiled and held each other.

"Ah! Am I interrupting something?" Childe's cheerful voice rang around us as he entered the palace, "It looks like you are having a wonderful time with your wife. Should I just come back later to speak with you?"

He let out a laugh as he bowed before us.

"I just kid. Aren't we friends?" he joked so easily as I sighed.

He's putting up quite the front. It will be hard to get any information out of him.

"Sorry about that, Childe, but you know how much I love my strong, smart, husband" Ningguang said warmly before pressing a kiss to my cheek and linking her arm with mine.

I felt my face heat up as Childe laughed warmly.

"It is always nice to see a happy couple in this day and age. Especially with how high divorce rates are these days" Childe joked in a warmly, "So, what do you wish to talk with me about?"

He seemed very calm, but I would rather be the one attacked than my wife.

"It has come to our attention that a group of people are roaming around our country and causing chaos. We checked and discovered these events are happening when you arrived" I said calmly, "You haven't been doing anything illegal have you?"

Childe looked surprised as he answered, "No. I've been working hard on making sure there is peace in your country. I haven't done anything wrong"

So, he's going to hide it, is he? There has to be a way for us to talk it out before anything else happens.

"What is up? You look so tense. Is work getting to you, pal?" Childe asked in a warm manner, "We should take you out on a night into the town! Live it up!"

Why is he trying to get me away from here? I heard my wife gasp as she looked up at the ceiling to see a crack! I instinctively pulled her back and created a geo shield as the ceiling broke apart! Childe sighed as he saw the Darklings fighting our friends!

"What is this?" I asked in disbelief.

"My palace!" my wife shouted in a furious manner.

As for Childe, his expression changed to a darker one.

"I should've known those annoying kids were in my way" Childe said in a dark tone, "Leave it to you to interfere with my plans about acquiring power for my queen"

"So, you were the one behind this" I said in a dark tone as Childe raised his hand to create a water spear.

"So sorry, my friend" he said with a shake of his head, "But my queen's word is absolute. I will not fail her. I just wanted to snatch a few powers hidden in your country, but those children kept getting in the way"

Perhaps it is a good idea that those children did appear in our country and fought with him. I will not let him get away with this. I felt my wife grip my hand as she held a serious expression.

"Keqing, Ganyu, and I will help the kids. Take him down" she said in a determined tone as I could only smile.

She and her employees ran to help the children as I faced Childe with my geo lance in hand.

Childe chuckled as he taunted, "I've always wanted to fight an Archon. I wonder how long this chaos will last in your country"

I shook my head and stated, "I will have order!"

Water surrounded Childe as the earth supported me and every step I took. He will not get away with this.

(Keith's POV)

"That really got out of hand" I said as Longg was sitting on my shoulder with Luo helping me up.

"That is definitely one way to put it" Luo confessed with a shake of her head as she held her PET, "Lapis, can you locate everyone? We have to do something and help them"

"Right away. However, everyone is just scattered" Lapis said with a sigh as Meddy appeared at her side.

"We also have Jasmine to consider as well. She's still exhausted from everything" Meddy reported.

I looked at the unconscious girl and how worried Luo was. Ok, time to step up.

"Longg, we have to get Jasmine to her grandfather" I said as I faced him, "Can the Miraculous give me enough strength to carry her and Luo back to Jasmine's grandfather?"

"It should be able to, yes" Longg said in an understanding tone, "Though, afterwards, you may fall asleep. You will have to rest"

"I figured as much. Alright, Longg, Bring the Storm!" I shouted as he flew into the choker and transformed me.

I could feel my strength return as I carried Jasmine in my arms and lowered myself, so Luo could hop on my back. She held both her PET and Jasmine's.

"Ready?" I asked her gently.

"I think so. Oh, I just realized something" she said in a surprised tone as I ran out of the Jade Palace and jumped from roof to roof to get to her grandfather.

"What is it?" I asked her as I continued to run.

"Well, don't you need another name?" Luo asked curiously, "Ling has another name. She goes by Jīnlóng. What about you?"

A name? Huh. Well, my mother used to tell me stories about a famous wyvern general who was accompanied by three peagsus knights and her little sister. I believe her name was Minvera. She was called the Dragoon. Hm... I've got it.

"Red Dragoon" I answered her as she seemed surprised, "What?"

"I didn't think you would actually listen to me about having a name" she confessed as she giggled, "But I think it suites you, Red Dragoon!"

I only smiled as I continued to run away from the fight. I'll return and help them, but for now, I am sure they can handle this without me for now.

(Skylor's POV)

I found myself surrounded by a few Darklings as Jīnlóng and Acxa stood behind me. Though, the people were naturally fleeing from the scene of the fight. That is completely understandable.

"So, I count five to each of us. That's such a shame. I wanted to fight them on my own" I joked as Jīnglóng grinned.

