The Gifts
The Gifts
Naina
I gaped at it, the vast expanse of the place and the stacks of hay that lay all around, yet it was all so neat, as if it had recently been cleaned. But what fascinated me the most were the animals that occupied the several stalls along the way. They with their shining manes looked glorious. Their coats shone like diamonds while they grunted. He had brought me the stables. But this was no ordinary stable, its grandeur spoke for itself, like I mentioned, it looked like it had recently been cleaned. Usually such places are smelly and beyond messy. But this place, looked like it was well looked after you could several stacks of hay spread all over but the stalls looked immaculate and even the vessels they were served with glinted like they were polished on a daily basis. These horses, rather stallions, they were all so different from each other yet had one thing in common, they all looked so regal. It looked like their manes and coats had recently been brushed and polished and I don't know if it was my imagination but they looked like they were all smiling at me. Different colors of grandeur peeked at me from various stalls, one looked white, while the other black, the chocolate brown one even winked in my direction. Wow they were all so beautiful. I felt two strong arms go around my middle pulling me to him.
Sameer: like it?
Naina: mesmerized is the word
I turned around to see him smiling down at me
Sameer: so finally I could surprise my wife, the cat caught your tongue it seems, any thoughts
Naina: actually am speechless, you have me this time
Sameer: having you, well I prefer the bedroom to this place, especially when you are wearing a lovely dress like this. Here it might just get a bit too messy you know for my taste.
Naina: shut up and stop teasing me, stop being so cheeky! Just tell me are you gifting me this entire stable?
He laughed
Sameer: baby its all yours true but I have brought you here for a very important tradition that has been in the family for years. You see my grandfather and his grandfather and the grandfather before that they have all followed it for years and hence now that I am married and...
Naina: wait! But you aren't a grandfather yet?
Sameer was perplexed for a minute or two until he caught the smile in her eyes!
Sameer: now whose being cheeky huh? Me?
Naina: not my fault you were talking about all the grandfathers following it hence I just thought, that may be we need to grandparents first before you fulfill this tradition of yours
Sameer: ya, we will have them too but for that we need to be proactive you know
It was naina's turn to be confused now
Naina: proactive? In what way? I didn't get you?
Sameer: proactive in being parents, and for that we have to be indulged in certain activities and am sure the entire process from being a parent to being grandparents would be expedited
Naina: Sameer! Besharam!
Sameer: really? Who started it ?
Naina: Sameer please, stop pulling my leg, may I know as to what this coveted tradition is all about?
Sameer: well, that's more like my sweet wife, so, it has been there, I mean this tradition in the family since ages. So difficult to trace back its timeline but whats special about it that the new bride gets to have her own stallion and she chooses a unique name for the same with the first letter of her own, so ready?
He tweaked his eyebrows in my direction smirking the infamously famous smirk and then I found his hands on my shoulders while he draped one over my eyes and slowly started guiding me through the stables, when I stumbled once he held me tight and helped me up on my feet but never let me fall. I smiled to myself, this man would never let me fall no matter how dark the road is. Eventually we stopped our waltz around the periphery and I could tell though couldn't see yet that we had reached our destination. The soft grunts from stallion could be heard while he continued to kick his feet in excitement to the ground as if he was anticipating this very moment for long
Sameer: there my boy, he seems to be as excited, so shall I ?
With that he took his hand off my eyes, while I adjusted to the lights and the brightness, the beautiful beast continued to kick at the ground, and then I finally laid my eyes upon my gift. So splendid! With shining coat, and a mane long yet cropped short just right, that fluttered everytime that it moved, the eyes like diamonds glittered and shone and as if I could feel the instant connection. The colour of an angel, white, yes rather whitest of whites it looked so regal, so pure so other wordly. I stepped closer to the stall where it stood and as if on accord, it stopped fidgeting rather, it stood without any movements as if looking me straight in the eye. I ran, a hand, across its face and I could feel as if it leaned closer for affection.
Sameer: so how did you like it?
Naina: I love it
I soft whispered
I could feel him step closer and put his arms around me and his head on my shoulders while he kissed my nape.
Sameer: you know horses, symbolizes beauty, valor, majesty, determination, endurance and freedom
He kept up with his slow torture while he nuzzled in my nape peppering it with feather light kisses.
Sameer: you when I first saw it, all I could you is you, you are courageous, you exhibited a lot of valor and courage when you stood up to be, you are always seeking for your freedom like your attempts of getting a job and settling down in a different city, just to break free from the clutches of your taiji and tayaji was commendable. You are beautiful and I think there can never be a better judge of the same who has cherished you in glory and you are a born queen so majestic is the word that defines you.
Naina: don't you think you are forgetting something
I managed to spell out while I gasped as every kiss made me lose my control, I knew what was to come next and somehow my stomach churned those butterflies anticipating the sweet love.
Sameer: what?
