Ibukis pov

I jumped out of bed with a excited smile on my face. Normally I liked to sleep in but now things are different. After all now I have a adorable little boy living with me who I can't wait to see!

It's been two weeks since Kokichi moved in with us and it's been wonderful. Kokichis so sweet and polite. Mommy and me love having him around. I'm going to miss him when he has to go home.

I happily skipped downstairs, expecting to see kokichi in the kitchen with mommy but instead I found him looking out the window longingly.

"mommy what's he doing?" I asked.

"hmm I'm not sure" mom muttered "maybe you should try and talk to him. He's more open with you than me"

"ok" I smiled brightly before skipping over to kokichi.

"hey kokichi" I sat down next to him. He didn't look up. He just kept staring outside "aren't you hungry? It's breakfast time after all"

"no not hungry" he shook his head.

I sighed "why are you so grouchy kichi? There isn't even anything out the window!"

He teared up slightly. I immediately freaked out. Oh no did I make him cry!?

"oh kichi I'm so sor-"

"why hasn't mommy come back?" he looked up at me with tears in his eyes "dose she not like me anymore?"

"oh don't be silly. Who couldn't like you cute little boy" I hugged him close "ibuki loves kokichi very much and so dose Kokichis mommy. Ibuki just knows it!"

"then why hasn't she come to take me home?" he asked.

I had no way to answer that but I couldn't just leave him alone to mope. So I stood up and grinned at him.

"come on kichi. Ibukis going to find your mommy!"
