KHUSHI

I walked out of my room at around eight o'clock when I got a text from Arnav informing me that he was on the way, Ananya was in the hall busy having some green tea, this girl and her green tea, she was always drinking it. I hated the taste of it I wondered how she liked it.

"Where are you going all dressed up?" She asked with a smirk as she looked at my cute white dress, it was one of my favorite clothes and yeah I liked repeating my clothes even though I was a model, who made the rule anyway that I shouldn't repeat them?

"Dinner." I replied.

"Oh I guess it's a lucky week for Aditya, you went with him yesterday and today again dressed in your favorite dress looking so hot." She giggled.

"I'm going for dinner with Arnav not Aditya." I said to which she opened her eyes wide open, she jumped out of the sofa and rushed to look at me, she looked at me once again from top to bottom.

"Girl, you don't go for normal dinners dressed like this, you might make him fall for you." She giggled.

"Shut up, no one is falling for me." I laughed.

"Can I ask you a question though?" She said as she looked at me a bit seriously now.

"Sure anything."

"Don't take me wrong but you just started working with this guy and you're already going to a dinner with him, it's scary."

"Why wasn't it scary when I met Aditya and he asked me on a date and I went with him even when I dint know him? at least I've known Arnav for a couple days?" I asked, she thought for a while and then nodded.

"Well yeah, go for the dinner date, who knows he might turn out to be the guy you wanted to love you crazily, deeply, and madly." She giggled.

"Sounds weird, I already have a boyfriend don't forget." I reminded her.

"Yes but you aren't in love with him." She reminded me too, well at times we had weird kind of relationships we couldn't explain and maybe the relation between Aditya and I was one of those.

I heard a car hooting outside my house so I rushed out knowing it must be Arnav, right now I dint want to think anything, Arnav was just the guy I worked for and I was having dinner with him once, it dint have to mean anything, I always had dinners with so many people casually anyway.

As I walked out of the mansion, Arnav stepped out of his beautiful black Mercedes dressed formally in black trouser and white shirt, I don't know why white always made guys look so freaking hot.

He kept on staring at me with his eyes wide open, well what could I say, at times I had that sort of effect on a lot of people, he smiled at me when I stopped beside him, he held the car door open for me as I got in and then he shut it.

It was rare nowadays but I loved chivalry, it was never out of fashion and it was kind of beautiful, I liked such kind of guys.

"So where are we going?" I asked once he started driving.

"Somewhere where you'll forget your diet and eat as much as you can." He smiled. I nodded as I looked out of the window, I dint have much to say so I just sat silently.

"Are you still worried about the person following you?" He asked, I looked back at him.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure I find out who it is, you'll be safe trust me." He smiled genuinely at me.

"I am worried but not that much." I said, it was kind of a good feeling, having someone who cared, not that Aditya never cared but he was the kind of a person who dint take much things seriously.

I was pretty sure if I told him that I felt someone was following me, he would just tell me I was imagining things, and Arnav here dint even know me much but he still believed what I said even when I wasn't sure if someone was really following me or not.

We dint talk much until we arrived at a small restaurant that was pretty much out of the city but still in the city, just in an open place. He parked the car and stepped out, he rushed to open the door for me and I stepped out and looked around.

The restaurant was in the middle of a beautiful garden that had lots of beautiful flowers that scented so beautiful and all the trees around were decorated with lights.

"It's not much of a high class place like you'd usually go to but it's pretty beautiful and the food is really yummy, plus they let you cook for yourself if you want too, you just have to book earlier and they set it up for you out here in the garden." Arnav explained, he was right, this place was beautiful, I dint even have an idea a place like this existed.

"I know you had a tiring day so don't worry we aren't cook, but we should really do it once it's fun." He said as he started walking and I followed him.

"Sure." I said, he led me inside, the restaurant inside was even prettier than it was from the outside, it wasn't really huge like the hotels I usually went to have dinner at but it was so beautiful. Fully decorated with tiny lights and fake trees and flowers, it looked like a real garden inside too.

There were tiny cabin like things with tables placed around, most of them were occupied apart from one and that's where Arnav led me, he pulled out a chair for me as I sat down and so did he and just then a waiter walked towards us.

"Would you like to see the menu or would you like to eat food of my choice today?" Arnav asked with a smile on his face, he looked so beautiful in this lights while he smiled like that.

"I usually take forever to decide so just order whatever you like, I'm sure I'll like it too." I said, he nodded and turned to look at the waiter.

"Get me the best bottle of wine first and for the food get me the best mixes." Arnav said to the waiter, he nodded and walked away.

"What's the best mixes?" I asked curiously.

"They have this huge plate that's almost the size of this table, with tiny bowls of all kind of different cuisines they serve here, so you get to taste lots of different foods and by then end of it you're full too. I love it, there's a lot of variety, I'm sure you'd love it too." He smiled excitedly like a baby.

"Sounds interesting." I smiled as I continued looking around and admiring the beauty of this place, I wondered why it wasn't famous, this place looked like a fairytale.

I turned back to look at Arnav and found him staring at me silently, he dint look away when I looked at him, he just kept on staring at me with this huge smile on his face.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" I asked.

"I don't know, when I look at you I don't want to look anywhere else." He replied, I blushed and looked at the table, he was cute. Why was he so cute?

Oh God! Stop thinking this way Khushi, what was wrong with me?

My phone lightened up and a notification popped up, it was a text from Adi so I unlocked it and opened his message.

"What's up? Missing you already." I smiled as I typed back a text.

"Having dinner with Arnav." I texted back.

"Should I be jealous and insecure?" Another text popped up making me smile, why was everything cute happening with me today?

"I don't think so." I smiled as I sent a text back.

"Great then, enjoy dinner I'll see you tomorrow."

"Okay, goodnight."

I placed my phone aside as the waiter placed a really huge plate just like Arnav had explained on our table, I looked at it with my eyes open, it even looked beautiful I wondered how the food tasted. There was a lot of stuff I dint even know what I was going to eat and what not.

He served me some wine while the waiter walked away leaving us alone.

"I told you, you're going to forget your diet today." He laughed at me.

"This is too bad, I feel happy because I have so much food in front of me and I feel sad because I really can't eat all of it." I pouted, this food seriously looked yummy.

"For a day you can forget you're a model and eat what the hell you want, it's good to break rules in life sometimes." He smiled at me.

"You're right, to breaking rules then." I said as I held up my wine glass for a toss making him smile.

"To breaking rules." He lifted up his glass too.
