This chapter is pretty long (the last time my one shots are getting longer idk-) and it took me a while so hope you enjoy it!

I got inspired by one of Mystic_Raven20  one shots. You should really check out her books! She's so underrated and deserves much more viewers. I love her stories!

Marinette felt like she was gonna wake up every moment from the most amazing dream ever. There she was on a date with the boy of her dreams, wearing his jacket and his arm around her shoulder. They just had the most wonderful date ever but i'll explain how it all started.

Flashback~

It's been a couple of weeks now since Adrien started devoloping feelings for Mari and it grew every day. Ever since Adrien and Kagami broke up, Mari had been such a great support. They hang out a lot more than before and they got really close. He also noticed she got way more comfortable around him and got to know her better. He finally opened his eyes and saw the amazing girl in front of him.

It was very clear they both liked each other but no ones was gonna admit it. They were all hanging out at Alya's house and Adrien and Mari were togheter on the couch. She was laughing about something wich Adrien said. She held her stomach and was about to fall off the couch but Adrien grabbed her waist before she could fall off. "Owh owh watch out cuteface. You're gonna hurt yourself." He chuckeld and brought her back on the couch next to him. She blushed at the nickname and giggeld. "Why do you always call me cuteface?" She asked looking up at him with a beautiful. 

"Because you're cute duh." He said. She laughed and leaned her head against his shoulder a little. "Sure sure." She said. He laughed and they started anothing conversation. One of the things he loved about hanging out with Marinette was the fact he could let out his chat noir side a little.

The next day, the guys were teasing Adrien a lot. They were in the changing room getting ready for PE and they saw everything going on yesterday. "Broo she was basically on your lap making out!" Kim exclaimed. Adrien laughed and put on his shoe before getting up. "You" He said and pointed to him. "are crazy. He finished and fixed his shoe. "Sorry bro but i'm gonna have to back up Kim on this one." Nino said, leaning against a locker. Adrien groaned. "Adrien, she clearly likes you! Just ask her out." Adrien's best friend said to him. Adrien sighed and sat down on the bench. "I don't know." He said. Nino sat down next to him and put a hand on his shoulder as he continued. 

"She and Luka seemed so in love and they only broke up a week or two ago. And what if she says no? It will make it all akward and i really don't want to lose her." He told them. Kim slapped his back. "Man, believe me. Mari won't say no. C'mon let's go to class." The boys got up and walked to the gym.

After the school, the squad decided to hang out at the park a bit. Kim and Nino were skateboarding while Adrien watched them. The girls sat on a bench a bit further from the guys. Adrien glanced to behind him and looked at Marinette. She had a smile on her face and it was the most gorgeoust thing one the world. He was really hopelessly in love with her. He never thought he would ever love someone else than Ladybug but then there was Marinette. His lady had still a special place in his heart ofcourse. If he only knew..

"..RIEN! BROO WICH WORLD ARE YOU IN?" Kim suddenly shouted wich made Adrien pop out off his bubble. He nervously rubbed the back of neck and chuckeld. "sorry you were saying?" He asked. Nino looked to were Adrien was watching and smirked. "Admiring your girlfriend?" He asked with a grin. The blond blushed. "she's n-not my girlfriend " He told them. "No yet." He whispered the last part but his friends heard him. "Alright i'm done." Nino said and got in front of him. "if you aren't gonna ask her right now, i will tell her you're in love with her!" Nino said. Adrien stood up. "The hell! Nino!" Adrien said offended. "Just do it!" He shouted.  Adrien backed off and groaned. 

"Nino you have nothing to say! You took so long before asking out Marinette and then instead of saying you loved her you said you had a crush on alya!" Adrien spat back, smirking. Kim snorted while Nino stood there speechless. "I- okay fair point." Nino said. "But me and Alya are happy now so." He finished. Adrien laughed a little. He looked up and watched Marinette. She was just looking his direction and smiled at him. He smiled back and made a decision. He stood up and walked towards them. He heard Kim and Nino cheering him on as he arrived the girls. "Hey Mare could i talk to you for a second?" He asked. The girls smirked at Marinette who just nodded and smiled at him before she got up. 

The two walked to a quiet place far from the rest so they could talk in peace. He sat down and she followed him. "What's wrong? What did you wanted to talk about?" She asked, looking at him with worry on her face. Mari, stop being so cute. It's making me nervous He thought to himself. He smiled and grabbed her hands into his. She smiled back at him and rubbed his palm with her thumb. Adrien bit his lip, took a deep breath before talking. "Look there's something i've been wanting to ask you for a while but i always got scared. I really hope this doesn't change anything between us but i can't keep it in anymore." He explained. Mari looked at him curious and shocked. Adrien took a deep breath. 

