Now you might be thinking But Technoblade don't you hate the French?    Their language yes, but the food? Absolutely exquisite. Actually, does French toast come from France? Is it a French fry situation? How does that even work? Like why-

"Tommy said he'll be here in five!"

Phil was awfully excited to meet the child again.

"Yeah like in, what? Five years probably. Where is the food at I'm hungry. We should have left earlier now there are more people here. D':"

"I agree with Will, people suck. How dare you make us late Phil."

    Philza of course chuckles a little and said, "Lighten up Techno! You're going to meet Tommy!" Techno smiles a little, "Yeah it'd be pretty cool to actually see what he's like in person." Wilbur just quietly chants "food" in the background.

Phil's phone buzzes, "Oh! That's Kristin! I've got to take this."

"No worry, go right ahead," Techno said, because Wilbur was busy wanting food. Phil nods and gets up to take the call. As he was walking away, Techno hears him greet his wife and then he is left was a very hangry Wilbur.

Who doesn't do much, but stare at where Techno's soul is supposed to be and chant his song of death. Mildly terrifying, but Techno's been dealing with Wilbur's weirdness for year. It's just in person this time.... At this point Techno's considering the possibility of move to another booth if Philza doesn't come back soon.

Fortunately and unfortunately he is saved by the ringing of the bell that indicates customers.... If Tommy was just a little taller he would have rung the bell twice. What appears to be Tommy's father manages to do it which is vaguely impressive.

Wilburs head whips around so fast, Techno thought he might have broken his neck for a second. Will stares at Tommy and Tommy stares back at him. Tommy's father was just completely over what was happening between his son and his friend, so he just kinda walk to another booth across the restaurant. Close enough to keep an eye on them, but far enough away to not be associated with them.

Tommy awkwardly keeps up the starring contest, until he's right in front of the table. He breaks in to a smile saying, "Ayy, big man good to see you again." Wilbur smile as well and he gets up and hugs Tommy. When Wilbur sits back down, Tommy notices him. His eye go wide and he forces Wilbur to scoot over so he can sit across from Techno.

    "It's the Blade," he said in a breathless whisper. Techno just kinda sits there, awkwardly avoiding eye contact.

"Magnificent, isn't he, Tommy?"

    Tommy just nods, mouth slightly open. And Technoblade, the wittiest person to have ever lived, responds with a life destroying roast..... "I hate you."

    Wilbur and Tommy burst out laughing, and Techno is content to be alive in that moment.

    A few moments of Tommy and Wilbur bugging him, Philza returns right as their food arrives. Thankful Will remembered to order for Tommy too, so the child wouldn't starve.

    Techno really didn't understand why he actually ordered French toast, so he just kinda dumped some cinnamon on it. And stared at it some more. Might as well eat it, I guess.

"What about you, Techno?"

"Huh?"

Tommy rolls his eyes, "I was asking what you thought about Brighton."

"Well, it's not very bright, is it?"

    Techno's companions burst out laughing at his dumb joke. "You just described all of Britain," Wilbur choked out between giggles. He just rolled his eyes at his friends, "It really wasn't that funny, come on guys." Tommy just starts dying again. At this point, Techno was a little worried for his lungs. Then, Techno just laughs at how red Tommy's face was getting.

    "Alright can down guys, your food's getting cold," Phil said. "But I already ate breakfast," whined Tommy. Wilbur nudged him, "Shut up and eat your food, I'm paying for it." To which Tommy answer with shoving as much food in his mouth as possible. The laughter that followed proved they were probably not going to be leaving the rest restaurant anytime soon.

    By the time they left the diner, Tommy's father had gone to the library to work on his laptop he brought along and the group was board out of their minds. Together they decide to go to Wilbur's house and possibly watch a movie or play some games.
