A/N: I will be making some changes to the actual abilities of the eagle miraculous, mainly that it has the power to "free" anyone under the control of a rune(since I can't use akumas). Also the otter miraculous has massive destructive capability cause otters are little menaces
Jessica PoV
I stepped off the plane and was met by a metallic hug from her friend Aeon, in her human disguise . "Good to see you made it Aeon. Now please let me go. We don't want to be late for our meeting with master Howling Wolf." The robot released her before smiling "I'm glad you made it safe Ms.Jessica. I don't really have many friends, being new to the whole "human emotion programming" thing." The two exited the terminal and walked to a special parking deck, where a car was waiting. The two placed their bags in it and hopped in themselves before heading out towards the beach.

Jessica and Aeon arrived at an abandoned building near the Santa Fe boardwalk before quickly changing into their hero forms and steeping through a secret door in the wall. There, standing at the head of a large stone table, was Master Howling wolf. Aeon and Jessica bowed politely at the grey haired man.
"At Easy Uncanny, Eagle. Please have a seat"
He pointed to the stone table, each spot with a certain animal symbol carved into it. Jessica sat at the one for Eagles, while Aeon sat at one labeled like a weapon.
" I have called you here for 2 reasons Eagle. The first is that you will be teaming up with a new hero. Meet Small claw, holder of the otter miraculous of fluidity and change." Suddenly the wall across from Eagle rippled and a hand emerged from it. Instinctively, Eagle stood and readied her weapon "stand down eagle" Master Howling wolf said as they watched an entire person emerge from the stone. It was a guy, with platinum hair, and a white face mask with whiskers and a chocolate colored deep v neck shirt that went half way to his naval, with a fluffy white collar, white and black gloves and chocolate colored pants and boots combo with white accents. He had a pointed caramel colored tail attached to his belt as well as a pair of nunchucks. He slowly took his time to survey the surroundings before looking right at Eagle and smiling
"Nice to meet you, My name is Small claw. I'll be your partner while your a hero here" he said as he sat at the place of the otter.
Eagle was shocked. "Master I must ask, is this really the best. I already have Uncanny's help, I don't need another partner" "yeah and no offense but I work better solo" Master Howling stood up to full height and stared down at Eagle and Small claw "Look you two, while I admit your both good heroes, the upcoming threat is too big to handle solo. Not to mention this is to keep each other in check. Freedom and fluidity are opposing concepts as one's freedom will persist while change moves around them. To put it short, your powers are two dangerous to be left unchecked" the two heroes sighed and begrudgingly sat down, with small claw digging in his ear. " Now then, the real reason I even gave out and let your miraculous be active is because of a new Villain called Rune king. You heard of Monarch in France, well this guy is worse. He is using a very old and dangerous form of magic known as rune form, which turns one's most emotionally significant item into a dangerous power granting rune. So far he hasn't done anything major but if he does, be ready. That is all" and with that he motioned for the 3 to dismiss, Small claw of course declined taking the door, preferring to swim through the wall
Outside: Jessica and Aeon talk about their strange meeting. "I can't believe I'm teamed up with such a care free hero. He seems completely irresponsible" "true. But based on my data, he is quite strong." Aeon said as their self driving car headed towards their apartment "Really?" Jessica said now curious " yes, this video I found shows him stopping a large tidal wave solo" Aeon played the video in hologram form, displaying Small claw's hands glowing blue as he grabbed onto the large tidal wave and forced it back, saving an entire group of beach goers and their part time homes.
"Wow" Jessica said " what a terrifying ability"
"I concur" Aeon said
