It's been a week since the whole fiasco of 'cat noir' news and everything went back to normal. Nino hadn't mentioned Adrien's secret smile. Yet.

At the moment the four were at the park hanging out on a Thursday afternoon. Adrien's father had let him have the day off as the Gabriel Agreste fashion company were ahead of schedule.

Nino decided it was a good time to put his plan into action.

"Hey anyone want to play truth or dare?" He asked causing Marinette and Alya to sit up as they were laid down.

"Truth or dare? Sure I'm down for it." Alya said first.

"Sure what's the harm?" Marinette agreed. Adrien just nodded with a smile.

"Ok I'll go first. Hmm Marinette: truth or dare?" Nino asked.

The girl thought for a moment before replying,

"Dare." 'Please go easy.' She thought.

"I dare you to...." he started and looked around.

"Try climb that tree." He dared finally.

"That one? Alright. Not saying I'll succeed." She walked over to the tree. Luckily it had a low branch she could just about reach if she jumped to get her started. She pulled herself up and sat on the branch before looking up to see where to go next.

Once she reached the next branch she looked down to her friends. Fear rose in her before she shook it away.

"How far do I have to climb?" She called down.

"Just a little higher. I'll tell you when to stop." Nino looked toward Alya to see her smiling but shocked her friend could actually climb. Then he looked toward his friend to see worry plastered on his face.

"Ok marinette! You can come back down now!!" He called.

Marinette froze.

"Mari!!! Are you ok?!" Alya called.

"Uh yea. Just give me a minute." Marinette took a breathe before carefully looking down to find a place to put her foot.

After minute or so marinette had found herself back on the branch she started on. Slowly she lowered herself to sit on the branch.

"Can you jump from there?" Adrien asked.

"Uh... I can try."

"Just be careful Marinette. Don't go injuring yourself." Alya warned.

"Ok mom." Marinette teased. She gulped and took a breath before jumping down. Unfortunately she didn't land and ended up rolling over.

"Marinette!" They called.

She stood up and shook herself down.

"I'm fine you guys." She smiled hiding her arm behind her. Nino noticed this and Adrien caught on.

"Marinette are you sure you didn't hurt yourself." Adrien asked.

"...uh, yea I'm fine." Marinette had become more calm around Adrien lately. She still had a massive crush on him but she was controlling her stuttering a bit better.

"Mind if we look at the arm your hiding then?" Nino asked.

Marinette sighed. Alya grabbed her arm lightly.

"It's just a scratch you guys." Marinette told them.

"It's bleeding mari. Good thing I always come prepared." Alya responded pulling out some plasters and wipes from her bag.

"Wha-why do you-how...?" Marinette stumbled on what to ask.

"I know you girl. Always finding some way to hurt yourself. Guys help me out here."

Adrien held Marinette's arm and pulled her sleeve up while Nino cleaned the cut waiting for Alya opened the plaster. Marinette winced slightly at Nino cleaning her cut.

"Sorry." He apologised. In return Marinette smiled. Alya finally put the plaster on and everyone backed away from the girl.

"Sorry Mari. I should have gone a little easier." Nino apologised again.

Marinette smiled and shook her head.

"Really Nino it's fine. I'm still in one piece aren't I?"

"I guess. Can I make it up to you though?"

Marinette just looked at Alya.

"No. Really it's fine. It was what I was dared to do." She tried to reason.

"Wait hold on Mari. What did you have in mind?" Alya stopped her and turned to Nino.

"You want something too?"

"Yes. Wanna buy us drinks?" Alya asked with a smile.

"Kay." Nino replied.

"Great. So Mari let me guess, just water?" Alya asked already knowing a nod came from said girl.

"Adrien? What are you having?" Nino asked.

"I'll just come with you." He said.

"Alright. Alya?"

"Not bothered. Anything will be fine."

"Ok come on dude."

With that the two walked walked away.

"You sure that your okay? I really panicked." Alya aked again.

"Yes for the last time."

"I didn't expect you to do it you know." Alya told her.

"Don't worry I'll get my payback. I don't know how yet, but I will." Marinette said causing Alya to laugh.

"Oh here they come." Alya pointed to two boys racing their way.

"Are they racing?" Marinette laughed.

As they got closer they heard shouts.

"Move!" Nino shouted. The two girls didn't budge.

Adrien sighed before shouting:

"MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!"
With that Alya pulled Marinette to the side being careful of her cut. They watched as Adrien in the lead got closer to the tree and touched it as Nino trialed a second behind.

"I...won." He panted.

"No fair...you..cheated." Nino whined out of breathe.

"Don't..be a...sore..loser Nino." The two girls exchanged glances before laughing at them.

"Anyway, here you go girls." Nino handed both Marinette and Alya their drinks. Then they all sat down.

"Ok so it was my go I believe." Marinette spoke in which everyone nodded.

She thought for a moment before talking again.

"Alya, truth or dare?"

"Dare me girl. I'm no wuss!"

"Alright I dare you to give your drink away to the next person who passes." Marinette told her best friend. Marinette smiled in triumph knowing how much Alya wanted a drink.

The brown haired girl just sighed before standing up with her unopened
drink.

The trio watched Alya walk toward a young boy around their age and offer him her drink. They continued to observe as the boy shook his head but Alya kept on offering it the to the stranger. Finally he caved thanking her for the drink before walking away. Alya walked back to her friends with an annoyed look on her face.

"That took some time." Was her comment.

"Nino truth or dare?" She asked.

"Truth me." He replied.

"Tell me, who's your favourite out of cat noir or ladybug?" Alya asked. Nino thought for a second.

"Hmm is have to say, as cool and collected as ladybug is my personal fave is cat noir. That dude can make any situation seem light with his jokes." Nino replied. Adrien secretly cheered inside as his best friend thought he was better than ladybug.

"Ok my turn. Adrien truth or dare." He questioned which chanting in his head; 'truth, say truth, pleeease.'

"I think I'll take truth. Stay on safe side from your dares man. Your ruthless." He joked as Nino chuckled lightly.

"Ok my man. Is it true that you seemed relieved  last week when Mari was happy again?"

Adrien froze. He didn't realise Nino had noticed.

"Uh...of course I was happy for her. I don't want to see anyone upset." He said feeling pink coming across his cheeks lightly. Not enough to be noticed by anyone. Marinette on the other hand seemed to have a blush light enough to be seen, her bff elbowed her lightly in the ribs as to tease her.

"What ever you say dude." Nino replied.

"Ok my go. Ayla truth or dare?" Adrien questioned.

"Dare. As long as I don't have to give away again." She replied.

"I dare you...to sit in Nino's lap."

"Sure." Alya stood up and walked over sitting herself in Nino's lap as instructed. It didn't bother either of them as they were already dating.

"Ok marinette. Truth or dare?" Alya turned to her friend.

"I think I'll go...truth. I don't want anymore tree climbing."

Alya smiled.

"Ok tell us...
