Hogwarts

As much as The Great Mouse Detective was Ladybug's favorite movie, these chases to defeat Ratigan had had enough of her! And she was not the only one; Chat Noir looked like he wanted to use his Cataclysm on anything came his way to blow off some steam. Even Basil was annoyed with all this, he had been fighting Ratigan for years and has always outwitted his ingenuity, but now thanks to Papillombre things got worse. The only exciting thing about all this was the detective had had the opportunity to use a Miraculous; sadly, that wasn't enough to stop the evil professor and his henchman.

"Ladybug... how much longer are we going to have to put up with this nonsense from Ratigan?" the feline-rodent asked his partner, resting once more on Baker Street. "This is getting annoying. Worse than having to deal with Mr. Pigeon twenty-four times." To Chat Noir's bewilderment, he received no response. "Ladybug?"

"She's outside," Basil replied, not looking away from his web diagram for clues. "She said she needed to get some fresh air, that it would help her think."

Doubtful, because he never saw his lady leave to begin with, Chat Noir got up from the green couch and went to look for his lady.

"Ladybug?" He didn't find his partner at the entrance to 221½. "Ladybug!"

"Up here!" she replied

The feline-rodent looked where the coccinellid-rodent indicated, finding her on the porch wall of 221B. Chat Noir climbed the fence with the help of his staff, once up he sat down next to her. Ladybug had her yoyo open in the minicomputer function watching a video that talked about Ratigan?!

"What the...?"

"Sh!"

The hero moved closer to the yoyo. The website was called «YouTube» and the video was called «The RATIGAN STORY | THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF EVIL» by a certain Cinema Club. Chat Noir overheard the video explained Basil and Ratigan's past, something they already knew since they both told them in Oxford.

"What are you...?"

"¡Oh, que la...! (Oh, what the...!) Shush!"

"In the deleted song, «The world's greatest criminal mind», it's mentioned one of his plans, known as «Tower Bridge»" explained the narrator of the video" consisted of throwing several mice into the waters of the Thames River and shoot anyone who came to the surface. Although, of course, the plan was foiled by Basil.

The video continued to tell the story of the film; for that part Ladybug paused the video, opened another internet browser window and searched for the alternate version of said song. In effect, the deleted song had in its verses the plan of the Thames River and others that caused chills in the hero. The heroine left that web page and searched for more about the villain.

"Can I talk now?" Chat Noir asked sarcastically.

"Yes." Ladybug replied vaguely.

"Are you going to explain to me what you're doing? Or do I have to wait for you to finish?"

"I'm trying to find something to help us defeat Ratigan. According to the Cinema Club video, Ratigan appeared in two books in the saga: Basil and the Lost Colony and Basil in Mexico. But I come back to the same thing, I have never read the books and for the same reason I have no idea how that rata de dos patas, animal rastrero, escoria de la vida...! * (two-legged rat, creeping animal, scum of life, thinks...!)

"Relax, relax, relax. Breathe. Count to ten." The young woman did as her partner said, but was interrupted by the comment he made. "Would you feel better if you sing complete that song? Because you were quoting it." Ladybug slapped him. "Ouch! I just wanted to release the tension."

"Ok, sorry."

"Good thing it helped you relax."

"You're right about that." the coccinellid-rodent sighed before continuing. "As Ratigan has escaped us several times in the day, I think we have faced him more than Mr. Pigeon..." Chat Noir laughed getting his attention. "What?"

"I told you that a while ago at Basil's house, but I didn't realize you left until he told me."

Ladybug also laughed at the coincidence. Calm down, she continued:

"Well, I'm running out of ideas."

"When I arrived, I thought I saw some images of Sherlock Holmes and Professor Moriarty in that video."

"Yes, because he made the same emphasis that everyone makes when they talk about the Eve Titus books: Basil of Baker Street is inspired by the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sherlock Holmes. If Basil is Holmes, then Ratigan is Moriarty. Also, in the video it's said the film, in addition to being, obviously, an adaptation of the original works of Titus, is also based on the work of Conan Doyle, The Final Problem , where Holmes faces his nemesis and both 'die' falling into a waterfall in Switzerland, the quotes are because Holmes was saved, although that story was supposed to be the last one because Sir Arthur grew tired of the character and wanted to give him a worthy end by killing him while he was fighting...

