Reflection || Jaein
Another day in college, except this day Jaein found herself in the office with both her arms crossed.
She had been waiting to be called upon, and already missed her first period. She was a bit ticked-off.
Finally, she was called in by an administrator," What can I do for you honey?"
Jaein pouted," I'd like to get my class for painting switched."
The administrator raised her eyebrows," And why would you want to do that? You got a class full of kids just try and make some friend you'll be fine, dear."
"Uhm, no. I only have one student in my painting class besides me."
"Oooooh. Yes, yes, I see where you're coming from now." The little old lady heaved out a small sigh," He's a very nice boy maybe get to know him."
"I'm not here for anyone else but myself I'd just like a class where I would feel comfortable in." Jaein was sure of what she wanted.
"Listen you're a freshman here, right?"
"Correct." Jaein nodded her head.
"Well it's no surprise why you got that class. You seem like a nice girl but it's very true; no one likes freshman. So just hang tight for this year, yeah?" The lady got up from her desk and escorted Jaein out of the office.
"Lucky for you, you're just in time before the bell rings for your next class. Have yourself a good day, dear." And with that she just walked away like nothing leaving Jaein speechless.
Jaein rubbed the sides of her temples and continued to make her way to painting class.
No feeling could ever make Jaein feel as uncomfortable as walking into a class with a single boy. He sat in the same place as yesterday, and of course painted the same picture once more.
Jaein thought back to the administrator's words, hang tight for this year. Jaein nodded herself and headed towards Taehyung.
"Good afternoon, Taehyung." Jaein bowed politely.
Taehyung spun around from his chair with lifted eyebrows,"Oh, Hello?"
Taehyung stared at Jaein with a blank expression mixed with a bit of confusion,"You are?"
"Have you forgotten?" Jaein put her things down on the desk. Literally, she felt as if she was his only classmate he'd be able to at least remember.
"Perhaps." Taehyung scratched the back of his head awkwardly.
"Park Jaein." Jaein gave yet another bow following with a subtle smile.
Taehyung bowed his head slightly while still in his chair. He was silent the last Jaein met him, but today he seemed to be a tad bit more quiet.
Jaein pulled out a blank canvas, and started doing a sketch of Taehyung who sat painting his canvas right in front of her. Jaein made sure to make his best features stick out. For example, his jawline.
Taehyung caught eyes with Jaein and stared. He seemed to refuse to look away as Jaein felt awkward and just took small glances to continue her drawing.
Taehyung stood from his seat causing the chair to scratch against the tile floor; sending endless chills up Jaein's spine. Taehyung walked to Jaein's side and peeped over at her canvas.
"Is that me?" He spoke out with a husky yet soft voice.
"Correct." Jaein replied back proudly.
"You think I have a big nose?"

Awake || SeungMin
SeungMin was all night long following around Namjoon, who seemed to always destroy and create messes where ever he went.
Just before SeungMin could lay her head down on her pillows the sun had already rose.
Namjoon opened up the door failing to do it quietly since all that could be heard was squeaky noises,"SeungMin-ah? Make me breakfast." He whispered out.
SeungMin laid peacefully on her bed, wrapped up in her blankets. Namjoon knew it would be right to leave her be, but he couldn't help it. He wanted attention some way some how.
Namjoon kneeled down beside SeungMin's bed, and gazed at her while constantly whispering her name. Since that didn't work he stared to poke the tip of her nose, or even softly flick her cheek. No small gestures Namjoon did seemed to be successful.
He pouted and decided to scavenge around the refrigerator, settling on a carton of chocolate milk freshly bought.
In which he took the whole carton and brought it with him to the couch. Plopping himself on the sofa before unscrewing the cap, and drinking straight from the carton.
Namjoon always remembered the taste of chocolate milk. It'd always bring back memories of his childhood before everything fucked up. Namjoon strictly remembered the glasses of milk his mother always poured him after school. She'd always nag Namjoon that milk was good for him. It was her habit even dating back to when Namjoon was in preschool.
But times goes on. Ever since the death of his mother he'd wish he took the glasses of milk without rejection. Even his behavior has gone out of hand and he didn't know how to handle things, resulting in drugs and the wrong crowd.
Without realizing, Namjoon drank the whole carton, which he sucked air through his teeth.
Guilty, Namjoon screwed the cap back on and place the carton back in the refrigerator all nicey nice.
"Namjoon?" A soft voice lingered from behind him.
"A-Ah, Yes?", Namjoon spun around with a guilty smile, considering he wasn't going to tell SeungMin about her chocolate milk.
SeungMin shrugged her shoulders and walked pass by the dimpled boy. Reaching her hand out to the refrigerator door; Specifically remembering the chocolate milk she had just bought yesterday for herself.
When grabbing the carton SeungMin was surprised how light weight it was. But she wasn't dumb it was no secret that someone must've already gotten to it before she could.
SeungMin turned on her heel holding the empty carton in her hand while the other hand laid promptly on her hip.
Yet Namjoon was already gone.

Mama || Megumi
Being locked in the bathroom with only a wooden door separating herself and Hoseok was scary enough.
All night, Megumi's heart raced from the various screams, threats, and lashes from the other side of the door where Hoseok bared with his inner demons. She heard all the small talk he made with himself and it was honestly terrifying.
Megumi hadn't slept because she was scared something would result badly if she had fallen asleep. Megumi got up from the tub and laid her head against the floor.
peeping out under the door for the presence of Hoseok. He had seemed to be gone when unexpectedly his eyes stared right back at Megumi's.
She jumped back hurriedly with her hand pressed right against her beating chest.
From the other side of the door Hoseok sat and tapped his finger against the wood.
It had been hours since Megumi last heard of Hoseok and by this time her stomach growled in hunger. Megumi wrapped her hands around her tummy and sighed.
Maybe by now his adrenaline would be drained down at least more than it'd been last night.
Megumi unlocked the door quietly and walked out of the bathroom. Scanning around her surroundings cautiously.
There he laid on the floor with a bloody knife laying next to his arm; which had multiple slashes and lacerations that bleed and stained his skin red.
Megumi stumbled down beside him and cupped his face checking if he has still awake. Thankfully, he was conscious.
Once making eye contact with Megumi Hoseok stumbled up from the floor and made his way to the kitchen. Taking out a rag from the drawer, and tightly tying the clothe firmly in place to cover the cuts he created.
At the sight, Megumi felt an ache in her chest to see the boy so unfazed by his own actions.
"I'm sorry." A sincere tone escape Hoseok's lips as he didn't bother to face Megumi.
