"I didn't think you'd be here," I said as I spun her around.

"Likewise," she said.

"Do you go to school here?" I asked curiously.

"Tsk tsk, nosey Kitty," she said, waving her finger in front of my face. I chuckled.

"You've got to give me something," I said with a small smile. She gave me a look.

"Alright fine, I go to a school like this one," she said. I didn't show it, but that made me excited. Could we possibly go to the same school?!
"What about you?" She asked.

"Same as you," I responded. She suddenly jumped, something scaring her. "What is it?" I asked. She looked down to her small side bag, a little red head sticking out. "Are you her Kwami?" I asked quietly. The red bug nodded.

"Ladybug! We need to talk for a moment!" She said. Ladybug nodded.

"I'll be back, probably," Ladybug said. I nodded as she clashed the bag and rushed away. I made my way to the corner of the room undetected.

"Your lady run out on you?" Plagg said, coming out and hiding in the darkness.

"Haha very funny," I said sarcastically.

"What is it Tikki?" I asked as soon as I made sure the bathroom was clear.

"Have you seen the time! Must I remind you that you parents strictly said that you had to be at home by 11:30," Tikki said. I looked at the clock on the wall. 11:00.

"I've got a little time. I'll keep an eye on it," I said. She gave me a look. "I promise!" I said. Reluctantly, she went into my bag. I entered back into the dance hall and went over to Chat Noir. He seemed to be talking to himself.

"Who're you talking to Chat?" I asked as I walked over. Suddenly, a black figure moved out of the darkness and into my face. It's big green eyes scared me. I jumped back, tripping. I closed my eyes, waiting for the impact that never came. I opened my eyes to see that Chat Noir had grabbed my waist, saving me from embarrassment.

"Seems like I've caught you in my claws," he said. I rolled my eyes as he helped me back up.

"Who's this?" I said, holding the small thing in my hand.

"It's Plagg, my kwami," Chat Noir said.

"Hello Ladybug," it said.

"Hello," I reponded.

"Ladybug, I wanted to ask-" but I cut him off.

I heard footsteps behind me, so I closed my hand around the Kwami and turned, hiding it behind my back. "Hello...?" I said, waiting for Alya to answer. I had to seem like I knew no ones name.

I felt the Kwami move in my palm. I gently opened it and felt it fly away, probably to Chat Noir.

"Alya. I'm Alya," she said with a lot of excitement.

"Alya? The same Alya who runs the Ladyblog?" I said, making her face light up.

"Y-yeah! That's me! You read the Ladyblog?" She said. I nodded.

"You're a very good journalist," I said to her. Her eyes got really wide and a large grin appeared on her face. I laughed as Nino pulled her away in her dazed state.

"That was nice of you," Chat Noir said. I nodded.

"Don't you read the Lady Blog?" I said with a smirk, already knowing the answer.

"N-no," he said, crossing his arms.

"Sure," I said, nudging him.

"Ladybug, I wanted to ask you something," Chat Noir said. Suddenly, Tikki flew in front of my face.

"You're late!" She exclaimed. I put her back into my bag as fast as I could.

"I've got to go!" I said to him. I picked up the ends of my dress so I wouldn't fall, and ran out of the room to the outside pathway.

"Wait! Ladybug!" Chat Noir said. I was already gone though. Of course I didn't notice that I had left something. My phone.

"Wait! Ladybug!" I cried out to her. She was too far gone. I picked up the dropped item, realizing it was a phone. I turned it on, immediately seeing two very familiar faces. Alya, and Marienette. That means that... Marienette is Ladybug?

*The next day*

"See you all tomorrow," the teacher said as the lunch bell rang. I had held onto the phone, keeping it close to me. I was planning on giving it to her today. It hasn't fully sunk in. That it had been her the whole time. Sitting behind me, talking to me, heck, she's even in the same school as me!

I grabbed my bag and walked out of the classroom. I went down the stairs and spotted Marienette talking quietly with Alya. Alya was waving her hands around and talking with excitement. She was probably filling her friend in on what she missed, even though she had been there the whole time.

I walked over to them. Alya stopped talking and looked to me.

"Can I speak to Marie for a sec?" I asked nicely.

"Meet me in the park," she said to Marienette, who nodded in response.

"I believe this is yours," I said, holding out the phone. She looked down to it in my hand, then up to me.

"I-it is," she said quietly. "I dropped it," she picked it up from my hand delicately.

"I watched you drop it, m'lady," I said with a smile. She looked to me, her eyes wide.

"....C-Chat?" She said in disbelief. I bowed.

"The one and only," I said. "It's nice to meet you," I said. "It's amazing that we, in fact, know each other," I said.

"Yeah really. So you're really Chat Noir?" She said.

"It's true, I'm your cat in furry armor," I said. She laughed.

"Wow, this is unbelievable," she murmured. "I never would've guessed-"

"-it was you," I said, finishing her sentence. She smiled. Then started laughing. That caused me to laugh, and we were soon rolling on the floor. I don't know where we go from here, but I do know that Marienette is my partner. She also happens to be the keeper of my heart.