Naina: name?
Sameer: huh?
The trance was broken for a minute and he turned me around to face him while he looked on perplexed
Naina: you said I was name him with the first letter of my name
Finally realization dawned upon and he smiled
Sameer: oh yes! We can continue whatever we had started in the close confines of our bedroom where we don't have to battle the prying eyes of this creature
He gestured towards the stallion
I blushed furiously
Sameer: my god naina! You are a magician, look at him, he seems to be shooting daggers at me already! He is jealous. Buddy you can have all the motherly sisterly affections from her but the hot kisses are booked for me! She can be your mom or your sister never more!
The horse grunted and somewhere even I could tell that the beautiful beast indeed shot daggers at Sameer while his gaze softened everytime he looked at me. Or was it the way Sameer wanted me to imagine? It felt like my mind had started playing games with me.
Naina: Sameer! I admonished! Stop it will you? It's a horse
Sameer: yes and its also male and I know how males think
Naina: really? And how so?
Sameer: the great ones are always on the lookout for the best females and this one seems to be attaching his affections to my wife so he needs to be given the memo before he crosses the line.
Naina: you are just too much
Sameer: what!? It's the truth
Naina: ok ok , I give up, don't you want to know about my name for him?
Sameer: yes I do what is it?
Naina: Nerities
Sameer: wow! What does that mean? Sounds like enemy synonym to nemesis, buddy she doesn't want you
He joked
I tried giving him one of my tough looks and he backed off
Sameer: ok ok! Got it no mood to joke, what does it mean seriously? Sounds fancy
Naina: It's a Greek god, who defined beauty and this stunning male almost tied my tongue when I first laid my eyes on him and hence he deserves to be awarded a name befitting his grandeur
Sameer: wow! See you got a beauty with brains there buddy, take good care of her
This time he came forward and patted the horse on its back while did I just imagine? Nerites leaned in for his affection.
Naina: he likes you
Sameer: you bet, I have been the one who has been training him for this day
Sameer
We were back in the palatial farmhouse, well more like a mansion, this place can never stay true to its name of being a farm atleast the quarters that housed 10 bedrooms, two giant halls, a ballroom adjoining a never ending Dining space. And the den , where we were seated now with the fireplace was vast expanse of a room that almost looked like a playground. So we were done with our dinner and ramdhari and other servants had retired for the night while we sat in companionable silence. We both sat on the high chairs against each other, while she read a book, I well I fidgeted with my phone.
Sameer: what is so interesting in that book of yours?
Naina:hmm
She barely gave me a glance
Sameer: I asked what is so engrossing in that book of yours
Naina: its interesting, its about a mother, a mother who had been evaded of motherhood for long until she is gifted with a beautiful baby...
Sameer: do you like children?
Naina: huh?
Sameer:babies, children, bache, balak, do you like them?
Naina: ya..i have always loved them all my life and while we are on this topic I want to know something from you
Sameer: am all ears
Naina: Sameer are you serious when you say you want kids? I mean you understand right that it means a big responsibility
Sameer: and what makes you think that I don't want them?
Naina: I mean already marriage abig change for you given your earlier ways and then with kids it would mean a sea of change and today in the stables when you said am beautiful, you understand right that I might not look any more beautiful with a pregnancy. I mean your quintessential beautiful. I would put one weight and even post partum it would be difficult to shed all that weight and what is appealing to you now may feel like an inconvenience. Because the baby would cry all the time, would dirty diapers and.....
Sameer : I think you would look beautiful when you get pregnant, I think all women do especially when they are nurturing a life within. It's a gift and god has bestowed the same upon women. Your insecurities around the fact that I might just lose interest in you since you would be putting on weight, well baby I would know you then not only as my wife but mother of my baby and that would add another reason to love you more. The day you would come to me with the news would the day we would be crossing the bridge of being couple to being parents and I would be there every step of the way. When you are wretched with morning sickness I want to be there with you soothing your pain, when the little one kicks you in there, I want to witness and feel it first along with you, I wamt to pamper you when you crave something sweet or sour and trust me if you don't put on weight I would make sure you do. Because all that fat would make me love you more and post partum I would stay up all the long nights with you soothing our wailing devil and no matter how many diapers are dirtied I would make sure you aren't alone cleaning them. It will be ours, our love that would bloom in there, in that womb and when that love would be born we would both cherish and nurture it. So yes I am very serious. So shall we start since we have a dozen to make.
Naina: dozen? You are not serious about the dozen part are you?
Sameer
I couldn't control my laughter
Naina: stop laughing, am I dumb?
Sameer: no you are not
With that i stood up from my chair, keeping a steady eye contact with her, I could see her squirm in her seat. She tried evading her eyes.
Naina: stop looking at me like that
Sameer: then lets go
Naina: where?
Sameer
I didn't bother with any more small talks, rather in a jiffy I was at her side and picked her up in my arms and proceeded upstairs to our room.