Ladybug abruptly fell silent, worrying Chat Noir for that action.

"My Lady...?" The young woman did not reply. The young man passed a hand in front of her face, but still did not react. "Uh... Ladybug, you're starting to scare me, what's wrong?"

Could it be... was there a chance that Ratigan and Papillombre were using Professor Moriarty as a reference for this fight? Honestly, she didn't see any point in it because the human Napoleon of Crime didn't always run away, did he? So, what could it be? Thinking about it, with the end of the film she affirmed it did resemble The Final Problem because of the final battle between them.

"Ladybug!" Chat Noir yelled.

"What?" she replied annoyed

"You tell me! You were suddenly quiet and you scared me. Now what are you thinking? Did you have any idea?"

"I thought so, I got stuck again."

"Ladybug! Chat Noir!" The aforementioned looked at the edge of the fence, meeting little Olivia. "Mrs. Judson says the tea is ready!"

"Let's go soon!" the heroine answered and the girl returned to the house.

"It's also a nuisance we have to transform and untransform ourselves every so often." commented the hero, coming down from the fence. "But we can't come up with another excuse anymore, Mrs. Judson meets 'Shana' and 'Ringo'."

"But it's still a good thing." the young woman said. "This way we don't put pressure on Tikki and Plagg to be transformed all the time, although being mice it doesn't affect their energy because they don't even notice when we use it."

"Yes, and I don't have to be feeding Plagg almost all day."

"You should have better control over his gluttony. Yes, the health of the kwamis is different from humans, but it is also not good he spends his time eating 24/7 almost non-stop. Spots Off!"

"Believe me I've tried, but it's a tiny bottomless barrel. Claws In!"

"Who are you calling 'tiny'?" the kwami of destruction asked, offended. "I remind you right now you are the tiny ones. Well, Sugarcube and I are mouse-sized too, but we're taller than you!"

"Plagg, better shut up and let's go to Mr. Basil's room." Tikki interrupted.

Bored, the kwami of destruction followed his partner of creation. 'Shana' and 'Ringo' entered the house and saw everyone sitting by the fire enjoying tea and cheese crumpets.

"Those crumpets are Mrs. Judson's specialty, right?" asked 'Ringo' sitting next to Olivia in the blue armchair that was brought closer to the fire.

"Yes, it's her badge," Basil replied, his eyes on the fire on the coffee table with the tea service.

With the tone of voice, the detective used, the brunette realized Basil was upset. It was not for less; they had been chasing Ratigan for almost twenty-four hours and they couldn't capture him. That rat always escapes them when cornered; They no longer knew what to do, nor did the calls Su-Han, through Rena Rouge, make to reprimand them for allowing an innocent person to remain akumatized for so long.

"'Shana' are you okay?"

The Latina snapped out of her thoughts and turned to Olivia; the girl looked at her worriedly, but she wasn't the only one. 'Ringo', Doc and Basil were staring at her showing their concern towards her and she understood what she was thinking, they felt the same as her.

"I'm just tired, Olivia." The young woman replied smiling at her.

Thanks to the adventure she was experiencing, little Flaversham immediately understood Ladybug was lying to her so as not to worry her. Olivia put the half-eaten cheese crumpet on the table and hugged the brunette. The young woman was surprised, but immediately returned Olivia's hug. Almost a full day of knowing her and she was already completely attached to her.

"Thank you for making me feel better." 'Shana' thanked.

Dawson and 'Ringo' looked at the girls with a smile. As for Basil, he had seen many girls being nice to kids; older than her who were already mothers or governesses. There was no doubt the girl before him, who was not the same as the others because she knew her life was very much from the standards established by society of what she should do, also had her kind side. She cared for everyone and did whatever it took to protect those she loved. Basil had the impression that now, everyone present in his room-office, was the most important thing for the young heroine at this very moment.

