I made preparations for our next date as it was seriously important for me. Both Alya and me hadn't got the time to be a couple for a while. We've both been busy for a few days. I was busy being a hero while Alya was busy babysitting her sisters as her elder sister was on a leave. And to be honest, I hated it. But... I was catching feelings for someone else and I knew it, Rena Rouge. Its not like I didn't have feelings for Alya, it's just weird to explain. I'd booked a reservation for us in her favourite restaurant and then planned a movie which were supposed to watch at my house, cuddled up at my house.

And right now, I was waiting for Alya!
But it seems that she's running late. I've also planned a small surprise. I hope she likes it. But alas, I guess even this date is bound to be cancelled, I thought as I got Ladybug's message about another akumatization. I was tired but also excited to see Rena Rouge. It was wrong, I knew but my heart wasn't ready to understand. My feelings are just... all over the place.

Alya's P.O.V. :

I need to say that my sisters are seriously evil. Though they are small, they never leave a chance to torture. But still, I love them too much, I guess. I'm so excited for today's date. I know Nino had been planning it from some days.

Babysitting them along with being a hero is seriously bad and tiring. I just want to go to bed and fall asleep. But I know I've been giving really less time to Nino. The guy is so patient and I feel like I'm really lucky to have him. But still my life isn't so easy. My school work is piling up with no time to complete it.

But right now, it doesn't matter. All matters is the date and I'm getting ready for it with my personal designer aka Marinette. She's been designing some dresses for me and let me tell you they are simply awesome. I'm not exactly wearing a dress because I don't like dresses but a crop top and jeans. A change in style for the very first time.

I just hope Nino likes it. But still I can't stop thinking about him, Carapace, how his closeness affected me. The guy is seriously haunting my dreams and I don't know for how long it'll go on.

"Oh! There seems some problem outside", Marinette muttered while working on my hair and I looked outside just to release a sigh. "Someone is akumatized again."

I just told Mari, "Hey, I need to go. Can we talk later?" Mari just shook her head with a ghost of a smile and rushed away while I was trying to process what happened.

We were both busily fighting the senti monster but to no avail. With an akumatization, we got a senti monster for free. And I seriously felt like killing someone.

And I guess that's why I missed the senti monster attacking me and Carapace was on front of me trying to protect me. That weird warm feeling was back in the out of my stomach.
But I need to concentrate on the senti monster right now.

I was waiting for Ladybug's instructions but she was busy fighting the akuma though she was weak without Chat Noir.

But I guess that's what dedication means. I could see how much she missed Chat Noir daily. I'd even seen her crying secretly one day.

Ladybug used her lucky charm and I was brought back to the present. Entered the hockey stick and I felt like using it to beat the senti monster. I could literally see the wheels in Ladybug's head turning. And that's when she used the lucky charm on the akumatized guy. Not literally using the hockey stick to beat him but it was a good prop.

While paying attention to Ladybug, I didn't realise that the shield created by Carapace was going to be broken, but when I did it was already too late. Carapace rolled both of us to the other side to avoid the damage and there went the butterflies, once again.

I decided to then distract the senti monster by creating an illusion of both of us. We needed a plan. And that's when ladybug came back, her earrings were beeping and she instructed us that she'd be back soon and vanished from the site.

And she was back in five minutes with another lucky charm, a bag of chocolates, seriously?

But I knew that I and Carapace didn't have much time... She told us to go and distract him with the chocolates, oh they weren't chocolates actually, I came to know that... They were marbles actually, just looking like chocolates, a perfect disguise, I guess.

And when both of us were trying to distract him, Ladybug discreetly used the marbles, made him fall and then got rid of the senti monster.

But what I didn't realise was that as soon as the senti monster ended even mine and carapace's miraculous beeping went off and we didn't even notice that our identities were revealed. Luckily others weren't there but I didn't know how to react.

Nino's P.O.V. :

To be honest, I was happy to know, I wasn't emotionally cheating her. But seeing her in front of me, detransformed from Rena Rouge was something I didn't expect even in my wildest dreams.

There stood Alya, herself shocked and I saw her pinching herself as well as wincing when she realised this wasn't a dream. After a minute, a smile made way onto our faces and both of us knew that... Even if masks covered our faces we would still love each other.

"I love you."

"I love you too."