"I really like you. A lot. Not as friend but as like i wanna be your boyfriend, take you on dates, cuddle you, let your borrow my jacket and stuff. So i wanted to ask you. Will you please go out with me?" He asked her with puppy eyes. "Please." He looked at her shocked face trying to find an aswer.

Marinette couldn't believe her ears. Did Adrien Agreste just asked her out? She must be dreaming and omg he still waiting for her answer. She looked back at him and saw his excited face turn into a frown. "You-" "I would love to go out with you." She said before he could finish his sentence. That cute smile she loved so much got on his face again. "Wait really?" He asked. She giggeld and nodded. "Ofcouse. I really, really like you too." She told him. "I would love to do all these things with you. I've been wanting to ask you the same for a while now but i was scared i was gonna ruin or friendship so i always chickend out." She said while rubbing her shoulder, staring at the ground a little. 

He laughed and grabbed her hands in his again. She looked up at him suprised. "So you're telling me we both liked each other but we were just both dorks." He asked her. She giggeld and nodded. "Seemed like it." She said. He chuckeld and looked her blushy cheeks. "So i'll pick you up tonight around 6?" He asked. She smiled and nodded. "Alright i'll be ready. Where are we going?" He booped her nose and chuckeld. "Not telling. It's a surprise." He told her grinning. She raised her brow and smiled. "Alright." She answered.

They two got up and went back to their friends. They didn't stay for that lond because they soon all make their way home. The girls and boys split up and before they could say anything they got attacked with questions. "GIRL WHAT DID HE WANTED TO TALK ABOUT?" Alya exclaimed loudly, grabbing Mari's shoulder. The bluenette was startled for a moment and looked at her two friends who were waiting excited for an answer. She chuckeld and played with her bracelette. "Well, i maybe have a date tonight." She said before Alya let out a squeal. Alix and Mari covered their ears. "Al girl, calm down." Alix exclaimed, putting a hand on her shoulder. Alya apologised and turned to her bestfriend again and grabbed her hand. 

"C'mon let's get you ready for your date!" She dragged Marinette to her house. They waved to Alix who laughed and waved back. 

As soon as the girls were gone, Nino turned to Adrien. "Dude did you do it?" He asked. Adrien laughed nodded. "I'm going on a date with Marinette." He exclaimed. Nino and Kim cheered and high-fived the blond. Adrien laughed and smiled. "God i'm so happy she said yes." Kim shrugged. "Told you." He said flicking his hair. Adrien and Nino looked at each other weird before laughing.

Mari stood in front of her mirror admiring her look. Alya helped her with her make up and hair and putted on her new dress she made. Adrien was suppossed to arrive every second and Mari was super nervous. "Tikki, how do i look?" She asked to her kwami, who sat on her shoulder. "i think you look beautiful marinette!" She exclaimed with a smile. Mari smiled back. 

Her outfit:

She decided to put her hair down. When she was putting on her shoes, a head peeked out of her trapdoor. "Marinette! Honey! Adrien's here!" Sabine exclaimed. Mari got her stuff before she turned to her mother. "Maman, do i look okay?" She asked. Sabine put her hands on her cheek. "Oh sweetie, you look like a princess." She admired. Marinette giggeld and thanked her mom before going downstairs. At the botom of the stairs stood Adrien talking with her father. Oh god he looks so cute in green  She thought to herself.

Adrien turned his head to Marinette who was coming from the stairs. His eyes opened in shock and stared at the gorgeous girl. As she was on the bottom of the stairs, her clumsiness kicked in and she tripped. Adrien quickly walked to her and catched her. She smiled up at him and smiled "Hi"He chuckeld. "Hey" He said back and put her back down normally. He grabbed her hand and placed a kiss on the back it. "Wow you look beautiful." He admired. She blushed and smiled.  Tom placed a hand on Adrien's shoulder. "Boy, i trust you with my daughter. Bring her back at 10 pm." Tom said. Adrien nodded and held Mari's hand. "Don't worry Mr. Dupain. I'll take care of her" He said proudly. Sabine stood next to her husband and waved the two teens goodbye. Tom glanced at his wife and nodded. "i'll start designing their weddingcake." He told her.

The two lovebirds left the bakkery and Adrien turned to his date. "I didn't want to embarrass you in front of your parents but you really look stunning, cuteface." He winked at her and she blushed with a smile. "Did you make this dress?" He asked. She proudly nodded and he twirled her around. "Well it looks amazing, Mari." He told her. She kissed his cheek and his cheeks turned red. "Thank you, blondie. So were we going?" She asked with a curious grin.