Naina
We were back in our room, but this time the room was decorated with flowers, the floor which usually is decked up with thick Russian rug, now was adorned with a carpet of flowers, roses white and pink and red. The bed had been draped with a curtain of flowers, and there were candles lit all around. It all looked like some dream, was I in some sort of dream.
Sameer: shall we continue with what we started at the stables love, I am starving
With that he leaned on to me while I closed my eyes in anticipation. His lips met mine.
He kissed me, but his kiss today seemed different, it was too soft, tender feather light. He would brush his lips along mine blowing air and while I gasped at this slow torture. He slowly descended along my faces, blowing in air while kissing my sweet spots and then he again captured my lips. Our lips fused together entangled in a passion unknown. Today it wasn't a battle, rather it felt like we both were offering each other to one another. As if deities in worshipping each other. He had picked me up again and I could feel that the curtain around the bed, went out for a minute while he laid me ever so lightly on the bed. He proceeded to unbutton his shirt, his eyes trained on mine, I felt conscious and looked away.
Sameer: look at me love
Naina: no
Sameer: why?
Naina: I feel shy Sameer
Sameer: if you keep shying like this then I think even making one would be very difficult.
Naina: matlab?
This time I looked at him while asking the question and gasped, he had taken his shirt and undershirt off and stood half naked, I gasped at the sight and closed my eyes at once. Next thing I knew I could feel him above me while his fingers traced my face moving down to my lips. My lips trembled waiting for the onslaught but that never came. Perplexed I opened my eyes, only to find him smiling down at me.
Naina: you love troubling me don't you?
Sameer: really? I think you are one who troubles me all the time.
Naina: when did I trouble you huh? Don't lie
Sameer: no baby am not lying
With that his fingers starting moving along my neck slowly making a descend downwards touching me in places where no man his allowed apart from hi, I gasped and held on to the sheets for support.
Naina: see you are troubling me now
Sameer: yes I am because you are
When I squinted in confusion he smiled
Sameer: why don't you know, whenever you are shying from my touches like this it turns me on to a degree where I feel like eating you up and like I said that like this it is going be quite difficult to make even one
Naina: make what?
Sameer: babies
Naina: Sameer
Sameer: why don't you want them? A part of me and a part of me, am sure she would inherit my naughty traits while she would be as beautiful as you.
He nuzzled in my neck blowing in soft kisses while he spoke, my breathing went a notch up and my heart raced.
Naina: how are you so sure that it would be a girl?
Sameer: because I know
Naina: when did you find time to arrange all this
It was his turn to be confused
Naina: by this I mean the arrangements, all these flowers, everything
Sameer: I never got a chance to cherish you amidst all the flowers and I had to arrange for it, hence while we were at the stables I had arranged for the florists to come and do our room. Now baby lets not make our daughter wait.
Naina: daughter! You have a daughter?
Sameer: yes and no, I don't have her now but after this night I definitely plan to have one at least before my birthday, that's the gift am seeking from my beautiful and hot wife.
With that he sealed my lips with his, his hands roamed along my being but this time it was slow, he took his time torturing me giving special attention to each curve of my body. This time he took his time disrobing me as well and every article that went off he showered me with wet kisses all over while I gasped and moaned his name in desperation. I clutched on to the sheets every time.
Sameer: baby stop torturing the sheet, put your arms around me love
Naina: but am scratching them, it would hurt your back
Sameer: no baby rather I would love you scratch me
With that he took my arms and put them around my back, while he started kissing me behind the ears proceeding towards my neck leaving small marks all along. He kept murmuring sweet nothings in my ears while my hands explored his hard and taut planes and surfaces. He gasped at my touch while our lips would meet every now. At one point our hands came together while I could feel him against my thighs. He seemed to be holding back trying to pleasure me the utmost and somewhere the sweet torture that he unleashed upon me with those lips made me squirm and and moan.
Naina: Sameer
Sameer: hmm Naina
Naina: why are you holding back
This time he came upon me looking me straight in the eyes while he nuzzled his nose with mine
Sameer: because I want to pleasure you my love
Naina: I want to the reason for your pleasure
Before I could comprehend any further his lips fused with mine and we were entangled in our bliss of love. When the union happened, I could feel him slide into me while my insides welcomed him like I was finally meeting my shore, that he is the anchor of my life. We moved in unison, while I held on to him and he held me through our journey to the ultimate bliss. Our love making tonight felt like a sonnet, each line crafted with words of love, melody that thrummed through our souls while our hearts beat in unison and we met our ultimate peak exploding in sensations that transported us to a land where we seemed to be lost in us. Each other! Ours is a forever. Mine forever.
Hopefully it meets your expectations...though this day is not the best for me, my little baby got hurt really bad in the eye and hence I couldn't quite concentrate while writing.
