Marinette's time is coming to a end. Chat knows about this, but what happens if there is a way to save her?

Marinette's POV

"POUND IT."
"LADYBUG WAIT!" I look to see Chat standing there. He looked like he wanted to desperately tell me something. I couldn't be here for long, or else my only lung will collapse. I'm running out of air, because of the fight.
I felt the pain in my chest attack me.
"Okay, but make it quick please." I hoped what ever he said was fast.
"I-I love you M'Lady, a-and I wanna go o-out with you."
I knew I couldn't give him what he wanted.
"Chat....I l-love you too.....but I can't be with you. I won't live much longer, and you know why. I w-will just be a burden."
I holded back the tears.
I saw the sadness in his eyes,"C-can I at least know you name."
I thought for a moment, "My name is Marinette."
I turned around running away from the scene. I burst into tears. My chance at love is gone.
I love you Chat.

Adrien's POV

"So it was really her. ALL THIS TIME SHE WAS RIGHT BEHIND ME! GOD IM A IDIOT!" I slammed my fist on the table. I'm such a complete idiot. Tears fell upon my face. I want to help her. I want to save her.
I would do anything.
My eyes shot up. I made a plan to save the love of my life.

One week later
Marinette's POV

I was on the hospital bed. The doctor came in. A week ago he said I was going to die soon. I was placed on the list of donations months ago. I knew my time was ending.
"Marinette...we have great news. We just got a donor. You will live Marinette."
Tears started running down my face. I wiped away the tears.
"Your operation is tonight. Your parents all ready signed the paper work. Congratulations."
I felt so happy.
We will be together Chat.

Two days later
Adrien's POV

I couldn't help worrying if Marinette is okay or not.
"You love sick puppy, so you donated one of your lungs for a girl?"
"Plagg, I told you. I love her and I would do anything for her."
I looked out my window to see the red and black suit jumping from building to building.
A smile crept upon my face.
"Plagg, claws out."
I jumped out of my bedroom window to catch up to my bugaboo.
"Hello bugaboo."
I felt her arms wrapped around me.
"We can finally be together Chat. Someone donated to me....well here I am."
I knew I made my love happy. I didn't care about the pain I went through. I would go through it a thousand times more to see her smile.
"Take care of my lung."
I saw her eyes widen. She smashed her lips against mine. I didn't mind the company her lips gave to mine. I wanted this since the beginning. I finally have her heart.
We broke the kiss for air. I felt her head  on my chest while my hands was wrapped around her waist.
"I really love you Chat. I would gladly take up on that offer for a date."
She lifted her hand to my hair. I looked straight into her eyes, asking for another kiss.
"You greedy kitty." I smirked.
"Yes I am a greedy kitty. I want you all to myself. I will be the only man you will ever look at. I will be all your first's. I will hold you till the end."
I saw her tears coming down. I felt here tighten against me . Our bodies perfectly fitted together.
I finally found my missing puzzle piece.
I leaned in for another kiss, but I was stopped.
"Sorry my kitty. I can't let you have more. If I did, then you would be asking more than I can bargain for. "
"I wouldn't mind being spoiled by you."
I saw her face turn pink.
I came closer to her ear to whisper something naughty.
I saw her cute pink face flush red.
I smirked at her appearance.
"You perverted kitty. B-but only you can do those t-things."
"I'm all yours, bugaboo."
She face palmed. I heard her miraculous beeped.
"Would you still love me if you knew who I am?" I was dying to know the answer to my question.
She stared at me like I was crazy person.
"I would always love my kitty."
Another beeped came, but this time if was my miraculous.
I pulled her in for another kiss. It was soft and passionate. I licked for a opening. I felt her smirk in the kiss.
"Desperate little kitty?"
"Yes."
I quickly continued where we left off. I slid my tongue into her mouth. I felt her mourn in the process.
The final beep was heard. I didn't want to run. It's time.
I felt the leather disappear, while being replaced by the soft cotton of my clothes.
She opened her eyes,

"Adrien?"
