Ladybug and Chat Noir stood paralyzed at the sight before them. Hawkmoth finally did it. He finally beat them.

The building they were standing on began to shake violently. The roof suddenly collapsed between them and they began to fall.

Ladybug thought about all the times he had nightmares of this happening, but not once did she think he would ever succeed.

She continued to scream Chat's name as she blindly grasped for either him or her missing yoyo.

"M'Lady!" She could hear his voice echo through out the room. The echoes made it impossible to detect where his voice was coming from.

She felt something hard slam into her side, knocking her away from Chat's open grasp.

Ladybug cried out as her head connected with some rubble as they finally hit the ground.

Chat landed several feet away from her. He groaned from the impact and groaned again when he tried to breathe. A sharp pain lanced through his ribs, letting him know he broke at least one of them.

"Ladybug!" He saw his love lying a few feet away, blood running down her temple to her cheek to the cement she was laying on.

She heard his voice and opened her eyes to see him scrambling towards her, worry etched on his face.

Ladybug felt Chat's hot tears drop on her cheeks as he held her close to him, crying.

"Chat, I'm okay." She grunted as he helped her up.

Staring at her best friend and partner, she slipped her hand into his, tightly gripping it.

The two heroes looked at the now destroyed city. Buildings were crumbled, some on fire and no one was in sight. A swarm of akumas surrounded the top of the Eiffel Tower, showing where Hawkmoth was.

"We can't let him do this to our city, even if he is my father..."

Ladybug turned, giving him a confused look.

"A-Adrien?..."

"Yes... I'm Adrien, Marinette."

"What?!"

The building they were in shook again, knocking down some debris.

"I'm sorry. I know you wanted to keep it a secret but, I figured it out a while back. And I wanted to tell you something before we go up there."

He turned to her, grabbing both of her hands and holding them to his chest.

"Marinette. I love you."

"What?"

"I love you."

"I-I love you too Adrien."

He leaned down and placed his soft warm lips on his, ending their conversation with a kiss.

He pulled away an watched her slowly open her eyes.

"Let's go kick some akuma butt, M'Lady." He gave her a cocky grin and winked at her, ignoring the pain flaring in his ribs.

"Together?"

"Together."

And the duo raced off to go defeat Hawkmoth and take back their city.

I mean, a little lucky charm could fix this all, right?
