Soon clubs ended, and Thursday arrived.

Birdo's POV...

okay...I've been through half the year now, it's now or never. I'll ask him secretly..at lunch, should be a good time.

3rd person...

"your really planing on doing that!?!" Daisy asked excitedly. "yes, it's now, or never" Birdo said plainly. "when are you gonna do it!?" Daisy asked. "today at lunch, hopefully" She explained. Daisy stared at her. "but what if..." Daisy started. "ssshh! I don't wanna get my hopes down to soon!!" Birdo nearly yelled. "okay.." Daisy said plainly.

A few blocks went by... "you've been awfully quiet today, why is that?" Lavender asked. Birdo just stared at her with sad eyes. "Birdo?" Lavender asked. Then Birdo zoned off.

'I have to do it, or else I'll never get Yoshi....but I don't wanna ruin Lavender's and my friendship. I don't know what I should do...I need advice...' Birdo thought. She stood up, and searched for Rosalina. Leaving Lavender alone in the confusion.

"Rosie" Birdo started. "yes Birdo?" She asked. "I need to talk to you about something important.." Birdo started. "okay, I'm listening" Rosalina said. Birdo started explaining.

"So, you want to ask him, but you'll lose your friend?" Rosalina asked. "yes...I don't know what I should do.what should I do?" Birdo asked. "well...I see your being a nervous wreck.." Rosalina started. Birdo slowly nodded.

"I think you should just do it. Then see how it goes.. you never know what might happen" Rosalina said quietly. Birdo nodded. Then the next class started.

"Birdo, why did you leave me today earlier?" Lavender asked while meeting Birdo in the hallway. "well..I've got a lot in mind. I simply can't explain it...I'll talk to you later" Birdo explained, "see you". She then walked away.

"Daisy do you have any idea why Birdo is acting so strange?" Lavender asked while joining Daisy. "I have no idea" Daisy lied. 'if only she knew' Daisy thought. Then the lunch bell rang. "she's planning on getting Yoshi to be her boyfriend!!" Daisy blurted out. Lavender first gasped, she then ran to find Yoshi.

'what have I done!! I'm soo bad at keeping secrets!!' Daisy thought. "Hey Daisy!" Peach said. "aaahhh!!" Daisy screamed and ran away.Leaving Peach confused.

Lavender soon found Yoshi talking to Mario and Luigi. She quickly pulled him away."I have to tell you something!!" Lavender blurted out

"is it so important, that I have to be pulled by the shoulders?" Yoshi joked.

"this is serious!!" Lavender said solemnly. "I'm listening" Yoshi said. "okay, I figured out that Birdo was gonna ask you something that I will not allow. And soo I'm gonna ask you" Lavender explained. Yoshi nodded. "okay" He simply said.

Then Birdo suddenly appeared. "Yoshi...I need to talk to you...privately..." Birdo said. She then grabbed Yoshi's wrist, and walked a few feet away. "yes?" Yoshi asked.

"will you be my...boyfriend?" She blurted out.
