Marinette's POV

I have to say, Adrien is a great dancer. Aside from the butt touching part, it was a fun night so far. It was so fun that I nearly forgot what I heard on the phone... almost. We were in the middle of jamming out to a fast song, when Bernard turned off the music and grabbed the microphone.

"Hello everyone," he said, trying to sound like a nice, old fart. "Are you all having a good time?"

Everyone, but me, cheered in response. What is he up to?

"Good, good then!" He said trying and failing at putting enthusiasm in his voice. "Now I know I might sound like a needy grandpa for this, but do you all want to play a game?"

Everyone cheered. Needy grandpa my butt.

"Excellent, that makes very excited," Bernard said not sounding very excited. "Let's play an oldy but a goody, telephone."

Everyone groaned- me especially. Who plays telephone anymore? All you do is sit in a circle and the first person in the circle comes up with a secret and whispers it into the persons ear next to him/her. Then that person tells the next person and so on and so forth. Once it gets to the last person in the circle, that person stands up and says what they heard when the secret is whispered into his/her ear. If they get it right then yay them but no prize and the same if they don't get it.

"Oh come on now, everyone get into a circle," Bernard said- still trying to put some enthusiasm into his voice. "Wait one minute... I want..." He pretended to think really hard. "Adrien to start and Marinette to finish."

He's planning something, I just know it. 

Everyone got into a circle and sat down. "Ok Adrien, you may start."

I sat there waiting and wondering what he was saying. I looked and saw that Nino was whispering the secret to Alya. Just to my luck, I had Chloe sitting next to me. It seemed to take forever and then Chloe finally whispered it to me. I waited for a minute, listening to her whisper the secret. When she finally finished, I looked at her in shock, but all I saw was the face she makes when she is telling a sweet truth- not a lie. Tears began to fill my eyes. Did Adrien actually say that? Did he really convey that message through a telephone game? Is he really that heartless?

"Ok now stand up and say it," Bernard said with a little, real, joy and Adrien gave me a wink.

"There is a girl with raven hair who likes me. Too bad. She must've been born on a highway, because that's where mistakes happen. She's so ugly, Hello Kitty said goodbye to her. I bet it hurts, me rejecting you. Why don't you just slip into something more comfortable, like a coma," I said now crying.

(Sorry if this seems lame, but I'm trying to keep this story free of cussing or any other kind of inappropriate content...) (Edit: I rewrote that and it still sucks.)

Everyone on the right side of Alya gasped and everyone on the left looked grim. I didn't stick around for an explanation, I just ran out of the room as fast as I could. I didn't care where I was going, I just needed to get away from them. Away from Adrien.

I kept running and running taking more and more turns (I mean how big is this Mansion?!) until I finally found a door that lead to an outside balcony. 

I collapsed against the brick wall of the mansion and began to cry silent tears. I buried my head into my legs and kept crying into the darkness. It always seemed to make me feel better, but it wasn't helping this time. I just kept crying and crying until I heard a voice in the back of my head. I new deep down that it was Hawkmoth, but I was so emotionally distressed that I listened to him.

You poor poor girl. You were having such a good time, but he rudely conveyed his feelings to you. I can give you the power to take away all emotion, so no one can suffer what you are. What do you say?

"But I'll hurt my friends, my family," I cried holding my head.

No, you will be helping them, not hurting them. Do you want them to suffer what you did? Or do you want to help them so they won't ever feel that way again? 

"Yes but-" I said.

I will also grant you the power so you can make others feel the pain you did, 10 fold. Don't you want revenge on Adrien? Chloe?

He got to me. 

"All Chloe ever does it bully me. Adrien broke my heart and told everyone about my feelings in the process," I started. "But it would be wrong to..."

You deserve to say your feelings and be selfish every once in a while. You're always there for others, are they ever there for you?

I thought about it. "Alya is..."

But do you ever tell her how you really feel?

I frowned. "No but, she's my best friend."

Then you should help her, take away her emotions. Don't let her feel like you did. Be kind but a little selfish, Marinette. All I ask in return is Ladybug's and Chat Noirs miraculous.

"You're right, I do deserve to be a little selfish every once in a while," I said standing up and drying my tears.

Do you accept?

"Yes Hawkmoth, I will save my friends and family of that suffering and show who has hurt me what hurting feels like!" I yelled.

A swirl of purple surrounded me and I looked down to see me in full costume.

A purple butterfly shape appeared over my eyes. 

"Don't worry Hawkmoth," I said with an un-Marinette like evil grin. "I know the deal."

Adrien POV

I can't believe what happened! How did my message change so much? I have to find Mari and make things right. I twisted and turned- hoping that I was taking the right path. I mean come on! This mansion is crazy big! It puts mine to shame.

I kept running until I found a door to an outside porch. The perfect place for a girl to cry in peace. I walked through the door not to find Mari, by an akumatized Mari in her place.

"Marinette?" I asked cautiously.

"I am not Marinette! I am-"

Ok guys you need to help me out on this one! I am going to give three super villain name and I want you guys to vote for the best one in comments!!! If you guys don't like that, suggest something in the comments and I'll flip a coin for the winner if no one votes. Ok here are the names-

And now for my big apology. I AM EXTREMELY SORRY FOR THE LATE POST!!! I NEW THAT I WAS FORGETTING SOMETHING YESTERDAY AND I COULDN'T PUT MY FINGER ON IT!!! SO I TOTALLY SKIPPED MY HOMEWORK AND DID THIS STORY!!! I WILL POST ONE MORE TIME THIS WEEK TO MAKE UP FOR IT AND IF I DON't I WILL POST THREE THE NEXT WEEK!!!