"I suggest we stop this before it gets out of hand" Acxa said as she lowered herself to the ground and placed her left hand on it, "Get ready to jump and catch them off guard"

Jīnlóng and I prepared ourselves as Acxa took another calm breath in and raised her right fist in the air.

"Collison!" she shouted as her right hand glowed a strong purple light and punched the ground with all of her might.

The Darklings were tossed into the air as we jumped. Jīnlóng transformed into a snake and struck down any Darkling around her as I swung my flute to strike down the Darklings. Acxa clawed her ways through the Darklings. Well, let's see if I can do anything about the remaining ones.I landed on the ground as the Darklings were approaching us.

"Trixx! Amber! Unify!" I shouted as I got an idea.

My ears had white tips along with the tail I had. My gloves changed from black to white along with the boots. Then, my mask changed from orange to white as I gripped my flute.

"What are you thinking about?" Acxa asked seriously as I smirked.

"Funny thing, during that fight, I touched Xiao's hand as he used his wind. I was able to absorb his wind. So, let's see what I can do with the wind and my illusions!" I shouted as I drew my flute close to myself, "Whirlwind!"

I swung my flute to create a powerful gust of wind to pull the Darklings in and knock them around in my gust of wind. Jīnlóng transformed into an eagle as she struck down a few Darklings. I was blowing a few notes on my flute to create illusions of myself and have it attacked the Darklings.

"One more attack!" I shouted as Acxa and Jīnlóng worked together to cut down the remaining Darklings as I held my flute to make sure the whirlwind was still being held together.

The two of them landed on the ground as they transformed back and defeated the last few Darklings. I could only grin at them as I transformed back and felt myself sit down. That was too much power to use all at once.

"Well, that should be it" Acxa said as she held Roaar in her hands while Ling sat next to me.

"Yep" I said as I popped the p with Trixx sitting in my hair.

Ling leaned back as she asked, "Oh, yeah! Acxa, do you have a hero name?"

Acxa shook her head as I suggested, "What about Queen Tiger?"

Ling shook her head as Acxa said in a simple tone, "Empress Tigress. That will be my name"

That's a cool name. Much better than mine if anything. Well, we've done it. The rest is up to you, Kai.

(Lloyd's POV)

Xiao and I were running through the streets to get the Darklings to chase us and not harm the people.

"How many of these things are there?!" I exclaimed as I was flying away thanks to Nooroo's power.

"I don't know, and I don't care. I'll kill them all and protect our homeland!" Xiao threatened as he snarled.

He lunged towards the other Darklings as a gust of wind flowed with him. He swiftly and effortlessly struck down any in his path. Wow, he's really strong. Stronger than anyone I've faced. I better help him. I flew after him and used my cane to knocked back any Darklings until a few jumped on top of me and ripped the brooch off my chest!

"Ah!" I screamed as I felt myself transform back to myself and hit the ground with a thud.

"Crap! Kid!" Xiao shouted as he turned around to help me, but there was someone else.

He was covered in darkness and let out a dark laugh as he snapped his fingers to make lightning burst from his hands and stun Xiao! Xiao's eyes were wide as he fell forward and dropped his lance. He was twitching in place as I felt my vision weaken.

"So, these are the two people who are the ones who Childe wants" he said as he held the brooch.

"That's.... mine" I weakly called out and tried to take Nooroo back.

"Sshhh... Sleep. Everything is going to work out.... In my favor!" he declared as he snapped his fingers to stun me in place and force me to lose consciousness.

(Kai's POV)

"Uproar!" I yelled as my staff glowed a golden light.

I slammed it on the ground to blow back any Darklings and confused them. Then, I swung the staff around as it broke into pieces to strike the remaining ones down. That should be it. I turned back to the Jade Palace and went back to find the co-president fighting Childe! I have to help him!

"Oh, no you don't!" a voice snarked as I saw lightning starting to crackle around me.

I jumped away and landed on the stone ground to see someone else coming towards me. Who the heck is this man? He has a red and black hat on his head which also holds a cape. He wore a black shirt and shorts with a golden charm hanging around his neck. He has a purple charm in the center of it. He has black gloves and sandals on with gray socks. He has deep blue hair and purple eyes.

"Seriously, this is getting annoying. Why haven't you finished your mission?" he asked as Childe swung his lance to make a wave of water wash over the co-president.

"Things got complicated" Childe answered simply as he glared at him, "What is your excuse, Scaramouche? You were supposed to be here earlier?!"

"Got sidetrack" Scaramouche said with a shrug, "Well, who cares now? I've got what you wanted. I didn't expect one of them to be so special. I know both are special, but the one with infinity energy is someone I personally want"

He snapped his fingers as the co-president and I were stunned in fear and anger. In Scaramouche's electric hold was an unconscious Xiao, Nooroo, and Lloyd. Lloyd looked hurt... He hurt Lloyd!

"You will pay for this!" the co-president shouted as he charged forward with his lance in hand to strike down Childe.

