Thank you for picking up this book and reading this!

Before you guys start (though you can skip ahead to the first chapter), I do want to say some things.

I go by Glitch if you guys haven't heard of me or didn't read my profile, so you can call me that. Flitch also works too.

Please keep in mind that before you read this, please be aware that this was written when I was younger and was a bit of a noob, so I apologize if there are some issues with this book. I'll probably come back to edit this someday, but I have other projects to work on, including the possibility of a sequel to this series.

Other things:

Even though this is a Minecraft fanfiction, I'm aware that this does not necessarily follow Minecraft physics or logic. It shares a lot in common with the real world. I don't even know why I have this kind of thing set in Minecraft, to be honest. . .

So, there are going to be a lot in this story that is not even in vanilla Minecraft, including genetics, cars, planes, government systems, and such.

This might as well take place in the real world.

I wrote this when I was younger, but since then I've learned a lot about writing. The reason why I kept this published is because I want to see how much I have improved during my writing, and even though this has its flaws, I'm still proud of this, mostly because I can now say that I finished one of my books, which is already a feat of its own.

Hence why I kept it unlike other of my older works *cough*

If you want my newer writing, check out K9: Pandemic. It's not a Minecraft fanfiction, but it has my newer writing on it, which is way better than when I wrote this, in my opinion.
