ok so i was just hanging out with 3 friends and they got put into a groupchat and i was kind of jealous that i wasn't added. and then they kept getting more notifs and i felt more jealous because to me getting a bunch of notifs means someone cares and in the last hour i was with them i got no notifs. when i get no notifs when everyone is awake or something i get a feeling that im unwanted or something because if someone talks to me i feel like im wanted by that person because they want someone to talk to or whatever they just want me for.

why am i like this????