Scaramouche then waved his hand to throw an unconscious Xiao in front of Childe. The co-president couldn't do anything as Childe ran forward and swung his lance upward to strike down the co-president! He hit the ground as his lance disappeared.

"Zhongli!" the president shouted in worry as she rushed to his side and helped him up, "Xiao! You... I'll personally have you executed for this!"

"Oh, but you cannot touch me, President Ningguang" Childe mocked as he pointed his lance at Xiao's neck, "If you even try anything, I'll strike him down, right in front of you"

The president and co-president were worried as their eyes never left Xiao. Mine couldn't leave Lloyd's. How dare he! I let out a yell as I tried to knock Scaramouche down, but he smirked as he waved his hand to make Lloyd appear in front of me. I struck the ground as Scaramouche cast a powerful wave of lightning towards me! I held the staff to block his lightning, but I was pushed back.

"Kai! Do not do anything reckless!" the president snapped at me as I felt myself transform back.

Xuppu landed in my hair as I looked up. Lloyd, Nooroo, and Xiao were still in their clutches. I can't let this happen. I am supposed to help them. No, I am supposed to protect them! I slowly stood up as I felt something burning inside of me!

"Kai?" the president asked as the co-president looked surprised and relieved.

"What is this power?" Childe asked as Scaramouche sighed.

A wave of fire surrounded me as my eyes were burning as well! Fire burst from my hands as I faced them. Scaramouche flicked his hands and then teleported out of here. Pity, I so would've liked to give him a piece of my mind. Xiao, Lloyd, and Nooroo hit the ground as Keqing and Ganyu quickly took them away. I found myself facing Childe who was still holding his lance.

"I hate to break it to you, but water always douses fire" Childe boasted as he pointed his lance at me.

"I'm afraid, this fire is something very different. Where you need your stone, he doesn't. His fire comes from him and him alone" the co-president said as the president helped him sit up, "He is the Elemental Master of Fire!"

My hand was over my face as I let the fire gather behind me. Childe was quaking a bit as more and more fire gathered behind me to form a dragon! The dragon let out a roar as Childe turned around to flee. However, the earth rose to trap him here! The co-president was standing and holding his hand out as his wife was supporting him.

"You will answer for your crimes, Childe" he said seriously.

Then, I moved my hand forward as the dragon of fire stormed towards Childe and crashed into him! Childe let out a scream as I smirked. I suddenly felt very weak as I collapsed onto the stone, cold floor. I did it... I protected them...

(Zhongli's POV)

Kai's unlocked the fire I always knew he had inside him. Wonderful. My wife raised her hand to make an earth shield appear around Childe to hold him.

"We better get everyone here" I said as I weakly fell back on the steps.

"Of course, my husband" my wife said as she quickly went to work.

Everyone was brought back to the palace and treated by Jasmine's grandfather and Jasmine herself who regained consciousness and was able to use her dragon powers to heal everyone who was injured. Ling and Luo worked together to make food for us and have a feast more or less. Kai was the last one to regain consciousness and saw Lloyd unharmed and eating happily with everyone.

"Did I do it or was I dreaming?" he asked ins disbelief.

"You did it" I said as I sat with him, "You and your friends were able to accomplish everything you came here to do. Now, all that is left is to awaken the infinite energy inside Lloyd. I am sure you and your friends will be able to do that"

Kai only smiled in relief as he held his hand out to make a fire burst from his hands. Skylor giggled as she held his other hand to take his fire and use it herself. Kai was surprised as Keith and Acxa joined them while Lloyd was still chatting with Ganyu and Jasmine. My wife was looking over Xiao with Keqing, but Xiao remained quiet and blushing at my wife's care. It was certainly a warm site to see. I'm grateful they were able to meet and learn from each other. Though, the group had to return home to their country

"If you ever need our help, don't hesitate to ask!" Ling said warmly.

"Or if you need anyone to disappear. I can help with that" Xiao said as he crossed his arms over his chest.

My wife and I gave them our numbers along with Keqing's, Jasmine's, Ling's, and Luo's.

"And if you are ever here, please let us know! We would love to see you again!" Jasmine said warmly.

They agreed and thanked us for our help.

"And what about Childe and Scaramouche?" Kai asked curiously.

"Childe is detained in our country and wanting for trial. He will be held accountable for his actions" my wife said strongly, "I'll have to talk to Sharo's president about this as well. Though, Scaramouche did disappear. We have no idea where he is. We will work to find him"

That satisfied us as the group departed and returned to North America together. We waited together and saw them off. Keqing, Ganyu, Jasmine, and Ling were still waving goodbye as my wife held my hand. Wherever they go, I am sure they will be able to handle anything. In turn, we will believe and support them with our abilities. After all, that is a how a contract of friendship and trust works. I smiled as they left, but I know we will meet again and abide by the contract.