Suddenly his thoughts took an unexpected turn: He imagined himself in the place where the young black amber was sitting chatting and having a good time with Alex and a little girl. The young woman smiled at him with tenderness and love...

Just a second! LOVE?! By the queen, what the hell was he thinking?! Ever since Relda, he swore to himself never to feel that feeling again, much less towards someone he was barely getting to know! He looked at the brunette's right hand where the engagement ring he thought to give Relda rested; It is true he was given to Alex, but he himself said it was a symbol of friendship and nothing more. What the hell was wrong with him?

"Are you all right, Basil?"

The detective looked at Dawson sitting in the green chair across from him looking worried. He turned to the youngest of the group, realizing they were also looking at him in anguish, but the look most captured his attention was that of dark brown eyes through the lenses of silver glasses; they looked uneasy and silently inquired after his well-being.

Unable to help it, the detective's ears reddened. To prevent his guests from noticing, he got up and said he was going out to smoke, without further ado he left his own house. He stopped on the porch steps of 221B, leaned back against the pavement, and ran a hand through his hair. For god's sake! What was wrong with him? Why was he acting so different? He was working as usual; it was an emergency case because he was facing his greatest intellectual rival in the kingdom and this caused him to meet everyone who was now in his room-office. But in particular... her.

He ruffled his hair and grunted in frustration. Did that girl use her power of creation on him or what? No, it couldn't be; Alex didn't seem like the kind of girl who would do mean things to get people's attention. On the contrary, she preferred to go unnoticed. He passed a hand over his face and looked at the sunset reflected in the windows of the huge human buildings. He never believed after Relda he would have a case like that, involving his feelings. It was really crazy; how could he get like this for someone he had just met? Although, from the beginning it seemed to him Alex had known him all his life; she knew things she shouldn't and acted like she wasn't from that time, literally.

"Alex."

"Yes?"

Basil looked to his right, finding himself precisely with the young girl who had made an emotional mess of him. He internally congratulated himself for not losing his sanity when he saw her, despite the fact his heart was beating wildly because of the surprise of seeing the girl right now next to him.

"I'm impressed you knew I was here." said the young woman, taking off her scarf. No one was there, not even humans, so she was safe from being seen and recognized. "Though I get the impression you didn't really expect to see me here."

"Well, I..." Basil cleared his throat before continuing, "you know I'm an excellent detective, so no one can surprise me."

"Oh, calm down 'super mouse'! The superpowers belong to the Miraculous, I don't think you really have it!"

"The intellect is a 'superpower'."

"Oh, c'mon!"

Both mice laughed and talked for a while. Basil admitted he hadn't enjoyed himself like this in a long time, and he couldn't remember the last time he had such pleasant company as Alex's. He still couldn't figure out what he was beginning to feel for the brunette, but the detective was totally sure he never wanted to be separated from her. That led him to walk over to her and hug her.

Alex was static. It was the second time Basil had hugged her. This time the hug returned; she let her inner child get excited, she was hugging her favorite character since she was a child! She was aware the mission had to end soon, but she didn't want to happen because if not Basil, Olivia and Dawson would disappear... The harsh reality slapped her causing her to jump and catch the attention of the detective. Basil moved a little away from her to look into her eyes, without breaking the hug.

"Alex, what's wrong?"

The brunette looked directly into the detective's green eyes. She didn't want to ruin this beautiful moment, but she needed...no, she had to tell Basil the truth. As painful and implausible as it was, the mouse detective deserved the truth and wouldn't allow the same thing to happen if Ratigan used it against them to weaken the team.

"Basil, there is something I must tell you. You need and deserve to know about the case, Ratigan's relationship with Papillombre... and about us and our friends. We promised there would be no more secrets and I'm going to keep my word."

Basil said nothing; he was aware the young woman still hadn't told him everything, confirming that she was still hiding information from him hurt a little, because she was taking the initiative to confess everything to him. The detective took out his pipe, prepared it for smoking, and asked Alex to start talking.

