Marinette sprinted through the empty halls filled with little white butterfly's. she found her phone and clicked on Alya's number as the tears continued rolling down her rosy red cheeks.

Alya's phone went off during a free period she gasped as Marinette's name popped up, "Guys it's Marinette!" She shouted. Her classmates gathered around as Alya pressed accept.

"Marinette, where are you?"
"Im sorry Alya... I'm sorry everyone"

They heard muffled sobs.

"Marinette, where are you?" Alyas worried voice rang through the phone. She paused.

"Im sorry Alya... I'm sorry everyone."
she took a deep breath.
"Im sorry I couldn't be there when you needed me the most. I'm sorry I never told you."

She sobbed louder.

"Mari?"
"Im ladybug. Hawkmoth has me. Don't worry I'm fine"

She tossed her phone to the side as he entered the room.

She pressed her hands towards her chest and smiled warmly at the man, "Why hello Marinette. Why are you so happy?"

She stayed quiet and looked down. She pressed her hand towards one of her earrings as she said her famous catchphrase, "Tikki, spots on!" A pink glow illuminated the room and she stood still.
