Natsu's P.O.V.

I lean in closely,wanting to continue until our lips touch. Suddenly a blast of white magic hits a tree near us, causing it to fall. I pull Lucy down to the ground,protecting her from what ever that was.

Natsu: " Watch out!"

I yell as I pin her down as another blast hits near us. I sniff slightly and smell a familiar scent. Sting... I thought, getting up and glaring at where the scent lead me. I followed it and quickly noticed him.

I continue walking and he sees me but roars in my direction. I jump, dodging his attack and land on my feet as I glare at him.

Sting: " Oh hey Natsu-San! I didn't see ya! Sorry!"

He saids with a big, fake, cheeky smile. He saw me! He's such a liar! I thought.

Natsu: " Oi! You did that-..."

Suddenly I get cut off by a voice coming from behind me.

Rogue: " Hey Natsu."

Natsu: " Rogue?"

I say confused as I looked back. I didn't pick up his scent. Where was he? Frosch then pops up from behind him and I smile at the little fella.

Rogue: " What are you doing here?"

Natsu: " Funny thing you ask. I was about to ask you guys the same thing."

Lucy walks out of the woods, complaining as she's pulling out some leaves that got tangled in her hair.

Lucy: " Natsu! I'm going to kill you! How could you leave me out there like that!? On my own!"

Suddenly she looks up as she doesn't hear me reply and sees Rogue. She then moves slightly as she sees Sting...ugh..

Rogue: " Hey Lucy."

Sting: " Sup Lucy."

Lucy: " Hey guys! What are you doing out here in the woods?"

She saids as she smiles an angelic smile and tilts her head slightly to the right.

Rogue: " Sting here insisted on training."

Sting: " Haha, yeah you guys gave me the idea. Plus Lucy I saw you and I knew I had to step up my game.*

He laughed slightly as he flirted with her, making my blood boil inside of me. He probably followed us to be close to Lucy....

Lucy: " Well I am better now."

She saids with a confident tone and expression on her face while looking up, acting so high and mighty.

Natsu: " Aye, on cheating."

I mumbles loud enough.

Rogue: " Cheating?"

Rogue questioned while tilting his head.

Natsu: " Aye."

I stated firmly.

Lucy: " Hey! I didn't cheat!"

Lucy yelled as she stomped her let foot on the ground and glared, playfully at me.

Sting: " What'd she do?"

Sting ask but I ignored him. He then starts walking towards us three. Suddenly Rogue questions the same thing Sting questioned as he saids...

Rogue: " Yeah."

Natsu: " She used my motion sickness against me."

I replied, answering what he wanted to know.

Sting: " Playing dirty, huh?"

Sting said in a slightly,flirty,way as he stepped closer to Lucy, making my body heat raise. I just want to punch him.

Lucy: "..."

She stays quiet which makes me calm down a bit. She's not interested. Good. I thought to myself as I hope she had no feelings for him.

Sting: " Nice."

He saids as he high fives her and she high fives back not wanting to let him hang. No! Don't touch her! Get away! I yelled in my head.

I don't understand why I'm so pissed off right now. I can't stand having him near Lucy. This must be the effect of the D.M.S. This is what I get for being a dragon slayer.

Lucy: " Well always know your enemy's weakness."

She saids with a sly smirk in my direction and I glare at her. Cheater.

Sting: " I don't want to be your enemy but I'd like to know your weakness."

He saids lowly, but high enough for me to hear as he pulls out gently a leaf that was still on her hair. At times like this I hate my dragon hearing! I don't want to hear him flirt with her! She's mine! He looks over at me and smirks, knowing I heard what he wanted me to hear.

I notice a hint of blush on her cheeks and I just feel like ripping his head off. He's too close! Too too too close! Back up! I thought as I walked closer to them and got in between the two, pushing Sting away a little. Lucy looks at me and I swing my arm over her shoulder.

Natsu: " Luce I'm hungry, let's go get something to eat."

Lucy: " Okay, I'm kinda hungry too."

Sting: " So am I, do you mind if we tag along Lucy?"

Lucy: " Nope, the more the merrier!"

Natsu: " You're just a cheapo and want to split the bill."

I whisper into her ear. She turns to be and acts shocked as she whispers back.

Lucy: " Unlike you I have to pay rent."

I chuckle at her then Rogue speaks up.

Rogue: " Sting we just got here."

Sting: " No we didn't."

Rogue: " Yeah we did."

Frosch speaks up aswell as he waves his tiny paws.

Frosch: " Fro thinks so too!"

Sting rolls his eyes and I smirk, taking this to my advantage.

Natsu: " You should stay and train. I mean like you said you need to level up."

Sting: " Well I think you're in more need of training then me."

He saids as he steps close to me. Is he trying to intimidate me? I let out a slight laugh at the thought of that.

Sting: " What's so funny?"

Natsu: " You."

I said firmly at him as we both lock our eyes with hatred.

Lucy: " Guys! Guys!"

We hear her but ignore her as we continued.

Lucy: " Erza's coming!"

Natsu: " Crap!"

Sting: " Titania!"

We both yell while looking around for Erza. We then hear Lucy giggling to herself.

Natsu: " Nani?"

I ask her.

Lucy: " Got your attention, huh?"

Natsu: " Aye..."

Sting: " Well are we going?"

Lucy: " Sure."

Natsu: " No."

We both say at the same time and then look at eachother.

Lucy: " Baka."

She whispered to me.

Natsu: " Cheapo."

I whispered back.

Rogue: " Sting let them eat, you and I have to finish training."

Sting: " Okay..."

Sting saids in a grumpy tone and I smirk once again. Victory is mine!!!! I celebrate in my mind and begin to walk away with Lucy.

- 10 minutes later -

We get to town and look for somewhere to eat. Lucy then looks up at me.

Lucy: " Natsu."

Natsu: " Nani?"

Lucy: " Your..arm..um..."

She saids shyly and I notice I still have my arm around her. I blush a bit and move my arm away.

Natsu: " Sorry."

I say as I rub the back of my neck.

Lucy: " N-No, no..it's okay... It's not like I didn't like it..I uhh mean.."

She gets flustered and blushes lightly as she stutters. I chuckle and take the opportunity to tease her.

Natsu: " Of course you liked it."

Lucy: " Huh..?"

She saids while still blushing.

Natsu: " I mean, just look at me. Who wouldn't want this?"

I smirk at her as I gestured my body. She blushes even more and gets defensive.

Lucy: " Ego alert!"

Natsu: " Just saying the truth."

I say with a small half smile.

Lucy: " Someone here has a big head."

She mumbles and I respond to her comment.

Natsu: " You know it."

I say in a seductive way, winking at her and making her look away. I chuckle as I see my plan work. She's easy to mess with.

Lucy: " Baka..."

Natsu: " I'm just messing with ya, lighten up Luce!"

I say as I push her shoulder gently. We continued walking through town until we get to a nice restaurant. Lucy still hasn't said a word to me. She's probably mad. Hmm I think I have an idea of how to make her happy again.

Natsu: " How about I pay for our lunch?"

Lucy: " Sure!"

I chuckle to myself and whisper.

Natsu: " Cute little cheapo."