=====MDMDMDMDMD=====

There was no doubt that the Black Cat Miraculous was living up to it, he kept losing to a simple cartoon for Ladybug's attention! Despite knowing she would never reciprocate he felt like a real idiot and a loser; he had never been good at love, since his first infatuation with Lily he knew this emotional area would be a challenge for him; still... he wanted to try again with Ladybug, even though he didn't know her identity.

It annoyed him to see Ladybug go after Basil as soon as he closed the door to leave. He tried to stop her, but she just ignored him and went to see the mouse. He was going to follow her, but Dawson stopped him. He asked if he should drink more of that Skele-Gro potion (which tasted the most horrible the doctor had ever tasted) they found on their way back to London from Oxford to help heal his injured ankle.

Severus sighed in resignation and examined Dawson. Thanks to the fact it was a slight injury, the recovery with the help of the potion was a second; however, the black amber knew the good-natured mouse did that to 'give Alex and Basil privacy'. After 'checking' the doctor, the black amber headed to the door and went out to look for them; but he didn't even step on a step when the Latina and the detective suddenly entered the house; they both looked upset, but more Ladybug. She looked angry.

"Oh my! Basil. 'Shana' what's wrong?" Dawson asked, rising from his seat.

"Ratigan is in Scotland." Basil reported. "We must go there as soon as possible."

"How do you know?"

Basil took out from his pants pocket a piece of paper with red spots on it. He handed it to the doctor and he, Severus and Olivia saw printed a coat of arms made up of the silhouettes of a lion, a snake, a badger and an eagle surrounding a large letter H splashed with red. Beneath the shield were only a few words.

Apparently 'tickling a sleeping dragon' is the least of your problems.

As expected, neither Olivia nor Dawson understood the words, but the good-natured mouse understood the matter was serious because the red splatter was actually blood.

Severus was still staring at the paper in dismay. It couldn't... it was impossible, not to mention it didn't make sense, what the hell was that rat doing over there?! He looked away from the paper and his gaze met Alex's.

"How did you get this?" asked the black amber

"It brought it," answered the brunette.

"And it was noted he was only a messenger," Basil added.

"Why do you say that?" Dawson asked.

In response, Basil and Alex stepped aside to let both mice pass. Severus and Dawson walked out, Olivia was going to too, but the Latina stopped her saying it was better for her not to. A gasp came from the street, Basil and Alex waited for that reaction while Olivia just looked at the elders confused. On the street, next to the porch of 221B, a man covered in blood was lying face down on the ground. The strangest thing was the stranger looked as if he had died several days ago.

«This is the last straw. Can he also create Inferi?!» Severus questioned worriedly in his mind.

That could only mean Ratigan was learning magic, specifically dark magic, to increase his powers. That was! That's why he always made him and his lady fight with all their might to learn their abilities and use them against them! The professor had unlimited powers, so it made it easy for him to access magical powers, employ them (to their bad luck, wandless magic) and learn it thoroughly. Severus drew his wand and burned the Inferius to Dawson's astonished gaze.

"Boy, what are you doing?

"We won't make it to Scotland with Toby, but doesn't mean we have to magically move there from the house risking Mrs. Judson spotting us. It's best on the sidewalk, making sure no one is there, and using the Horse Miraculous to quickly get there. And for that, the best thing is to disappear that corpse so Olivia doesn't see it.

"You're right about that."

"Let's go for the others to leave immediately."

"No need, we are behind you."

Both mice turned to meet the rest of the team leaving 221½. Olivia reached them, but stopped when a foul smell hit her nose. She covered herself with her scarf and asked the men.

"What are you burning that stinks awful?" the girl asked disgusted.

Dawson stammered not knowing what to answer her, the good thing is Severus was quicker to reply.

"A dog passed by and pooped on the porch. I wanted to remove it with magic, but I made the wrong spell and burned it by accident."

"It stinks awful!"

"I know and I'm so sorry."

"Calm down, chaton. I do it." Alex said, pulling out her wand.

With a flourish the 'feces' disappeared and with it the bad smell. The brunette put away her wand, whistled loudly, and the kwamis left the house.

"Did you find anything worthwhile?" Plagg asked bored. "I hope we can finally put an end to that rat."

