Tawny and Reese walked quickly down Road-3A Sector-5 in Uttara,Dhaka. They looked around searching desperately for Mr. Reeds' apartment.

"Tawny we're never gonna find him, we don't even understand these directions and you know it." Reese told her sister in an exhausted voice. "We should just forget trying to find this Lucas person and try to figure it out on our own, maybe find a US consulate or something?"

"Reese, Moses told us not to do anything we'd be expected to do. Going to the consulate would be exactly what we'd be expected to do." the older girl responded with a sigh.

"Anything we do is obviously something we'd do or we wouldn't do it." The younger replied.

Tawny looked at her sister laughing, "what? Do you even know what you just said?"

"Yeeeeees." Reese replied laughing along with her sister.

"Mmmmmhmmm.." Tawny said in a disbelieving tone shaking her head at her sister. "We better turn around we must have missed it." she said as they reached the end of the street.

Their third trip down the street both girls were beginning to lose hope. "Maybe you're right Reese we're not gonna find Lucas."

"Who's looking for Lucas?" A voice asked behind them.

Both girls spun around nervously. "Who're you?" Tawny questioned.

"I asked you first." The tall brown haired man replied with a grin.

"Actually you asked who was looking for Lucas," Reese interjected with a cocky grin, "we are."

Lucas chuckled at the girl's whit. "Touché you got me there. Ok I'm Lucas, you can call me Luke, now who're you?"

Both girls eyed him skeptically. "prove it" the older said her expression menacing.

Lucas pulled his wallet out and handed the girl his drivers license. He couldn't help but smile at her. "Believe me now?"

"Ok well nice to meet you Luke." She said passing his license back and waiting for his handshake.

"Nice to meet you as well, now care to tell me who I'm meeting and why they're searching for me?"

The older girl looked around nervously, "ummm can we go inside first? Please?"

Lucas raised his eyebrow questioningly, "ooook? You're not planning to kill me right?" He tried to joke.

Both girls eyed him nervously.

"Well that's reassuring." He chuckled as he led them into his apartment. "Alright we're inside spill..."

"I'm Tawny this is my sister Reese." she pointed at the small redheaded teen beside her. "We were working with a relief group digging wells a few hours south of here. Anyway some problems came up our dad called Moses to help but then some thugs were chasing us and he told us to come here, said you could get us home."

"Ok thugs are after you for digging wells and Moses tried to help but ran into trouble and sent you here so I could take you home?"

"Pretty much yeah" the younger one replied.

"So where's home?"

"New York." They replied together.

"Well Moses always did have waaaaay too much faith in my abilities." The guy said running his hands through his hair thoughtfully.

"So you can't help us?" Tawny said, her voice sounded hopeless and scared. He knew she hadn't intended to let those feelings show that she'd been trying to stay positive and strong for the girl beside her.

"No I will get you home, or I'll do my best anyway." Lucas looked at them hesitantly, "so uh do you know? About Moses?"

"What about Moses?" Reese asked her eyes going wide.

"Sweetie I hate to be the one to tell you but Moses was killed they called me this morning. I was actually just getting back from identifying his body when I noticed you two looking lost."

"Wait so you went and saw him?"

"Yeeees..." he said hesitantly.

Tawny rushed to look out his window. "It's them Reese we have to go now!"

"What it's who? Who's here?" Luke asked as the older girl drug he and her sister away from the window.

"We'll tell you on the way we have to go now!" She said quickly. "Do you have a back exit?"

"This way." he said leading the girls out the back way.

The group ran down the street as fast as their feet could carry them. "Where're we going?" Tawny panted.

"My car's parked down the street." Luke replied quickly, "once we get there I'll get us out of here. Please tell me you have your passports?"

"I've got em." Reese said patting her pocket.

"Awesome get in." he said indicating a blue truck.

Tony was pacing in his lab it had been three days now since he'd heard from his daughters. Three days and he was losing his mind with worry.

"Rhody hey buddy tell me you got something?" He said the instant his long time friend picked up the phone.

"I'm sorry buddy you know I'm doing everything I can." Rhodey answered sadly. "We did find someone who claimed they'd seen a couple american girls walking around Dhaka yesterday but there was no trace when we got there. I'm sorry man we're trying."

"I know, thanks Rhodes. Hey someone seeing them means they're alive that's more than I knew an hour ago so thanks buddy."

"Yeah, we'll find em man don't worry. Hey remember Tawny's resourceful if anybody's kid could survive being on their own in a foreign country it would be her."

"Thanks Rhodes see ya." no sooner had he hung up than his phone began to ring again. "Forget something Rhodey?" He answered quickly.

"Daddy?" Tawny's voice crackled over the line.

"Tawny!" Tony's heart was racing his baby girl she was alive she was talking to him. He gripped the phone tightly his knuckles turning white with the effort. "Tawny are you ok is Reese with you are you both ok?!"

"Daddy can't talk long," she said into the phone the connection breaking up her words. "Reese and I are ok we're working on getting home. Moses's friend Luke is helping us. I love you daddy Reese loves you too."

"Baby don't hang up where are you?"

"Dhaka but we're leaving now," she said quickly. "We gotta move daddy I gotta go I love you. We'll be home soon."

And with that the line went dead. Tony stared at the phone in his hand wishing he could pull his daughters through to him. "I'm so making a teleportation device after this" he said to himself only half joking. "Pepper! They're alive!"

And that my lovelies is my last chapter for the night. The kids and I are gonna go visit my parents this weekend and they don't have Internet (I know crazy right?!) so as of tomorrow I may or may not get to update we'll see I will be back home Saturday night so will try to update then anyway I hope you're liking this book I love to hear from you honestly it completely makes my day so comment and I'll see you soon in the next chapter