Adrien popped out of his lovesick bubble and grabbed her hand. "You'll see" He said and entered with her in his limousine. They drove to a restaurant and there he got out. He opened the door for Marinette. Mari giggeld and got out the car. "Thank you kind sir." She told them. Marinette looked to where he had brought her and it was a really cute italian restaurant. "Alya told me that you really liked Italian food so yea." He came to stand beside her. She looked at him with a big smile and wrapped him into a hug. He was shocked but returned to hug. "Thank you." She whisperd and pulled away. "Anything for you beautiful." He winked. 

They got into the restaurant and both had an amazing time. They ordered pizza and shared a lot of stories. They payed for check (actually adrien did because he insisted) Adrien offered to get ice cream and she couldn't say no to that. They searched for André until they found him. "Hey André" Adrien exclaimed as they arrived his ice cream car. The man's face lit up at the couple in front of him. "Well is that Adrien and Marinette on date?" He teased them. The couple blushed and nodded. André put his hands togheter. "Oh how cute! well i'll make you guys a extra delicious ice cream!" He exclaimed, getting a cone. 

André gave them both their ice cream and the two blushed as they noticed each others colours in their ice cream. They started walking and enjoyed their ice cream until Adrien noticed Marinette shivering. "Hey you cold?" He asked her. She nodded slightly, rubbing her arms. "Yea i forget to bring a jacket but it's alright." She told him. Without any words, he took off his jacket and put it on her shoulders, letting his arms resting on one of them. Marinette looked shocked and got flustered. "Now i would be really dude if i let my date be cold, would i?" He said to her with a little playfulness in his voice. She smiled and leaned her head against his shoulder. "Thank you" 

Back to present~

"Mari?" Adrien called for her and got her attention to him. "Huh? sorry spaced out for minute." She confessed. He chuckeld. "That's alright." He told her. The teens looked into each others eyes. Adrien glanced to her lips and bit his bottom lip. He placed his hand on the back of her neck and pulled her closer. She gasped and putted her hands on his chest. He brushed his lips against hers and she smirked. "You're just teasing me now, aren't you?" She whisperd. Adrien smirked. Marinette gained all her confidence, grabbed his shirt and smashed her lips against his. 

His eyes widened. Holy shit she's kissing me! Wait kiss back dumbass!!
He grabbed her waist gently and pulled her towards him. She moved her arms to aroung his neck as their lips kept moving against each other. After a while, they had to catch their breath so pulled away. They looked at each other as they panted and big smile appeared on both their face. She hugged him and hide her face in his chest. He laughed and kissed her head. She pulled away giggeling. "God did anyone ever told you how good of a kisser you are?" He said, laughing. She nervously laughed. "Well no because you were my first kiss actually." YES I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING READER, BUT THAT DOESN'T COUNT! ' She told him, looking down embarrassed.

"Wait. Are you for real?" He asked, clearly surprised. How? She's the most cutest and prettiest girl in our school. Who wouldn't want to kiss her? Marinette hummed. "Didn't you and Luka ever kiss? Why didn't you tell me" Marinette sighed "No" She confessed. "And i knew you and kagami kissed so i didn't want to look lame." She said, ignoring his gaze looking everywhere but him. He grabbed her chin and made her look at him. "Mari you're not lame. At all. I'm really proud i got to be your first kiss." He said with a big smirk. She laughed and smacked his chest. "Jesus, your ego is big. " She shook her head. He got her off guard and leaned down for yet another kiss. She hummed against his lips and cupped his cheek. They laughed against each other mouth and shared a lot more kisses. 

Sadly it was time for Adrien to bring Marinette back home. The gentleman he was, he brought her back home. They stopped in front of her door. She turned to him. "Thank you for tonight. It was amazing." She thanked him. He grabbed her hand and rubbed her knuckles with his thumb. "You're very welcome" He said back. They smiled at each other and leaned down to give each other a quick goodnight kiss. It was just a peck but it made them both have butterflies. "Bye blondie" She said and walked to the door. "Bye cuteface" He called back. She smiled and was about to entered her house but Adrien called her back. "Wait!" He called out. She raised her eyebrow and looked back at him. "I know it's not really romantic but do you wanna be my girlfriend?" He asked, biting his lip.

"I just really like you and i wanna know where we are-" He said but she cut him off giggeling. He looked at her confused as she walked to him and grabbed his collar. "Ofcourse  i wanna be your girlfriend dummy." She said before kissing him. She pulled away quickly. "But it's already 10 pm so i have to really go inside!" She said laughing. He smiled and nodded. "It's alright go!" She waved at him one more time before entering. He let out a lovesick sigh and felt Plagg peek out of his shirt, smirking. He rolled his eyes and called for his bodyguard. He went to sleep that night knowing he was dating the most amazing girl ever.