"Us too, and more because he got in where he shouldn't," Severus replied.

"What are you talking about? Tikki asked confused.

"Ratigan is at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry." Alex replied.

"WHAT?!" The kwamis yelled in shock.

"Your reactions tell us this place is more than an educational center, metaphorically speaking." Basil said.

"For many students, Hogwarts is home," Alex explained. "You feel safe in the castle, you finally found the place where you belong. It will always be there for you and it will never leave you."

"You say it's magic. So, you learned magic in a school?" Olivia asked excitedly.

"Yes."

"That rat..." Those present looked at Severus, in all the time they had been on the case/mission, they had never seen him like this. "How dare he desecrate Hogwarts with his presence?"

"Don't worry, we'll get him out of there," Alex promised.

"Time to do an extermination job!"

"Tikki, Spots On!

Once again as Ladybug, the young woman opened her yoyo, took out the Horse Miraculous and handed it to Severus. The young man immediately put it on, and ignoring Kaalki's demands, he transformed into Cheval Brun. He summoned the portal and the five mice immediately headed to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry; they home.

=====================MDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMDMD======================

Cheval Brun opened the portal at the main entrance of the castle, sumptuous iron gates flanked by stone columns topped by statuettes of winged pigs...wait, the winged pigs at the entrance were replaced by statuettes of Ratigan! That filthy rat was taking over Hogwarts!

"Oh no. That rata panteonera (pantheon rat) messed with the wrong place!" Ladybug thought angrily

"Dismount!" the hero quickly detransformed and scrambled the Miraculous "Plagg, Claws Out!" He quickly transformed into Chat Noir.

The Miraculous bearers approached the gates to open them, but as soon as they touched it, it gave them a strong electric shock and threw them several meters.

"Ladybug! Chat Noir!" exclaimed the mice, running to help the young

"Oh my! What was that?" Dawson asked, helping Chat Noir to his feet along with Olivia. "I've never seen a security system like that."

"Because that shouldn't be there." the young man replied. "That rat must have used his power so the fence, at the moment of touching it, did that."

"Is there another entrance?" Basil asked Ladybug.

"Actually, there are seven," replied the heroine. She bit back a mocking laugh threatened to break out and explained. "Hogwarts always had those secret passageways. Well, not so secret because the school's warden, Argus Filch, knows four of them. A group of prankster boys who call themselves 'The Marauders' meet the seven...

"And you two know those passageways too," Basil added.

"Basically."

"Which one do we use?" Chat Noir asked.

"We could use the one from the Shrieking Shack..."

"Are you mad?! Its passageway at Hogwarts is the roots of the Whomping Willow! How do you expect us to get out there without killing us?!"

"There are still people from Honeydukes at this hour so going into the candy store to use its passageway doesn't sound like a good idea!"

"There are another five, we can think of some that ARE NON-LETHAL!"

The three mice looked confused at the youngsters. In all this time together, they had never seen them fight. There was no time for that, Basil intervened and told them to choose a blessed passage to enter the school and look for Ratigan.

The easiest passageway to use was the one in the Honeydukes candy store. So, the five of them quickly made their way to the town of Hogsmeade, along the way the team realized they were once again human-sized. Great, now it would be more complicated to enter the candy store, why? Simple, the villagers were not mice! Apparently Ratigan's power was limited to the city of London, so outside of there the rest of Great Britain people continued to be human.

Just when they thought things couldn't get any worse, they also discovered the town was overrun by Ratigan's thugs. They were not mice, but they were transformed into humans and asked the villagers if they had seen the Miraculous bearers along with three accomplices, among them a little girl. Reluctantly, Chat Noir suggested they use the passageway to the Shrieking Shack. It was set a little apart and higher than the rest of the town, and even in daylight it was creepy with its boarded-up windows and damp, gloomy, overgrown garden.

"Even wizards and witches have their houses haunted, right?" Olivia asked, frightened when she saw the abandoned house.

"The truth is that the 'haunted' thing is a rumor," Ladybug explained.

"If there is nothing 'paranormal' about that place, why...?"

"My Lady!"

