As of the 27th of August 2021, the next two "official" chapters and the next author's note has sensitive content. Most of the chapters' content was written before the 27th of August. What Techno has is just a plain stomach bug. If you were to skip the next two chapters, and the author's note, you would not be missing anything that would majorly affect the plot.
