Seth, Cam and 7 other villagers were running to the underground base. Some Guardians  were battling zombies. No one died yet there. They assume some villagers might be dead from the ship attacks, but they're not sure.

The huge door to the underground base was open so hopefully no ships were dropping bombs in the opening.

But they weren't.

(Pilots' point of view)

3 of the 5 remaining ships were hovering over the battle. The other two were focused on the Guardians sniping them.

"Sir, why are we just watching the battle?" A pilot asked the leader.

"Because I want to shoot these people but not the zombies," He replied. He saw a group of Guardians in a circle shooting the zombies. "Wilson, launch a 489-CT  rocket at that band of rebels." He ordered.

"Okay. Deploying  ro-"

KKABLAMDGHSJSJIHD EXPLOSION

The pilot got shot by a Guardian.

"You know what, focus on these people." The leader said, looking at the sniper.

Another ship exploded, one that was trying to fight the shooters.

"You're in our way." Steve said calmly.

"I know that." SU-9224 said back. "I'm not moving

Steve only had a wooden sword. He looked back at Alex. Then he ran towards the skeletons.

The leader was taken by surprise. Steve knocked them all down, and got up to avoid getting stabbed.

"Go, go, go!" Steve exclaimed. "To the lair!" He pointed the direction it was at. The villagers left.

The skeletons got up.

Steve turned around.

"Hey, can we get some armor?" Steve asked half joke and half serious.

The leader glared and cracked his neck. (Not literally, you know what I mean)

"Run!" Steve whispered-shouted to Alex.

They started running the other way.

SU and Bones started chasing them. The other two got out their bows and aimed.

Parker knocked the axe out of the zombie's hand and stabbed his face. He looked around. No Guardians died, but some are hurt.

In front of him was the zombie general.

"General Johnathan Parker." The Guardian Leader introduced himself. "You are?"

"General ZD-8218." The zombie answered in a raspy voice.

A Guardian fell behind Parker. Parker turned around quickly and sliced the zombie in half that knocked down the Guardian. He turned again. The general zombie was sprinting towards him.

Parker uppercutted ZD's slimy head. When ZD got punched, he kicked Parker's gut 4 milliseconds after. Since Parker has full diamond, he only got pushed a little. The zombie general got up quickly, drew his axe faster than ever and banged John's chestplate.

These zombies are very intelligent. He thought. Especially the higher ranked ones.

The two generals blocked and kept fighting.

Brandon shot one of the last two ships. It was only him on this watchtower. Only one ship managed to blast off some cobblestone behind him. Brandon was one of the best Guardians in long ranged weapons.

The last ship flew towards him and shot some laser bolts. Brandon went flat on the ground of the watchtower. He got up, put 3 arrows in, and shot.

The ship exploded.

The only ship left was the transport of the zombies. Brandon knew he shouldn't blow it up because they could use it.  He also knew that it is a 100% chance of winning this skirmish.

Something caught his eye.

He turned around and saw Steve and Alex running from two skeletons. Two others were shooting bows.

Brandon sighed. He took out a gun and aimed at the nearest skeleton with a bow.

The skeleton somehow sensed Brandon. He looked right away and shot an arrow.

Brandon ducked and the arrow hit a cobblestone block behind him.

The arrow started beeping rapidly. Brandon turned around.

The arrow exploded knocking Brandon and some cobblestone off the tower. Brandon hit the ground and a cobblestone hit the worst spot anyone would want stone to fall on except the face.

"Should we go over there to see if he is dead?" The skeleton that shot him asked.

"Nah, I think he is out cold from that fall." SJ replied.

Steve noticed that the skeletons were close behind. He placed stone and SU-9224 rammed into it.

Bones stopped "Are you okay, sir?" He asked.

"Why did you stop? We're chasing them!" The captain shouted.

The two being chased turned towards a house, then turned again.

"In this house!" Steve told Alex. They went inside.

The skeletons caught up. All four.

"Where did they go?" Inquired SJ-3183.

"Well, they didn't go all the way to the end of this road." The full iron skeleton answered.

"Then they must've gone into a house." Bones said.

The fourth skeleton walked up to the nearest house. He opened the door. Steve held his breath.
The skeleton looked in.

Nothing.

"All clear."

"Okay, keep checking." The commander ordered. They went to the next house.

Steve sighed with relief. They were on the roof. The dimwitted skeleton didn't see a ladder, for some reason. They hugged.

"We need to be trained." Alex said, smiling.

They went down the ladder. And out the house.

SU stopped. "Wait." He turned and saw Alex and Steve running away.

"There!" He exclaimed. SU got out a bow and shot. It fell short, but exploded. The two got knocked into some bushes.

The four skeletons cornered the two 'newbys'. Each mob has their iron sword out.

"Finally. We got you. Nobody will save you. Let's just end this." SU said. Him and Bones raised their swords to strike them.

Steve and Alex closed their eyes and waited for the blow. But then they heard something. They looked up.

Bones was being electrocuted. His body was shaking. The other three were looking at him.

He collapsed.

"Bones?" The leader asked.

No answer.

"What was that?" SJ asked.

Then a figure jumped down. Probably from a tree. He had brown hair, a bluish white shirt with gold buttons, red suspenders, and jeans.

"What the-?" Alex said.

The person got out an iron sword. The skeletons backed up a bit.

"Don't mess with innocent people." The figure said.

SU was shocked. (Not literally like Bones) He came to his senses. "ATTACK!" he screamed.

The three rushed at the person. He dodged the strikes. Blocked them. Dodged and blocked. Then he swung and knocked the sword from skeleton number three. He grabbed it. The weaponless skeleton grabbed the one from Bones. More dodging and blocking.

The good guy was running around, placing gold blocks under him before he touched the ground. He stacked a three block tall pillar. He got a weird blaster out and shot the nearest skeleton.

SJ-3183 got electrocuted as well. He collapsed.

Now it was only SU-9224 and the skeleton who's codename wasn't said in this book.

"Who is this?" Asked the skeleton.

The skilled person threw an enderpearl  and jumped down. Before he hit the ground, he got teleported to the other side, splashed a potion of strength, and stabbed the other skeleton.

SU couldn't believe what happened. This man electrocuted and stabbed his soldiers.

"You think you can beat me?" He shouted.

"Yes."

That did it. SU ran towards the enemy.

The person got out some different blaster. He held one iron sword, too.

When the last skeleton was in reach, the person hit SU with the sword, and blasted him with gun.

The skeleton went flying, 40 blocks back.

He hit the ground.

His bones all broke and clattered everywhere. The sword belonging to the captain fell to the ground.

The person looked at the two he just saved.

Their jaws dropped.

"Th-thank you for saving us." Alex stuttered.

"No problem." He replied.

"Can you tell us your name?" Steve asked.

The person smiled.

"Jesse."