Chat Noir interrupted Basil's question. He called to the others hidden in the trees and they did the same. Before anyone could ask a question, they saw Fidget and a couple of other thugs guarding the house. the only explanation was Ratigan knew the passageways and for that Filch had to tell the professor.

"Now what?" asked the feline-rodent

"You guys go into the Shrieking Shack. I will distract them." said the coccinellid-rodent

"What?!" the others shouted

"Sh!"

"Are you mad? It's too risky, not to say stupid!" Chat Noir snorted. "We'll all go in together; we won't let you."

"Fine." she answered reluctantly.

She took out her yoyo, opened it, reached in and pulled out a colorful plastic bag with a label said «Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes» in bright orange letters, and underneath it said «Puking Pastilles». Ladybug put away her yoyo, took out her wand and muttered Wingardium Leviosa into the bag. It levitated in the air going towards the sentimonster and the thugs, luckily none of them saw the bag go towards them. The heroine left the bag a meter away from them and visible enough for one of them to notice. Luckily, it didn't take long for one of them to find the bag, open it and excitedly call out to his teammates.

Fidget was reluctant to eat one, but after prodding from his teammates, he finally tried one. As soon as the orange side of the candy touched their tongues, they immediately started vomiting. Chat Noir and the mice were disgusted to see that; Ladybug made them react and taking advantage of the fact the bad guys were powerless, the team finally entered the Shrieking Shack.

"What the hell did you give them?" asked the feline-rodent, leading his friends to the hatch of the house. "What is «Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes»"

"It's a friend's joke shop." replied the coccinellid-rodent. "That's where I got the Peruvian Instant Darkness Powder." She turned to the detective. "And the trap detonators I used in the garden at Oxford."

"Well, you have to admit that 'sweets' you gave them are effective, but disgusting." Basil said.

Chat Noir opened the hatch and climbed in, followed by Dawson and Olivia. Basil was going to tell Ladybug to go in first, but the young lady pushed the detective to go in first and she followed him closing the trapdoor. She slid down a dirt ramp to the mouth of a low-ceilinged tunnel.

"Great Scott. I can't see a thing." said the doctor

"Lumos!" The hero had drawn his wand and as he said the spell a small sphere of light appeared on the tip. "Be careful when stepping. Olivia has it easier, but we don't."

With that warning, the group walked through the narrow and winding tunnel, the older ones crawling on all fours since, as the hero said, Olivia could walk without any problem as the youngest of the group.

«La ventaja de ser una niña» (The Advantage of Being a Girl)

They walked for a long time until a dim light, wasn't from Chat Noir's wand, was visible at the end of the tunnel. The hero stuck his head out and saw the huge Whooping Willow, its branches creaking as if whipped by a very strong wind and swaying back and forth. Thanks to the Miraculous of the Black Cat, he was able to get out and dodge the branches, slithering like a snake through the branches whipped the air and he grabbed a knot in the trunk with his claws. Suddenly, as if the tree had turned to stone, it stopped moving.

"Ready, you can go out!" called the feline-rodent.

Dawson, Olivia, Basil and Ladybug came out of the Whooping Willow tunnel and walked away from the tree followed by Chat Noir. As soon as they were safe from the dangerous tree, the three mice gazed at the top of the cliff towered over a lake, the many towers and watchtowers of Hogwarts castle.

"Whoa! It looks like something out of a fairy tale!" Olivia said excitedly.

"Amazing!" Dawson exclaimed.

"Fascinating," Basil said.

Ladybug was happy at the reactions of her mouse friends, she remembered she had reacted like that the first time she saw Hogwarts. Her thoughts were interrupted by Chat Noir, giving her shoulder a little shake to get her attention.

"What?"

"Besides it's not the time for them to stay admiring Hogwarts, don't you think it's strange they can see the castle? None of them can do magic."

"One of two: Either it's because of the akuma or it's because of the Magical Charms. But you're right, this is not the time for this." She turned to her friends and caught their attention. "When we defeat Ratigan, we'll show you the castle, okay?"

"What?"

