Mari Pov

"IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! WHICH MEANS I GET TO FIND OUT WHO MY SOUL MATE IS!" i yell the second i wake up. Tikki jumped at my sudden yelling.

I get off my bed and start examining my body for a name. I check all over my arms, torso, legs and now i'm checking my feet. Sitting down I pull my foot on my lap and see Adriens name written on the back of my ankle in cursive.

"ADRIEN IS MY SOULMATE!!" I quickly grab my phone and call Alya.

M = Marinette A = Alya

M: ALYA YOU CAN NEVER GUESS WHAT!
A: Ok let me have a guess. Adrien is your soulmate?
M: H-How did you know?
A: I'm at your house right now cause its my girl's birthday and everyone here heard you screaming

I quickly hang up and go down stairs to see my parents, Alya and some of the frequent customers that we've become friends with all holding presents. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARI!"

"Thank you everyone! And I'm guessing you all know?" I'm surrounded by nodding heads.

"Now since it's 7 let's open up your presents!" Everyone there pulls out their gifts for the 16 year old.

After going through all the presents and having a breakfast with everyone it was time to get ready for school. "Hey Mari you should wear some of the clothes we got you" Amelia said. She my age but goes to a private school, a straight A student needs more knowledge.

"Yeah I think I'll do that! How about you all decide what i'm going to wear?" I ask being kind as always.

Alya and Amelia quickly grab the clothes and throw me into my room. "We will have your outfit soon just wait"

After waiting 10 or so minutes Alya comes up with my outfit and tell me to put on the clothes.

I put on a purple midriff where the straps go around my neck, white denim shorts, black heeled boots that cover up Adriens name and a black bracelet. I leave my hair out and go down stairs.

"Marinette now you need to be careful ok? A bunch of boys are bound to come up and say how good you look" Mums friend Haru said winking. I blush and put my bag on my back.

I say bye to everyone and walk to school with Alya. Since its 8:25 we have 35 minutes until school starts we wait outside for Nino since Adrien gets to school a bit before the bell.

We spot Nino listening to his music. He notices us and comes towards us "Happy Birthday dudette. So do ya know who your soulmate is?" I nod and remove my shoe showing Adriens name.

"MARINETTE THAT'S AWESOME! ALYA OUR SHIP MUST SAIL NOW!" i'm now a tomato goodbye human life, hello life as food.

My 2 human friends push me to the classroom as tomato's cannot move themselves. We all enter the classroom to Adrien there surprisingly earlier than normal. "Oh Adrien you're early" Alya while picking me up and putting me on my chair.

"Well i had an early photoshoot this morning. Also you look nice Mari" I am falling further into the life of a tomato.

Alya rolls her eyes "She says thanks, she can't do anything as she has embraced the life as a tomato" she sighs jumping over the desk and pulling Adriens leg towards her letting her see if anything is behind his ankle.

She drops his leg before screaming "ADRIEN LADYBUG IS YOUR SOULMATE?!" the entire class that is there stop what they are doing to look at the quatro. Not a sound could be heard.

I awake from my tomato state to throw Adrien onto the floor and examine his ankle and whoop dee doo daa there was the name 'Ladybug' in cursive writing. I nod going back to my seat after helping my Adrien up.

No one dared make a sound. Some were shocked at Mari's hidden strength others because Ladybug is Adrien's soulmate, however what shocked Nino and Alya was how calm and collected I was during the entire event.

Soon enough class started and no one said anything unless the teacher asked. For the entire day not a single student in the class said anything. A couple boys and girls came and complimented my outfit.

By the end of the day everyone at school knew Ladybug was Adrien's soulmate but what they didn't know is that I'm Ladybug and that Adrien is mine.

I go to 'bed' at 9 making sure my parents knew before jumping out to Adriens house.

Adrien's Pov

Well just great now everyone knows that Ladybug is mine however I didn't expect Marinette to act like that. When she jump back to her seat I just barely saw my name in the same spot and font Ladybug's name is.

I lock the door to my bedroom and go take a shower after making sure Plagg has his cheese.

Walking out of the bath room with just a towel around my waist and my hair dripping wet I see Ladybug lying in my bed waiting for me. She looks at me and turns a deep shade of red rivaling her suit.

"Ladybug what brings you here?" She turns around as i get changed into my pyjamas. "I'm dressed now by the way"

She turns around to face me. "W-well Adrien as you know we're soulmates and I thought it would be good if we got to know each other?" I nod and sit next to her.

"So how about we play 20 questions?" I suggest knowing it would work. She nods "Ok have you had your first kiss?"

Ladybug goes a soft pink before answering "yeah I have. Now your question is um?" she looks so cute thinking but i'm a little sad that her first kiss won't be me. "Oh i got it! What's your favourite food?"

I was shocked, I didn't expect her to ask such a simple question "my favourite food is croissants and my friend makes the best croissants! She lives in a bakery however i'm not meant to eat them due to my model diet."

I see her nod and take down notes? "Any how, who was your first kiss?" she goes pink before mumbling something I couldn't hear. "I didn't hear you princess"

"My first kiss was Chat Noir" But I don't remember kissing you. Her face went from embarrassment to shock. "A-Adrien you said that out loud" Great well now she's bound to know that I'm Chat Noir "You said that out loud too"

I don't I can say anything, Ladybug just found out who I am and I like I might know who she is but I don't know for certain. "No point in hiding anything now huh? Yes I am Chat and by any chance are you Mari?"

She nods before saying anything "How did you know?"

"Well after you pushed me to the ground I saw my name on your ankle in the same spot and font so I just thought you might be her" I explained.

She sighed "Tikki spots off" her kwami left her earrings revealing the shy Marinette that sits behind me in class. I decide to transform to prove to her that I'm Chat. Plagg enters my ring after the magic forced him away from his camembert.

"So you really are my kitty huh?" she said grabbing out a cookie from her purse.

I grin letting Plagg return to his cheese "Yep the one and only"

So I haven't updated in months...I should probably put all my one shots of ML on here...I'll get round to that eventually. On another note, does anyone watch anime? Anime that includes sport and a canon same sex couple? And won all crunchyroll awards it was nominated for and anime of the year?