The heroine elbowed the hero in the ribs to shut him up. With that promise, the team headed to the castle. They did not stop to contemplate the limits of the Forbidden Forest or the Black Lake, where the giant squid stuck out its tentacles (luckily the mice did not see the animal). They arrived at Rubeus Hagrid's hut and were about to pass by when behind the house came... a giant?

The Miraculous bearers drew their weapons and wands and stood before the mice to protect them from the magical creature.

"Ladybug! Chat Noir! Wait, it's me!" said the giant, waving his huge arms. "It's me, Rubeus Hagrid!"

"What?!"

The youngsters lowered their weapons and got a better look at the giant: In appearance he was exactly the same as the Keeper of Keys and Grounds of Hogwarts, the clothes, the hair, the beard, the way he spoke. Behind the being came a large boarhound with black fur.

"Fang?!" exclaimed the heroes

That was enough to verify what the giant said was true.

"Hagrid, what happened to you?" Ladybug asked.

"Everyone always thought you were part giant or something because of your enormous size, but it wasn't serious!" Chat Noir said, earning a zap from his partner.

«Él no lo sabe, pero literalmente Hagrid paso de "semigigante" ¡a ser completamente gigante!» (He doesn't know it, but Hagrid literally went from 'half giant' to full giant!)

"The same thing happened to you, who are now mice, a 'fancy' rat, a bat and a group of mice, plus a lizard, caused this." Then Hagrid noticed the other three mice, surprised to see a little girl in the group. "Are they your friends?"

"Yes. Basil of Baker Street. Dr. David Q. Dawson and Olivia Flaversham." She quickly introduced the heroine. "If you are like this, then the teachers..."

"Professor Flitwick was completely turned into a goblin to begin with. The other teachers in animals."

"Animals?" Basil repeated. "No mouse?"

"As far as I can see, no. Everyone is trapped in the castle; I was able to escape thanks to my new condition. I wanted to go out and order, but if people judged me as I was before, now..."

"We understand, Hagrid." Ladybug consoled. "Now we are here we will stop those evildoers." «That we have dealt with it since yesterday»

"Be careful, it seemed to me that rat has magic and learned some dark magic tricks." warned the now giant.

With that, the team ran towards the castle. They climbed the stone steps, finding gigantic oak doors at the top, carefully opening it, inside a vestibule, lit by torches, hosting a magnificent marble staircase led to the upper floors. To the right, open, was the door to the Great Hall. No one was there and that put the five mice on higher alert. With wands and weapons in hand they entered Hogwarts and went to the Great Hall. The place was deserted; There weren't the tables of the houses or the teachers, nor the floating candles and the enchantment of the removed ceiling. Suddenly the doors to the Great Hall slammed shut, forcing the mice inside.

"Welcome to my new castle!" Ratigan's voice greeted.

The newcomers looked to the front and in the back of the place the evil professor was sitting on a great golden throne.

"Excuse me? Your new castle?" the heroine asked sarcastically. "Keep dreaming of staying with Hogwarts, you sewer rat!"

Ratigan's hands, which were leaning on the arms of his throne, clenched into fists. That would be the last time that brat would dare to give him that disgusting nickname. He stood up, walked down the steps, and glared at his enemies.

"If I were you, I'd improve that character and language," Ratigan scoffed.

"In the case of you, of course not!" The heroine replied defiantly.

"Do it, or they will die."

"They?"

Ratigan snapped his fingers. The door located at the back of the Great Hall opened and Fidget entered through it (it could be being a sentimonster the effect of the Puking Pastilles lasted better) and ten more thugs entered subduing a phoenix, a tabby cat, a badger, a brown bear and a goblin.

Ladybug and Chat Noir's ears paled sharply as they recognized the four animals (two because one had a pet phoenix and the cat because they had seen her take that form several times. The badger because of her patched and worn hat. Her clothes were noted to be different. almost always covered in dirt, just like her dirty claws and the bear because of his immense mustache would fit better on a walrus.) and the goblin. They were Dumbledore, McGonagall, Sprout, Slughorn, and Flitwick! Ratigan was holding the Hogwarts Headmaster and Heads of House hostage!
